Alrighty, recording shoot the shit with Katrina and Shantae, take one, roll opening credits. Take one, roll opening credits. Hello and welcome back to So You Think You're Grown Grown with your good, good girlfriends Katrina and Shantae. So we're going to just get into our podcast and get started. We have a really great podcast today. We're just basically shooting the sugar honey iced tea today about some topics that we, you know, some current things that's going on. We're just going to talk about it. And once again, these are just our opinions. It's nothing, you know, harsh or we're not trying to make a statement or anything. We're just basically just talking. So don't DM us. Do not add us. If you have something positive or you have a short recommendation, I'm just playing. But like, you guys, these are definitely our opinions. Yeah, what she said, what she said. So we're going to get started. And first, we just want to see what's going on in the week. I know the last time that we talked, we did Booked and Busy. Shantae was leaving to go on a date. So we're going to get an update on that. So, Shantae, how was your date? I believe the first. It was a hot mess. It was a hot mess? No, no, no. It was cool. It was cool. Do tell. I had to ghost him. I know you didn't ghost him. I didn't ghost him. That is bad. That's bad. I didn't ghost him exactly. But what I did, I learned this word, I fizzed him. You fizzed him? I fizzed him. So if y'all don't know what fizzed me, I know y'all know what ghosting is. If you don't know what ghosting is, you just cut off all contact. You fizzed him out. You fizzed him out. So I fizzed him out and then eventually ghosted him. Okay, so. But you don't like ghosting. I know. And then you did it to somebody else? Okay, so why did you fizz him out and then eventually ghost him? Okay, what was the reason for that? Long story short, I just knew he wasn't going to be my type. Okay. I mean, hey, you need to know it from the go so that you don't waste no time. Because we are grown, grown girls. Absolutely. And we don't have time to be, you know, wasting on dudes that's not going to be going in the direction that we need to go in. But let me be clear on this. Like, let me be clear. I didn't ghost him like that. I did have a conversation with him and I was like, I just don't think. But he continued. So in fairness, I didn't fully ghost him because that's not my style of doing things. Like you said, we're grown, grown girls. And so I handle it and take it, you know, so my big girl can't do something. But when I knew that he wasn't going to be for me, I just kind of pulled back. Do you know what I mean? Yeah, that's real grown, grown of you to do that. And then you had the conversation with him. Like, no holds barred now. Like, it's like, okay, bruh, I warned you. Like, this is not going to go in the direction that, you know, you want it to go. And I'm serious. It's not like I'm just saying this just to be saying, no, I am serious about this. And he kept coming. So now you get a hang up. Now you get a fizz out. I guess he was so sizzled, my nizzle. You've been so sizzled, my nizzle. Yeah, that was that. Okay, well, I mean, hey, such is life. We'll move on to the next. So I guess, you know, we'll be hearing about the next date that she's going to basically cancel us out on while we're doing our podcast. And she's got to get ready for it. And like I was telling people, I am dating with purpose. This is not a sport for me. I'm dating to one day be married. So I'm dating with purpose and I'm selective with my time. I have my values and my standards and I stand on it. So, yeah. So shameless plug for Chante from me. If you're any men out there and you're listening to us, hear her up. Because I'm telling you, okay, her son is about to get ready to leave the nest. And she's very bossy. And so I know her boss is going to try to come trickle down over here to me. And she's going to be trying to boss me around. So I think that she needs to get somebody else to secretly boss that, you know. Yeah, so if there's any good men out there. I have good possible prospects, you know. I'm moving slowly and observing and seeing how, you know. But y'all stay tuned. Stay tuned. Stay tuned. All righty, well, we're going to get into our topic. Chante, what's our topic? What are we talking about today? I know we just shooting this shit, but like what are we talking about? Well, let's talk about like what's been going on with us. So roommate and I yesterday hot off the press, we attended a small business expo. So with this new podcast, you know, Play Cousins, what we're doing, you know, we're out here like, you know, meeting people. We want to bring you like good topics and great information that we know that you want to hear, like for this group of, you know, grown, grown women, grown, grown girls like us. So we're at a small business expo, long story short, and we made some good connections. Yeah, we did. We met some people that were like this. We would like to interview you or just other small black businesses. So it was just great and perfect timing for us to be there. And they were so cool about it. They had good personality. So you all stay tuned. So you all have to keep subscribing, keep listening. But, yeah, that was cool. What did you think about it yesterday, roommate? How about old girl who tried to, uh. Yes. Yes. With the banana pudding. Yes. So Chante, basically we split up. We did our little thing, went our separate ways. But then she was calling me and calling me because there was a girl there that was selling banana pudding. And I freaking love banana pudding. And I love. I love banana pudding. Yes. Banana pudding and cheesecake, two favorite things, right? So, you know, I finally get up. What if we go to the girls? I can't think of the name of her business. But if she listens to this or ever listens to this, she's going to know that we're talking about her. Because as soon as I walked over there, I was just like, what kind of banana pudding is this? And she was just like, uh-uh, uh-uh. First of all, this ain't your bitch ass grandma's banana pudding. She sure did. And she had a key chain. Yes, she had a key chain. I was like, wait a minute. But I was just about to talk about my bitch ass grandma's banana pudding. Okay. So may she rest in peace. But she makes some bomb banana pudding, right? She was like, just try it, just try it. So I tried it and it was good. It was really, really good. And, you know, it wasn't my bitch ass grandma's banana pudding. But, you know, it was a contender. It was a contender. And, yeah, so just, you know, kudos to her for changing the game. And we'll tag her. We'll tag her. She's definitely open. She said she will be on our show. We'll definitely tag her in the comments. Yes, her vibe is real cool. She's real cool. And her banana pudding was so good. And it was a nice twist to it. I finished up my banana pudding today. Yeah, she said, you're not going to be able to get out of the parking lot without eating it. And I was like, uh-uh, it ain't all that. But I did get the call. And I was like, damn, this shit good. This shit good. I mean, we'll move on. But I had her cookies. She made some strawberry lemonade cookies. Put a number four in the pot. I was like, I'm going to share it with Cameron. We both loved it. But Cameron loved them so much. Like when he ate his two out of the four, he took a picture of her name on her bag and he was like, I'm going to follow her. Did she order, like did she deliver, I mean, did you order her cookies online? I was like, Cameron, I don't know. But they were really good. So shout-out to her. We're going to tag her. Shout-out to her. But I posted on her page yesterday, Roommate. I know she's following me because of this and stuff. But she was like, y'all, if y'all haven't tried her stuff, check her out. I said, Roommate had her banana pudding. And this is definitely not your Chaz grandma's banana pudding. You can say it. Yes. But so, yeah, I did tag her. She liked the comments. So we're going to tag her so y'all can support her. Small business. She had great personality. She did. She was like, really like. And as you know, that's going off of like our last month, I mean, our last podcast when it was booked and busy and we were highlighting women. Like this woman is, she's a darn thing. And I, you know, I really appreciate like her business. I appreciate her like opening and like her personality. It's like you need to have somebody. Yeah. Like you're in the business of service of whatever you're selling. So, yeah. So it was a good networking and just to see other, you know, Black-owned small businesses. So, yeah. And y'all stay tuned. We're going to definitely feature them on future episodes. Yeah. We're going to be having like some, what did you call it, Chante? Spotlight. What do you call it? Small business spotlights. Small business spotlights. Which that's what we're going to be doing. Small business Saturday spotlight. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. So that's great because, you know, we can, hopefully we'll start doing video. So then we can kind of like see that stuff. Yeah. Because there was some, I know not to be going off on a tangent, but there was some really great like women out there. Like the one lady who did the seasonings and stuff. Yes. Yes. And you know what? There was a point that she was talking about the fact that like she had to like disguise her name. Yes. Yes. Because she didn't want people to know that she was a woman. We're going to talk about that. Because I feel like not even just her name, but being a woman, but also sometimes when I'm doing business with my business, like I don't want people to know that I'm a Black woman, which is bad because it's like a stigma, right? So I felt her on that. I was like, you got to do this so that you can obtain and get business. Right? So the things that you have to do to be grown, grown in America and, you know, it's crazy. That's real. In 2023. This is not 1823. This is not 1950. This is 2023. And, yeah, and I think that was profound that she said that. And she's in a male-dominant role, male-dominant. Industry. Industry. And so that was just really interesting that she said that. Yeah. Which is so crazy because it's male-dominant, but women are supposedly known for cooking and being in the kitchen, but they don't give us our props once again for being such dynamic cooks. Like women can be chefs and women can, you know, but, of course, it's male-dominated. But, you know, the stigma of women being in the kitchen and the bedroom is like the thing. So how can we be good in the kitchen and the bedroom and the house and feed the men? And then when we go out to do business, we can't be good enough to, you know, to be, you know, good chefs and things like that. So something to make your head spin. Yeah. But that's interesting. But, yeah, so, like, it was good. I'm, like Romaine's saying, so, like, it's going to be partially. So I'm starting something with small businesses. And so I made some, you know, had some good connections yesterday. It was good networking. But, yeah, Romaine and I are going to be on these streets, so y'all have to continue to listen and check out our podcast. We're definitely going to be bringing things, you know, from your grown-grown-girls perspective. So, yeah, we're going to be in the streets. We're not just going to be sitting in the house. We're going to be out in the streets. We're going to be at, like, events. Springtime is coming, right? Yes. I can't wait to get out in these streets. I'm so, like, sick of the, you know, we really haven't even had, like, a really, really cold winter. But, like, I just want the heat to come so I can get in these streets. I got a lot of Shein sandals and a lot of Fashion Nova sandals that I bought that I need to, like, start wearing. And so, yes. This is y'all's favorite doll. Favorite doll is her name. Yes. So she's going to have, like, a thousand outfits. So, yes. I got, like, so many, like, Shein sandals. It's ridiculous. So I'm probably going to be, like, what, an hour or two on them because, you know, when they cheap, you know, you can't be wearing them for a long time. Your feet going to be hurt. But I can't wait to wear them. I got outfits to wear. So I'm ready to get in these streets. And if y'all have some, you know, faces that we should check out, definitely let us know, you know. Give them our Instagram handle. Oh, yeah. So our Instagram handle is Grown Grown Girls. So make sure. At Grown Grown Girls. At Grown Grown Girls. Our Instagram handle is at Grown Grown Girls. So make sure y'all are following us. Yes. Yes. Follow us on Instagram. And more social media is coming with Facebook and, you know, a lot of older people, we don't normally do Instagram. But Facebook is where it's at, what we do. So we're going to probably do Facebook and then other stuff. Slowly but surely, we are coming to, you know, we're going to be everywhere. And then also, too, I found out that if you have an iPhone, you automatically can download from Apple Music because we are on Apple Music. You are. Just go to your app that says Podcast and search So You Think You're Grown Grown and it will pop up. And you will be able to listen to us and follow us so that you'll always have it. Turn the notifications button so that when we do post or upload our next episode, then you will be able to know and you'll be alerted. So once again, if you have a iPhone, go to the app that says Podcast on your phone. It's already preloaded on your Apple iPhone. And type in So You Think You're Grown Grown and follow us. And follow us and you'll find us there. Yep. Because we are everywhere. We're on Spotify. We're on Apple. Everywhere. Okay. So what else? What else is going on? What else do we need to talk about? That's true. We're going to just like, you know, we're going to hit y'all with some hot topics. You know, some things that are going on that were made up. We're like, we should talk about that. You know what I mean? Talk to our place cousins about this. So let's talk about we're speaking of like hot topics and what's going on. What do you think about 45 being indicted? Let me tell you this. Let me say this about Trump. And I was having this conversation with someone the other day. One thing about Trump and DMX said is trust the snake to be a snake. Trust the liar to lie. Trust Donald Trump to do what Donald Trump's going to do. You can say what you want to say about Suzanne, but trust him to do cruddy stuff. Oh, yeah. I mean, it is what it is. It is what it is. But trust him to be Donald Trump. And I respect him for that. So even when he became president, he didn't sway. He didn't try to, you know, snake his way into the office. But he was Donald Trump before the White House. And he can see you. So I respect him for that. But the whole indictment. We don't see how this is going to play out. I think an indictment is just what it is. An indictment. Like, I feel like with 45, he has money. So some lawyer is going to be getting everything, every technicality, every loophole, everything to get him off. And he's going to get off and he's not going to be held responsible. And I feel like whoever put him on trial, indicted him, or is behind this indictment, y'all better watch out. You better move to another country, go into Iraq somewhere, because Donald Trump be on some giveback. So he going to be on giveback with whoever if he get off. And you know what I think? I feel like for me personally, my personal opinion, I feel like these charges that they have against him for this Stormy whatever, this payoff thing, I feel like kind of like it's like, well, we can't get him on what we really can get him on. But let's get him on this. I feel like his lawyers are going to be like, well, it's a witch hunt against him. And, you know, so that's where I feel like they're going to go with him. But, I mean, hey, God can get him. You know what I'm saying? So if you ain't doing right, you ain't living right. For me, how I live my life, I live in Jesus the Christ. So I know that, like, if we don't get him, oh, he's definitely going to get got when the windows of heaven crack open and come to get him. So he better be repentant. And also with 45, because I don't say his name, like with him, it's like he don't have, like you said, no loyalty to no one, right? But Donald Trump only rides with you when you have money. That's all he care about, right? So you can be black with money. You can be white with money. It's not about race to him. I feel like Donald Trump is, like, on another level. Like, I don't care if you're black or white or orange or pink, but if you're broke, your broke ass can't hang around me. Big banks hate little banks, right? I have something about him before we move on to the next hot topic. I was watching, like, the news, and do you know, like, this is how, like, he finesses so many things. Do you know that they can't sell his property or something because he has his wife buried on the property? So it becomes his circle. Isn't that crazy? No, that's actually smart. That's how the rich stay rich. That's how the, you know. He finesses. I was like, so now you can't do anything about it because he has a body buried on it. I mean, it's not the land, so it's not like you're going to run into it. I mean, what about all the hundreds of people who got their bodies buried on? What about the slaves where all their bodies are buried on different lands, and he's exhuming them and digging them up? Shoot. And what about my grandmama's property? Like, back in the day, let me tell you, my husband's grandmother is from North Carolina, and she would go down and visit, I think, her parents' graves. Girl, why is it on somebody else's property? Girl, we all pulled up to somebody's yard. And there's, like, a house, and it's, like, gated in, and then on the side of the house is two graves. Are you serious? Yes. Like, somebody actually owns the house. So we pull up, and she's like, yeah, these are my parents' grave or whatever, and we out there visiting, and nobody ain't saying nothing, so it's not me in the dirty, dirty south, right? Roommate, are you serious? Yeah, so what about that? Yeah, that's a whole other conversation that we will have with our plague cousins, but moving on to the next thing. Moving on. Roommate, what's going on with Dwayne Wade and Gabrielle Union and their, you know, the transgender thing with them? Oh, well. Have you heard anything about that? Yeah, I did. I heard about them actually officially having their daughter name changed officially. I think her gender was changed to female. Don't come for me if I'm wrong about that, but I think, yeah. Listen, these are our opinions. We're just sharing some hot topics. You know, we welcome all comments. Please keep it clean. Please don't add us. Don't DM us about things. You know, these are just topics that we know are in the news, and, like, I mean, it's the world we live in, right? And so we don't want to be closed out from it. We are not going to voice our opinion on what we believe or not because we want to keep that, you know, but we do want to talk about it. So please, you know, share your comments and your beliefs, but what I remember from this situation is, of course, been ongoing, is that their, I'm going to use the other term, their biological mom was, like, way into their 18s. And that's something I am going to give my opinion on because kids change, you know, and they change their mind. I mean, that's a part of being, you know, a teenager, but I agree. Like, that's why things are in place for 18. They're still only 18 as an adult. Like, let's wait until they were 18, but they were just so Dwayne Wade and Gabrielle Union. They do not come for us, but in my opinion, I really think that they could have waited a few more years until they were 18 or older and let them make that decision versus now. That's just my opinion. I agree with that, too. Because I, for some reason, I was going down the rabbit hole when I was looking at YouTube and then next thing you know, something about transgender, like, I regret changing, being transgender. And then, I don't know, for some reason it caught my eye and my attention and I started watching the video. And then it was, like, a video on one of the girls who, I guess she has a lifetime special, but when she was, like, two years old or something like that, the mom started, like, transitioning her to, well, it was a little boy, but transitioning her. And then, actually, like, now she's living a full life. I think she's, like, 22 years old now. And, yeah, and she was saying that, like, basically she doesn't feel. Right, yeah. And she was saying something doesn't feel right with her, right? Yeah, because you never really had the opportunity to, like, be who you are, who you were born to be. I'm not saying, like, don't get me wrong, I love transgender people. I love gay people. I love LGBTQ people. I love everybody. And I love the fact that, you know, this is a time where everybody can express and be who they truly feel like they are. But I do cross the line when it comes to children. Absolutely. Because children's minds are not really fully developed. And they change. And they change. Yes, they feel impressionable. Exactly. That's a great word, roommate, impressionable. And really quickly to switch gears, so another thing, kind of moving away from the transgender, but talking about, like, well, just, like, body implants. So, Blac Chyna. Oh, yes. You know her. You know her. You haven't seen her. I liked her before, but I really love her. I really love her journey. So she was on camera on a show. And if you all, if you haven't seen her, look at Blac Chyna's transformation. And she had, you know, a lot of things done. And I actually read up on it. Basically, she's from the DMV. Shout out the DMV. But she moved to Miami, you know, got herself that lifestyle, you know, which I'm sure she was lucky. 19, yeah. So, of course, you know, again, like we were talking about body imaging. So long story short, you all check her out now. She's changing her life. I think she's getting saved. And there's always time for change. She got baptized. She got baptized. So I'm for her. Yeah. Everything removed. Her lips, her body. You know, I think her breasts and her bottom. And so she looks beautiful just naturally, you know, her own curves or whatever. And I'm sure mentally, that's a mental and a physical adjustment. But you all, if you haven't seen her, check her out. I'm just so happy and want to continue to, like, you know, share for her on her journey of transition of being a mom, you know, this new woman that she's becoming. So just wanted to talk about that. I'm glad that she's doing that too because just like I was looking at something with, you know, Glorella. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. And it was basically like body shaming her because she's like, she's a thin girl and she's not curvy. She doesn't have big behind or anything. And she was like on stage. And it was basically body shaming her because she didn't have a big behind or whatever. And I'm just like, okay, well she can go and take her flat ass to the bank and make all this money because she doesn't have to, you know, conform to what people say she needs to look like. And I'm glad she doesn't. And I'm glad the label is not forcing that. Exactly. Because a lot of times stories, and I've had a lot of conversations with a label, and it's unfortunate because a lot of times it's black women. Right. Conforming to these certain looks. And it's a cultural thing. So you got to think, it's different from when you and I were growing up. And it was like BET, MTV, but you had to wait for certain times and see certain things. And it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it was like, you know, it's you. Is it me or is it you? No, it's you. It's not nobody else. It's you. Why can't you have at least one good, good girlfriend that, you know, can basically call you out on your bull crap that can, you know, help you through? Somebody can babysit your kid when you need to go do something or somebody you can call when you're about to go key your boyfriend's car up or something, you know what I'm saying? Something like that. All that, that, um, rest assured, my dear, but definitely someone that you know is in your corner, has your best interest at heart. That's usually your cheerleader. You know, so much, you may not have so many inside jokes. Oh my God. Yeah, we can do a whole podcast and we should do a podcast on just like our friendship and our sisterhood. But, um, yeah, I think it's, it's, it's mentally and emotionally. It's good for you. It's good for the soul because, you know, let me tell y'all, I was having a day last week. Roommate was like, I'm on my way. She's like 30 minutes from me and she came. She put whatever she had to the side to come and it just made my day. So you need that. You definitely, in my opinion. Um, so for those of you who are, you know, share with us, tag your bestie, tag your good girlfriend, um, in our comments. Let us know, shout them out. Let us know who's your good girlfriend. Um, and you know, just why you value them and like, you know, why y'all, you know, you value your relationship with them. Let's flip it. Let's, let's flip it. Right. So does that mean, can, can, can girls have men as best friends? Let me ask you, would you be cool with your husband having female friends? My husband does have female friends. My husband work in a male, uh, predominantly female, um, dominated, like career. So he has female friends, but it's, it's about like the lines that get blurred and crossed or whatever that I don't like. Like if you hanging out with your girlfriend, like, but let's just, let's just take my husband for instance. Like I used to hang out with them. We used to all go hang out and do stuff or whatever, which was cool. You know what I'm saying? It was like, don't like not include me or give me the opportunity to say, no, y'all go hang. But I don't, I'm very secure. Like I'm very secure with like, um, my husband having girlfriends and stuff like that. Like, if somebody else can come in and take your husband, then your husband wasn't riding for you in the first damn place. Right? So go on and have them and I can move out the way so I can go get somebody else my own damn self, you know? So roommate, so here's the thing, how I feel about, what I feel about that. And I wanted to ask roommate cause she is married. So, um, roommate, thanks. I think that was so key that you said that you're securing yourself. My thing is that, and we would love, you know, if you have some of your male, you know, friends and you do have a male friend that's strictly platonic in his friendship, share with them. I would love to hear their opinions from some of our male listeners. But the unique thing about this, and I've had this conversation with other men, right? This one guy made a good point. He said, look, if I can sleep with you, I can't be your friend. But I have to be fully unattractive to you mentally and physically for me to just be your friend. But if I can ask you, then yeah. Then yeah. I can't be your friend. I mean, I get it. I get it. I was like, dang. I was like, he was like, yeah, if I see even an inkling of wanting to be intimate with you, yeah, I can't just be a consoling friend. Well, you know what? Here we go. Kudos to him for recognizing the fact that he can't do that. And then whoever, if he's in a relationship or married or whatever, good for them. So, you know, that person will know like my man, he can't be friends with you. But like you, there do be attractions to like opposite sex. Like if you are friends with them, because like that person could be good at, you know, I don't know, painting or something. I don't know. Or building shit. And you just be like, dang, I like the way you build it. Oh, no, but we're friends. But we're friends. But I mean, I can get it. But I mean, you just got to basically, I mean, I have a few, few male friends that I'm really close with. That I, you know, and I, I actually admire them. I think that they do, that they're, you know, good people. They, you know, whatever. So, but I feel like you can, but to each his own, you have to know who you are. And if you get into situations where, you know, this could happen, then you need to know when to pull back or not to do whatever. What do you think? I think I'm rambling now. I'm rambling. No, I mean, I mean, I really think it's going to depend on the situation. I think if you're in a relationship with someone, you have to, I think it's how your significant other introduces it. So, if I'm dating someone and he's like, Hey, you know, just want you to know, I have a best friend where she's married or she's dating or whatever, but we've been friends since like fifth grade, right? There are going to be questions that I'm going to ask him. Like, have you guys ever been intimate? Have you ever come close to being intimate? Did you ever think you're going to give it a try and you're not going to help me decide if I want to pursue that? Does that make sense? Yeah. But anyway, you guys. So, we're going to close out our show. Yeah. Last topic. April 6th is coming up and that's a special day. That is roommate's birthday. That's coming up April 6th. It's going to be my roommate's birthday. It's my birthday. It's my birthday. It's my birthday. It's my birthday. It's my birthday. It's my birthday. It's my birthday. So, we were looking, she was over here and I was pulling up, you know, I was pulling up for April 3rd. Is today April 3rd? It is. April 3rd today. No, today's April 2nd. It's the 3rd, roommate. It's the 2nd, sis. Oh, goodness. So, it came up in my memory, April 3rd, and I was like, roommate, look at us. So, two years ago, roommate threw herself a roommate, you tell me, what is it called? A rosé in Lagardin? It was called un rosé in Lagardin. Un rosé in Lagardin. Very classy. Very nice. So, don't get it twisted. We will upload photos so you all will see the photos, but that came up in my memory photos, and it was such a great time. It was like a dinner party. It was a dinner party and I had everybody wear pink and it was like a garden and un rosé in Lagardin theme. Yes, you guys, look, she went all out and it was so nice. She had the people that she really wanted to be there to celebrate. It was announced for her 40th birthday. You had a good private chef. We did. Oh, his food was so good. What was it? Shout out to Urban Honey, private chef. And he accommodated me. I don't eat beef or pork, so he accommodated me to eat salmon and it was so good. Yes. But just everything from the ambiance, the energy, and we celebrated roommates. We spent the night. We did an overnight thing. We played games. We had such a good time. It was so fun, and I had everybody like get dressed up in like their pink and then, you know, we were supposed to do some other stuff, but we went up and not doing it. Oh, it was a celebrate time. Yes. It was fun. We celebrated her and you know, my thing is like celebrate your loved ones, people you care while they're here. Give them their flowers and their roses. So just wanted to shout you out roommate, your birthday is coming up. Thank you. We want to celebrate you. Thank you. This weekend, but yeah, do you have any plans what you have going on for your birthday? I usually don't celebrate my birthday unless it's like a milestone or something, so that year was a milestone for me. I thought half of, you know, 40, but probably do the same thing I do with my, with my family. We go out to eat and that's it. Like that's, I don't really have anything planned. It's spring break for my kids. So after that, we'll probably do something, you know, for spring break, but it won't be. And then, because the next week is his birthday. So, so yeah, so we probably like go do something for his birthday, basically celebrate his birthday and he don't deserve to be celebrated because he'd be showing up. Yeah. So, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so,
