You should have a little bit of it if not a lot of it every day. Try to practice it what brings you joy and once you find that out try to do it as often as possible especially if it's safe, free, and accessible and listen and it's not hurting anyone and it's legal of course right because you can go outside and walk on the grass and that could be joyous.
