In today's episode, I will share the secret to understanding your astrological makeup and the meaning behind your Big Three. At some point, you have been asked what your zodiac sign is. Maybe you recognized yourself in its description or felt it didn't fit at all. There's a reason why not all Capricorns are created equal, and why some Leos roar while others ooze charm from every pore. This is because your zodiac sign, also known as your sun sign, is only a teeny tiny part of your horoscope. Every person has a whole map of planets called a birth chart. When you were born, all nine planets plus the sun and moon were lined up in different parts of the sky. Astrologers mathematically divide that sky into 12 segments for each zodiac sign. That map is called your birth chart. By learning about your birth chart and all its placements, you can get a more accurate picture of your personality. The first step to getting to know your birth chart is to discover your Big Three placements the sun, the moon, and the rising sign. These three planets describe different parts of you, forming the complete picture of who you are. You will need your birthday, the city you were born in, and your time of birth to find your Big Three. Let's start with the sun and what it says about you. Your sun sign is what people are referring to when they ask about your zodiac sign. The sun sign is based on the position of the sun in the sky when you were born. The sun moves through each zodiac sign at the same pace and spends about four weeks in each sign before moving to the next. As the sun is the center of the universe, the sun is central to our personality. It is who you are at your core, your ego or identity. The next Big Three placement is your moon sign.
