The speaker is being interviewed on a podcast about their volleyball team. They discuss the team chemistry and how it has improved throughout the season. They mention the need to work on more accurate passes and highlight the team's strengths, including their offense and ability to adapt to imperfect plays. They express confidence in the upcoming tournament and mention plans to try new strategies. Okay, you are listening to a pre-recorded podcast from Studio 221, broadcasting live out of Central Toronto Academy. Today we are talking to Cole, welcome to this amazing podcast, if this is your first time listening, thank you for tuning in. Okay, some questions about the team, so how's the team chemistry? I feel like it's pretty good, to be fair, you know, Rennick, he played senior last year, so some of the guys who just got into grade 11, we haven't played with them for multiple years so we're kind of still finding out where we're supposed to be in terms of that, but I think overall it's gotten a lot better from the start of the season, so that kind of helps with our success. Nice, so have you seen any progression throughout the season? Oh, yeah, 100%, so the first practice we were shanking balls into the ceiling, couldn't get a serve over, not actually of course, but now we're working tender, you know, we'll make playoffs for sure, see how that all goes. Nice, nice, so what would you say the team needs to work on the most? I think just our ability to get the passes a little bit more accurate, because our setters are running all around trying to fix bad balls and then we just get a bad attack, just kind of making sure those little mistakes don't happen so that we can get stronger attacks and more rallies going. Okay, okay, so what are three strengths of the team? Strengths, our offense is really strong once we get an actual swing in, it usually goes down. I'd say once we get an actual play going, it usually flows pretty well, so like the sets are going and once we're in the group of things, we can kind of keep the play going for a long time, even if it goes out of the system, and yeah, just being able to like fix balls that aren't exactly where they should be, I feel like we've kind of learned to excel at that. Alright, nice, so lastly, are you confident in the tournament this Friday? I would say that we are, I think the team as a whole has kind of understood that we're going to try new things, try a little bit more fancy sets, a little bit of things that might throw off the opponents a little bit, just kind of practice things against stronger opponents, I think that'll help us for the playoff run. Okay, thank you for being on the show. Yeah, thank you for having me. And that's it. Okay. I have no clue what I'm doing.
