In the Cunningham Chronicle, Ozzie and Sarai talk about their week in 5th grade, focusing on estimating and converting measurements, inferencing, and physical and chemical changes. Next week, they will be learning about multiplication, theme, and more changes. They also mention upcoming events like picture day, tie-dye day, and curriculum night. They give a shout out to classmates who were quiet in the hallway and earned a trip to the book vending machine. They wish everyone a great weekend. Welcome to the first ever Cunningham Chronicle! I'm Ozzie. And I'm Sarai. We have finished another week in 5th grade. This week we focused on estimating and converting measurements in math, inferencing in reading and writing, and physical and chemical changes in science. Next week we're working on multiplication of whole numbers in math, theme in reading and writing, and physical and chemical changes in science. In the next week of school, here's what to be aware of. Monday's picture day, bring your best smile. Tuesday, bust out your tie-dye. Come to school wearing tie-dye. Wednesday, wear a colorful beach shirt. Thursday is our curriculum night. You can attend session 1 at 5 o'clock or session 2 at 6 o'clock. The wonderful PTO will have a meeting at 445. We hope you all can attend. Friday, wear your favorite college clothes and don't forget its early release. Monday, September 4th, is no school. We want to give a shout out to our classmates, Dean and Zeke, for being quiet in the hallway. We also want to congratulate them for earning a trip to the book vending machine. Thank you for listening. We hope you have a fantastic weekend.
