A counselor in Pittsburgh has a client who confesses to killing his father and asks for help without telling anyone. Before we begin, I want you to imagine that you are a licensed counselor in Pittsburgh. In a normal, cloudy afternoon, your first client comes in. He looks pretty uptight and distressed. Before you talk, he says, Please help me. I did something really, really bad. I killed my father yesterday. Could you please don't tell anyone and help me? Please.
