So for everybody that doesn't know Ryan He is I would say you probably are our youngest maybe you or Billy our youngest members that mammoth at Bournemouth and Probably one of our biggest achievers as well over a short period of time so I'm just gonna if you don't mind right I'm just going to run through a little bit of a roll call of your Achievements and inflate your ego more than it probably already is being the the best people we've ever had So from From what you've told me you've been with man be fat just over a year you've lost 26 kilograms in that time and you are a maintenance player so Again for people that don't don't partake in man be fat and maintenance player is somebody that's got themselves from an unhealthy BMI to a Healthy BMI and and now in that position of maintaining that not really looking to lose any more weight more adapting to a healthy lifestyle and continuing a healthy lifestyle and Also, I presume probably working on your fitness as you mentioned about some fitness classes and other stuff that you're doing That's the kind of thing that is going to really benefit you now and in that position So first off amazing work mate, and also thank you so much for joining us It's an absolute privilege to have our first maintenance player join us Good good, man. I think there's a There's a few names You Yeah, definitely Yeah You Yeah This the season that I won it I didn't I lost weight and I did relatively well But definitely not as well as I would I reckon I was in kind of the top 15% of the club So I wouldn't completely write yourself off for it I didn't I it wasn't a load of questions for us to blow smoke up your ass and I agree with the lads I definitely think the support you provide others and The things you do away from it will will certainly make a difference. I'm just scrolling through the list I'm trying to think there's so many contenders. I don't envy Steve at all making a decision on this one You He has yeah You Jimmy smashed it. Yeah Yeah Luke Cage is a great shout You Yeah Yeah Another one that jumps out for me is Sid from my team. He's he's hit maintenance this season isn't he's this it's been his Yeah If it wasn't for Kovac as well, it's Kovac. He's not been well if it weren't for a bit of state of illness He would have he would have been him and Jason from our team would have been there Both in that last man standing kind of final final team Yeah injury and illness has done him over You have to win it Josh the three of the three of us have already got one of my boys Yeah answers on a postcard Oh, yeah Smashing balls in against Ryan You He's somebody I'm sure you agree Ben because he joined us didn't he and he was much like Luke He's he's transformed in terms of his His persona and his confidence. He's isn't he's not in his nature to be as gobby and mouth is as as me, but He's just come on leaps and bounds in terms of somebody that it's just always there as you said Josh he's always there always there early or was bringing and Absolutely smashing it for a I don't know if anybody saw his Comparison photo on Facebook, but just a different person again, and it's just amazing and fair play to him I know I know that like I said, we all have our challenges I know the things that happen with him in his life And he overcomes adversity and does really really well to stick with it, and he's doing all the right things for a positive step The blues are just it themselves Yeah Yeah, it'd be a tough one to do it next season with it with Christmas, I think next season is a Christmas season it It's got it It's got it Yeah The other thing I was going to say about the league as well is The potential for when we do return for next season the potential of having a couple more teams in amongst us which should be Yeah, it is very interesting No, there won't be I Do enjoy the fact that there is something else to play for especially when the team and again without even joking now Especially the team that can can win it so comprehensively as blues have done with the league You kind of something to have something else would be would be really really good. Yeah Yeah interesting times for anybody that's listening in terms of real-time Sean Longstaff has just scored to make it 3-0 to Newcastle against PSG I can't I can't even been in their wildest of dreams. Surely Super anyhow Yeah, yeah, fuck's sake Let's do it No way, where's Scott when you need him? Let's say 50p this week though, Josh royalty rights paid to him this week and they have to worry about that Yeah Before the Spurs game, I would have said Liverpool and I actually I do still think Liverpool which is such a strange game again We'll come on to the VAR controversy and other bits and pieces but their fight and determination they showed nine nine men and they were They were definitely in the game. They even had a chance to win it. I think And obviously and the goal that was it was wrongly chopped off. I think Liverpool fit in there. I'm just Some really bad traits from some of the other teams I think Spurs are just chugging away quite nicely But I think the bad things I'm seeing is the Arsenal's the Man United's the Chelsea's. They're just not As good as that. I think they should be at the moment Which isn't necessarily a bad thing because you don't want to be hitting form straight away. Do you but you want to be? You want to be chugging along and pulling in some results. I know that Arsenal haven't lost but the midweek game We don't just spend too much time on Arsenal because it's it's very well covered by me anytime anybody speaks to me, but I just yeah, I just feel like really Liverpool are In that driving seat even with that that one loss City losing as well. It doesn't mean It doesn't mean a great deal to them now with the fact that they both lose the game I think it's a good thing that they're in the game. I think it's a good thing. They go manager This is the this new manager will solve everything that's problem solved And they're leaving a lot of the important kind of fundamentals behind and that that can often and this is where High turnover of manager can can have that impact and sadly I think bournemouth might be paying the price for that now with with quite a high turnover of Managers over the last couple of years ever since eddie really? This is what you're doing wrong. You're wasting time You're doing this you're doing that And I think they need to have a little look internally first and and be a Be be better do better and It inevitably in any walk of life if you're not competent within the role that you are doing Eventually you are found out whether you omit it yourself in the writings on the wall or you are found out from it And I just feel like there is a level of that across it at the same time. Look at the dog's abuse They're getting who the hell would want to be a referee? I Would happily see an ex-player sat in a VAR room So as long as as long as it's somebody it's not fucking Martin Keown doing a Spurs Arsenal game. So I mean you want to see yeah.
