Let your eyelids become so heavy that it becomes impossible to keep them open. And as you close your eyes, let yourself drift into a state of deep relaxation. And now I'll use the count from five down to zero. With each count, the mind and body will allow you to enter the hypnotic state more deeper and deeply. Starting with the count of five, we're beginning to go down now, deeper and deeper. Four, physically releasing, relaxing, and letting go. Three, is there emotional calmness? You are mentally relaxing now. One, going deeper and deeper. Zero, deep sleep. And each and every time I suggest the words deep sleep to you, for the purpose of hypnosis, with your permission, you will turn quickly, calmly, and deeply, and your physical body will relax. And in your mind's eye, visualize a magnificent spiral staircase with 20 steps leading to the bottom. And with each step down you take, you double your relaxation, sinking deeper into tranquility, feeling more relaxation. And with each step, imagining yourself becoming more and more relaxed now, and more and more at ease. And as I count down from 20 to zero, with each number, imagine yourself stepping down on one step at 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, even deeper, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, deeper still, at 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, zero, deep sleep. And each and every time I suggest the words deep sleep to you, for the purpose of hypnosis, with your permission, you will enter quickly, calmly, and deeply, and your physical body will relax. And now that you're at the bottom of this staircase, you're feeling more deeply relaxed, peaceful, and a profound sense of relaxation. Your mind is open. Let's now introduce a soothing element, your favorite color. Imagine your favorite color is surrounding you, enveloping you like a soft, comforting cocoon. Picture this color in your mind's eye, and as you're breathing in, visualize it filling your body with relaxation. And now, let's focus on each muscle group, starting with your toes. Imagine your favorite color is gently wrapping around them. Feel the warm and relaxation that your favorite color brings as it spreads through your toes, soothing them, and calming them, and your toes are now completely relaxed. Move this calming color up to your feet, letting it flow over and around them, and it does your feet become more and more relaxed, and all of the tension melts away. Continue to visualize your favorite color moving up your legs like gentle, warm embrace. It surrounds your calves, your knees, your thighs, relaxing each muscle group it touches. And now, your favorite color moves through your torso, embracing your abdomen, knee, and chest, fills the tension, dissolving, replacing by profound sense of calm and relaxation. Picture this calming color now flowing down your arms, from your fingertips up to your shoulders, and as it touches each muscle group, your arms become lighter, looser, and completely at ease. Finally, imagine your favorite color gently washing over your neck and head like a soothing waterfall of relaxation. Each muscle in your neck, face, and scalp relaxes, and anything or intention simply drifts away. You are now completely enveloped in this soothing embrace of your favorite color, and your entire body is deeply relaxed and at peace. Now, imagine yourself at a beautiful, secluded beach. Feel the soft, warm sand beneath your feet, molding to your every step. The sun shines brilliantly in the clear blue sky, warming your skin. You hear the gentle rustling of palm trees in the breeze, and the rhythmic sound of waves as they wash on the shore. And as you walk towards the water's edge, the crystal clear water and ocean stretches out before you. Dip your toes into this cool, refreshing water, and feel the gentle waves caressing your skin. Inhale the scent of the salty sea air, and taste that salt on your lips, and you are completely immersed in this tranquil paradise, free from any worries or stress. Now, while you're here on this peaceful beach, let go of any anxiety or tension that may be holding you back. Visualize any anxiety or anxious thoughts or feelings as small pebbles. Now, one by one, toss those pebbles into the ocean, watching them disappear into the depths. With each pebble you release, your anxiety diminishes, and your sense of calm and relaxation deepens. Now, we're going to create an anchor for you as you rest on this tranquil beach. Whenever you touch your thumb and index finger together, you'll instantly return to this deep state of relaxation and calmness. Your mind and body remembers this anchor, and it will help you remain serene and centered, even in challenging situations. Allow this profound relaxation to stay with you as you slowly return to a regular state of awakefulness. And when you open your eyes, you will feel rejuvenated, refreshed, and free from anxiety. And now, it's time to come out of the state of hypnosis, feeling relaxed, peaceful, and ready to face the day with a new-found sense of calm and serenity. I'll reverse the count from 0 to 5. And with each count, you begin to feel more alert and awake, with a positive sense of well-being. Zero. Let's shut the door to the subconscious mind, blocking out all negatives. One. Slowly and calmly coming out of the state of hypnosis now. Three. Physically aware and mentally alert. Four. Coming up higher now. Five. Your eyes are beginning to open. One, two, three, four, five. Eyes opening and wide awake. One, two, three, four, five. Eyes opening and wide awake.
