Children who have blood exposure may not show symptoms right away, but even low levels of exposure can lead to issues with learning, behavior, hearing, speech, and growth. If children are exposed to a lot of lead, they may experience symptoms of acute lead poisoning such as constipation, nausea, anemia, weakness, fatigue, seizures, and coma. Children with blood disposure might not appear in current symptoms, however, even low levels of blood have been associated with learning and behaviors problems, hearing and speech problems, and slow growth and development. Children who are exposed to large amounts of lead might develop symptoms of acute lead poisoning, including constipation, nausea, anemia, weakness, fatigue, severe neuromuscular symptoms, including seizures and coma.
