I was in a telephone conversation with someone, and a lot of anger was brought up. And I used breath. It came actually quite naturally. I took a deep breath, and so I was able to see how angry I was, and I started laughing. But then I picked up again. But it was good that it stopped me. The person, of course, was a lot of going on, and a lot stuff was being brought up, but I was able to stop at one point, and they wanted to stop. And it was good that it was interesting that I started laughing. And then I continued, and I needed to say what I need to say. I had a lot…and it felt very conscious, and I was much more precise than what I had to say, even though I kept seeing anger. It was very interesting. Larry: So, you see, the potential is there. Questioner: I do. Larry: See, the more you use it, your reflexes become quicker. Questioner: I do, and I was able to see that I was still reacting, and that was okay. But part of me, I think I still had some residue, that I shouldn't be angry. But at the time, it also seems very necessary to have expression. Larry: It can help bring about real balance. So that it's not that you withdraw, or you repress, but you say it's more skill, what we call skillful action. And without it, we all know what it's possible. End_time: 01:29:47
