Hello, today we'll be talking with Dr. Nicole Bagaraj about the importance or the lack of diversity in the film industry. Alright, so I think most of us are aware of the fact that the media does not reflect reality, but a lot of people don't realize that, and so what they see on the screen, whether it's television or film or even reflected back in magazines or newspaper articles, to them is a real world representation. Thank you, Nicole. I really appreciate this. I believe that diversity in films also helps in the representation of minorities in groups, and it also gives the opportunity to live outside their comfort zone and also enhance ourselves overall.
