I want to talk about today some of the benefits of actually quitting porn and Getting out of bed getting out of your slumber getting out of your depression that stuff You're still gonna get depressed even after once in a while. It's just not gonna be as bad at all like the degrees You know when you're in addiction porn addiction drug addiction when you're the the degrees of the depression that you deal with later Are usually a lot lower I mean you have to just deal with life and you find with other ways to deal with the life But some of the benefits of of doing the you know Quitting the porn you you do things that help counter out counteract that depression anyway, you do more you you seek out other activities like gym and You know breath work and you know finding a real woman to be with you know, which is a very good endeavor Business your energy so it's just like that faucet You know that faucet that is that is flowing you turn on the faucet all that water. It's not going anywhere It's taking energy. It's costing money for that water to go out of the faucet and it's going down the drain So it keeps going down that drain and it's being wasted then it goes into some other thing But what you know what else you can do you stop the point you stop that faucet that faucet then and then you can You know save it up You can attach it to something the way I like to put it metaphorically you attach a tube then to that faucet Do you stop it and you learn it gives you a moment to even have some energy to go look for a tube You know you see what I mean metaphorically speaking and you put that tube on it You know you can't connect that tube to plants or you connect it to something else you connect it to a hydro Whatever those hydro machines that make energy that that's you see the vision I'm talking about. It might sound crazy What are you talking about Austin? This is nuts. But look you stop that Faucet it's normally being wasted and you spend so much time just turning on that. I feel good Relief but it just goes down the drain goes into nothing or it goes into some other Whatever, you know, you don't even know want to know where the energy goes, but it doesn't go to you. You're losing it You're spending it spending all your money all your your money inside. Basically, it's like sperm semen all that stuff Your sexual energy is like the most highest amount of dollars that anybody can have if you can make so much with it It's going down that drain when you stop the porn you stop the ejaculation every freaking day three times a day Whatever you stop that you gather enough momentum to say wait a second Maybe maybe I need to put this energy into something else. It buys you some time. All right Well, let me go find a tube. You know, these plants are getting dry You know, these plants are dying. I don't have you know water for other stuff. This is all metaphorically speaking I want you to imagine something in your head right now what I'm telling you You put that tube in there and then that tube can be connected to multiple other things, you know You could let's just make it simple business relationships Life in general, you know cooking whatever Going to the gym being a little more active Helping other people doing things outside yourself helping your parents, you know, your parents who your parents Maybe they were good and they helped you a lot You know You don't you you want to cherish those moments that you have is the older you get you realize that that was important because you'll regret stuff later on when you just screwed up so many opportunities and So you can metaphorically you put all those things then you turn on that faucet. That's your energy's going out in Producing things that's the way I look at you know, stopping porn doing semen retention doing these things You're you're then it's flowing outward into who knows what? Traveling, you know, you don't have to be like me you don't have to be as extreme as I did going into doing semen retention the energy took me into the middle of the jungles in Columbia and South America and Peru where I live now and You know, I found a wife I found just really of not for everybody what I've done but yours might look a little different yours can be totally Crazy, you know stop stop that porn you get get some good ideas for an online job remote work Hey, maybe fifteen dollars an hour. Ah, well, you know then you start wearing well And then you can attract a good woman if you're if you're faithful to yourself You would attract a faithful good woman who doesn't who's not after you for the money It's just because it's an energy thing you attract that energy because you're on the scene retention You're gonna attract a woman whose vagina retention man. She's doing that vagina retention stuff and she's she's looking for you She's waiting for you because you guys are the correct vibrational match But if you don't even stop that enough, you know, if you don't quit the porn enough to figure that out It's a damn shame man, you're not gonna You're gonna be stuck You're gonna be stuck in that same cycle and you're not when you keep releasing your seed You keep releasing your seed You don't even have enough motivation to really take action and I'm only talking to the people who know what I'm talking about I'm not trying to argue with people who who can function with porn and they said I think for those people For those men who actually really can they still can't kind of function with the porn they're still successful And so hey, I watch porn. I'm a you know, I make 10,000 a month or hey I'm a Bitcoin millionaire, whatever it is You can actually then really go if you want to go higher You can really really go higher with that if you learn to conserve your energy So whatever it is you're doing it's just like an amplifier times a thousand It's just it's it really is so and the cool thing is I'm not like selling you anything This is already within you. You already have this. Yes, I can teach you that I can motivate you and I can Do all that coach you Hold you accountable, but at the end of the day, it's up to you and there's enough material on here and everywhere You know on the internet to probably do it yourself If you do need somebody to coach definitely reach out But this is something that is Every every man on the planet has within them and women will naturally follow it doesn't have to be, you know That's why the whole red pill movement or whatever. I might have some disagreements It's like because men need to get in control and control their sexual energy people are blaming women all that stuff for Well men are supposed to be the leaders. We need to be leading here, you know And and we first and foremost we need to be leading by our sexual energy if we can't control this is the way God made I don't know why you know It's it's almost more difficult than drugs and stuff drugs you stuff to go You got to go to the barrio You've got to go to the ghetto and pick it or whatever On the internet now pick up the drugs and go do all that and it's kind of illegal It's kind of sketchy But you know you got something right in between your legs that can make you feel really good like you're kind of a similar High as a drug and it's just right there. It's right there in front Well, God made it that way because it's like that's that's the that's you know, we're here to overcome that stuff You know, it's it's an incredible incredible thing and we're living in a time. That's super difficult, you know And and so I might my empathy is high for all you guys I get it It's insane But the the truth is you absolutely can't get out of it and and this is why you know, this channels here It's not just about porn addiction It's about getting out of bed living a constructive life and starting to actually do things that are more that are better more beneficial You know, is it it's gonna be absolutely perfect. Are you gonna, you know reach some crazy high standard? You know a lot of there's a lot of high expectations. I have a hard time with that You know, I go on Instagram or YouTube and see all these young guys making You know younger than me making millions and millions of dollars supposedly on there and stuff, you know, yeah, that's possible It's possible for any of us, but don't hold all don't compare yourself to all these other people Don't compare yourself to me either. Well just because you know, I can do it I've not watched this stuff for a very long time and I've been able to really overcome these things However, you know, I still deal with stuff It's like, you know, you you see attractive women and stuff. You have to fight you have to keep yourself, right? You know, I'm dedicated to my wife. I'm you know, I'm I'm loyal, you know, and and so that it becomes a new thing But what you need to worry about now if you're still with the porn Just depends there's two kinds of people if you're running away from the pain You got to figure out what kind of guy you are If you're if you don't want pain if you're tired of how you feel afterward you're tired of the shame the guilt remorse and the lack Of energy and just you know It hurts your eyes you start getting sleep because you're just watching it and it just turns you into a fraction of a man of What you can be that's painful and you're running away from it or if you don't really feel that pain to share Hey, I'm kind of you know, some people are like Darwin people and they don't you know, they'd love science on stuff That's cool. Whatever, you know, they they might think that like hey, that's fine I I don't really feel that moral aspect of I didn't grow up really, you know I'm talking about the person if they didn't grow up religious or anything, you don't have any of that Hey, no big deal but they do know that it probably is holding them back from you know, really being good in their relationship because it Changes thing you're watching porn you're with your wife or you're in a relationship. It just makes it just It makes things diluted and if you don't believe me try it Don't watch I'm doing the challenge You don't watch porn for a month with your wife and just be dedicated to her and see what might grow out of that You know, she might not be a board. She might Vibrate herself right out of your life. I don't know, you know that because it just depends Once you start raising your vibe this semen retention. I really believe for a man is the quickest way to do it It's the quickest way faster than meditation on set because when you do do all those things meditation where it amplifies it You don't have to try so hard. That's the thing and you don't have to be trying be trying so hard to be Attractive and magnetic it just kind of comes to you are like the magnet you do become that so is it gonna you know?
