I was hoping everyone, you know, got mani-pedis, got their hair done, you know what I'm saying? Things that make you feel relaxed, good about yourself. And even a little bit of yoga. Like, I started stretching, and I feel like a lot of times there's certain places or there's certain nerves in our bodies that we don't stretch. And that's where triggers hide. That's where anxiety, stress, all that. So, when you get the moment, heal yourself that way, too. So, healing yourself, or you will be repeating the same patterns every single time, right? Growing through what we go through. Because the moment you will start questioning your triggers, then it's only then you'll be able to see the root cause of your triggers. Like, what gives you a thing and why? And healing is done in layers, like an onion. And you have to remove the layer by layer in order to properly heal. So, it's not a beautiful process, but when it's done properly, it will be the best thing you'll ever do for yourself. You'll have to accept your emotions completely in order to release them. And that's the only way to heal. And you won't be able to heal if you're avoiding the emotional work. Because a lot of times, you know, individuals won't be able to trigger you, too, if you know what triggers you and why, and you've worked through it. Because then you start building yourself anew.
