The speaker, upset with Derek, suggests that more sleeping pills should be added to the food of certain individuals who are too alert. The speaker believes it is dangerous for them to be thinking clearly, but reassures Derek that it is no longer their concern. You're such a smartass, Derek. They look a little too alert for my taste. Jerry needs to put more of the sleeping pills in their food. With what some of them can do, it's too dangerous for them to be thinking straight. Of course, it's not our problem anymore.
