Hi, good evening. So, welcome to my podcast. Again, this is JP. So, the title of this podcast is Business is for business people. Money is for people. So, let's start. How do you find money? Money is very necessary, accessible, or very needs, important, especially to those people who are working in any type of jobs. But if you are an entrepreneur or capitalist, how much value of money do you like to spend, do you like to invest, and do you like to give to those people who can afford it? Let's say charity. So, you must compute all these items and as a matter of fact, business people always have mentality of being positive in terms of three words, ROI, return of investment. Do you think ROI is the best thing that you achievement in your life? For me, it's achievement. But the best achievement that you achieve as a business people is your value. Value your employee, value your money, value your profit, and value your business. Because without value, you have anything, you can buy anything, money, cars, beautiful houses, mansions, great stocks from big companies, and you are paid dividend almost a month or quarterly, depends on how much you invest. But there is thing that I want to know to all business people, business women, business men, are you happy for those achievement? The value of money is like the value of life. You must spend the money wisely. If you let it out or spread it out without reasonable investment, it will gone. Then you start a business again, then you have a rather employee, you pay the employee for their work, and you are very optimistic in terms of business spread. For example, in case now, iPhone is in demand, so you have a business of reselling iPhone to a retail store. So your employee must be value, well-oriented about the product, and also they are motivated with the customers to short-term well-packaged for the client. You know what I have learned in my experiences? There are two words that still I am motivated. Some of the people that I have met in my career, so they always use this also as motivation. Kindness and respect is the key to your successful career. Career towards your relationship with your employee, career towards relationships in your business, relationship between your client, you must value those that being a positive business-minded people. Money is always there. When you spend money, it's expensive, right? How much you spend or invest in a business, you will gain ROI for that investment. But the value of relationship that you build with the client, employee, and your business is nothing compared to anyone, even the most expensive car. Because you build a strong relationship to the people. Every time I talk to the business people, I always have respect. Every time I talk to my fellow coworkers, I always have respect. And every time I talk to my superior or my past superior managers, executive directors, I always respect. Sir, ma'am, because that term is a way to respect his position and his personality. He's a good person, that's why the company trust him to appoint him in that place. He's a good person and he's good in relationship with the employee. That term is applied that I motivate almost. Kindness and respect. Kindness to your fellow colleague. Kindness to your family, fellow family. Kindness to your other people. If you have two words, actually there are three words that I'm motivated. The third word is positive. Kindness plus respect is equal positive. Being a positive person, you will be always blessed by spirituality and mentality. Spiritually, you are blessed because you keep a beautiful, high-paying job. Let's say not a very high-paying job, but you work for a good salary. Then you have a good company, you have a good boss, you have a good colleague, but there's one thing you are missing. What is the thing that I miss out to be successful in life? With applying the three words, kindness, respect, and positive. When you're up in the upper level, positive will be replaced by passion. Because passion is a combination of positive and dedication to your craft. In terms of craft, I am a craftman of my own craft, but my own craft is an abstract. That is the three words. Kindness, respect, and value. That's the right word for this to produce. These three are included in your items while you are working and you are promoted until you become a good company owner or a good business after your retirement. I assure you, those people who have worked with you from the low level, janitor, until the CEO, president, and owner of the company, they respect you. Because you are very good in characteristics, they are very kind to our people, even not in your level, they respect you because you are very, very positive and very kind. Kindness is a word that combines hospitality, forgiveness, and charity. Veritas. Honestly, some of the fraternities, their slogans are charity, respect, kindness, veritas, because that's their mission. Their mission is to help people and this number to establish a better man, a full time man with full of values, camaraderie, bonding, that respect the value of life and respect our value to have a good job. If you have a good job and you have a good relationship to your fellow commercial, after your retirement, I assure you, you have a good business because the business that you have established, the foundation came from the people who worked with you from your experiences while you were just professional.
