And SMART GOALS is S, which stands for being specific. So that is, you are clear and specific, and have a well-defined goal and accomplishment of what, when, where, why, and who. You have that all in place, and once you start with the S, which is you are specific about your SMART GOALS. So we will go on and speak about the rest, but hopefully you guys enjoy this.
