My name is Austin Zest. I'm happy that you're here. I'm happy that you're listening. I'm dedicating this kind of first episode, aside from the introduction episode, about this addiction to porn that these guys are experiencing because this website here is, that's kind of the first thing that we're focusing on. Helping men to stop, you know, sitting around in bed or whether it's they're losing their wives, all that stuff. So, with this, we're going to help you to give you a couple, few tad bits of advice and to help you to understand why this is not that good for you to be watching this porn all day long. And that might feel like a relief to you for somebody to just tell you, this is not right what you're doing. This is not a good thing. This is not going to be productive for you. And a lot, some people fight me on it. That's fine. Let them go their own way. But you are here because you know, in some way, in your heart, that this is not the right way to go. You shouldn't be doing this. And whether you're single, especially, you know, here's the scenario that I've seen. If you're a single man and you're a single man and you're watching this and it is, you can't even go out on a date. You can't even look at women. You can't even talk to women. There's no force in your spirit. There's no fire in your eyes and there's definitely nothing hard going on downstairs because you have to watch that dirty adult content to even get anything going on down there. And that's a damn shame, but that can be changed really, really quickly. You'd be very surprised how a week or even two weeks of that, without doing that and without even touching yourself at all, how naturally that stuff comes back. Your testosterone starts to naturally come back. Of course, it's not for everybody. It's not the case for everybody, but it's the case for a lot of people. And this is something that's possible for you. So I just want to let you know that you're in the right place. Welcome to get out of bed. Live a constructive life. You know, I love my format. Love this program. I love the fact that I'm here talking to you. This is good. You know, we're going to get some cool people on these episodes. So hang in there and let's keep going, man. Let's keep cruising in life and we need to be better people, better men, so we can lead the communities, lead our families, lead our dogs in the right direction. I'm saying everything, man. You know, the world is in a crazy place right now and I do feel like a big, humongous aspect of that or a big issue around the world is men's sexual energy. And I'm talking about men. Forget the women right now. You need to look at yourself right now. Oh, but all these women on Instagram. I just can't handle it, man. It's just too much. I keep hearing that stuff. People on social media, they're looking at this stuff and they can't stop. That's a big trigger. You know, I never really did get that anyway. Like, you know, it's just like a woman that lives on the other side of the world and you might. It's just crazy. This is something you got to cut this off, man, because it's not going to lead you in any kind of good direction. So, you know, it's time to really achieve. It's really time to get into asking yourself the right questions. Who do I actually want to be? Am I being the type of man that I want to be? I want to look up to. But, ah, it's too hard. I can't be like these guys on YouTube. I can't. This is too much. You know what? That's a lie that you're telling yourself or that somebody else is telling you because you absolutely can't. You have the power within you. It's in your semen too, man. It's in your seed. You have the seed that can plant a million different opportunities. And what I mean is, you have the seed that you can plant a business. You can start a business. You can start a business that will help a lot of people and it's entirely up to you. But when you cut off that, you know, it's like a river. That river of energy, semen, whatever you call it, is going away from you. Every time you jerk off, every time you mix yourself up with these really dark energies on the internet and even in person, man, you are losing your energy. You're losing that vital force, that life force that was meant to actually create something incredible and amazing. So, I want you to think about that for a second and really think about what you want to do with that energy. Do you want to create a business? Do you want to find a wife? Do you want to do something extraordinary? Do you want to get into politics? Because, you know, we need a lot of good men. There's a new generation coming. There's a new opportunity. All these old farts in in Congress and everything, dude, like as much as, you know, you watch a YouTube video saying they're trying to live forever and all that, dude, they're not. I mean, they're not. They're on their way out and it's, you know, this is something to consider. But if you don't have your sexual energy stuff under control or at least like a lot more under control than you do or at least a lot of these leaders do, then we're going to keep seeing the same type of cycles because men who are not leading with strength and who are leading with weakness and who are losing their semen all the time and they're not, they're just, they're actually weak. They're easily dominated by other external forces. They're easily dominated. They're easily manipulated because they don't have that life force energy that is meant to actually, you know, stand up for yourself that's meant to help build testosterone and to help do that. Now look, I'm not a scientist. I don't have a lab coat on. I have a tracksuit on, man, you know, in the middle of the jungle here in Peru. So look, you know, this is what we're dealing with. I'm not, you know, this, but look it up for yourself. Forget what I'm saying. You know, don't even try to, try to believe and understand everything I'm saying. Just look it up for yourself and make your own decision. That's what I want anyway for you anyway. So look, check it out, man. Let's keep going. So we really need to find a new way of living as a man because if you keep watching this porn, you're getting up in the morning or maybe even turning it on, you're watching the porn and then you, boom, you do your thing. Alright, you already started your day with like a really low amount of, you know, self-esteem. Your self-esteem is down. You just did something kind of weird. It's not totally natural and normal. So and then, then you see girls. You don't even know how to react to them because you just completely lost that seed that is that normal, that sex drive that's actually meant for you to normally actually look for women and look for a job even to support a woman, to support. Do you understand the significance of this? Do you understand how important this is? Do you understand why they have tried to keep this information from so many men? And a lot of men know this internally, but they need to be told. So I'm telling you now, I'm telling you now, and this is really absolutely, you know, I can't say it's the truth. It is my truth and it's a lot of other men's truths and we're not all crazy. We're not all stupid. This is the, this is the way out of a lot of misery. I'm telling you, man. So maybe you're already out of bed. Maybe you're already kind of doing that stuff and, you know, you just can't quite get out of that negative thinking. You know, I'm not really the guy to get, not yet at least. I listen. I'm still there. I'm still dealing with that stuff. I'm still battling with a lot of negative stuff sometimes in my head, you know, to get out of that. I've elevated past a lot of horrible habits and stuff and, but, you know, there's new levels, new devils. So for those of you who've already gotten out of bed and you are living relatively constructive lives, you know, I invite you to start considering these meditation practices like Joe Dispenza. Listen to that guy. Don't listen to me on that stuff. Listen to that guy. He's all over YouTube. Dr. Joe Dispenza. Huge recommendation. I've been, really been listening to him for, gosh, since I was like 18, 19 years old when I started doing sensory deprivation things and started to expand, you know, all that kind of consciousness stuff. And his stuff was real practical, real scientific based, and it was just incredible. Absolutely amazing how it changed my life for the better. And it made me so much less fear. I remember that exactly. I was driving home and my mom called me. She said, hey, check out the radio. Coast to Coast was George Norrie at the time. I don't know if anybody's familiar with Coast to Coast radio, actual AM radio, 600 radio, in the afternoon. But he, you know, blew me away. It was talking about how, yeah, you can actually tap in and start feeling, you know, feeling the experience beforehand, you know, and this beats positive thinking because then you're just, you're just, you're thinking, you're thinking it, you're stuck in your head. But he's saying you actually need to feel it before it happens. And when you start to actually align with the thinking and the feeling, more importantly, feeling the event, the mind, the body, and all that, doesn't actually know the difference between the actual event. And then for some reason out there, you attract the actual event a lot quicker. And it's just an incredible, it's incredible. And the more that, you know, and then you, you mix this in with semen retention. And he talks about, he brushes on that stuff a little bit, you know, hey, don't do it, don't constantly be having sex. It's good to have sex, whatever, but don't be doing it all the time. But when you, when you make a combination of both of these at the same time, you actually begin to create an incredible force that is just, is astounding. And you start to create things very quickly, you know. The difficult thing, you know, that I've experienced is that, is your environment, you know. I live in Peru, you know, sometimes there's a different mentality, you know, sometimes you're in a heavier environment, right, you know. Sometimes it's good for you to grow out of that and stuff. It's like, you know, you pick challenges, right, as a soul, as a man, or whatever. You pick certain challenges to grow out of, you know. And this environment actually was really good for me, really beneficial for me in the situation I was in. And so, but what happens is you start to, you know, get, that's the challenge is what I'm saying. So you have to actually get out of the, you know, the environment, your survival mechanism environment. I think a lot of Americans are dealing with that too, because of how the economy is and everything, and how the country is, and all that stuff. Let's not get into that right now, another time. But, you know, how that can affect your meditation also. So that's why it's so powerful. Do the semen retention, try to overcome your environment a bit without getting too flustered and too angry. And then to tap into that dispenser thing, you start to meditate on a future self, a future scenario of something that you want, you know. And even if that's a new version of yourself that you want next week, you know. And if you're trying to break that porn habit, you can start to do this now. Start visualizing that new self next week of that guy who didn't watch porn. And there will be scenarios that come into play that keep popping up for you to not watch it. You know what I mean? Somebody will call you, your grandpa will invite you over, you know, like to do some work around the house. Stuff will start showing up, and you'll be like, oh my god, it's been seven days and I didn't watch. And oh my goodness, I am that guy that I was, I did this crazy meditation that this Austin guy from Get Out of Bed, you know, suggested that I do. So that's just one example of the power of this. And obviously, it can be with money and women and all that. The thing is, what I would really, really recommend that you watch out for, is that when you're doing this like for to manifest a woman or to manifest a new job, really be precise. Don't just like be casual about it. I've seen this happen a lot. People just kind of read part of his books, Joe Dispenza's books. They do semen retention a little bit, and then they manifest something really quickly. And then, you know, wow, it seems all cool, look how good it works. And then they kind of just settle for whatever happens. So you got to really be precise on exactly what you want, you know. And be real about it. You don't have to really be realistic. You can actually just ask for really what you want and imagine it and feel it inside. So anyway, I'm kind of going on that Joe Dispenza tangent, but it all kind of ties in. It's just an incredible thing how well all of this ties in together. And it's so encouraging to see how many people are starting to get out of, you know, porn addiction, and they're starting to wake up to some spiritual stuff, components. I mean, I've experienced all that stuff, man. I've done a lot of ayahuasca ceremonies, dude, ibogaine, stuff that you, you know, a lot of things. We can get into in future episodes. I don't advocate it necessarily because, you know, it's just, it can be dangerous. There's a lot of things that a lot of people can't quite deal with. And you got to watch out for other people too, who don't know what they're doing in their conducting ceremony. Definitely, I would strongly not recommend doing, you know, psychedelics with your buddies and walking around, because you're actually opening up a lot of crazy stuff, you know. If you can handle it, great, you know. But just be wise out there, guys. Be real wise about what you do and what you intake, you know. I'm not the know-all, be-all for all that stuff. I've done a lot of crazy things, but just from my experience, I don't know what age range my audience is yet, you know. This is episode one, basically, from the introduction, you know. It's like, come on, give me a break here. Guys, hey, man, come on now. So, I hope everybody can hear me, and I hope that was kind of somewhat interesting. We're about going into 14 minutes. So, what I would recommend is, if anybody's there, if anybody here right now can, you know, is interested, I'm looking at creating a, you know, first for kind of the porn, get out of bed porn. It'll be like a webinar twice a week with a monthly coaching fee. Very, very affordable, because I want to teach. I do a lot. I do text sales. I do a lot of things on the side. So, I don't have tons of time to, like, do individual coaching. If you would be interested in that, it would be a bit higher price if you wanted me to coach you individually, and most likely, I'll be only coaching you on, like, a month-to- month basis, or maybe you and a very elite member, a VIP member of guys, something like that, and then it'll be, like, twice a week for, you know, $97, or depends on what price people can handle, for two webinars with, like, Q&As. That'll go, like, four hours, five hours long, depending on, you know, how big the audience is, and how many questions there are, and everything, and a lot of advice, and we'll be doing breathwork exercises to help you with urges and stuff, because I really believe in the breathwork. I've done some work with Wim Hof. I love that guy, you know. It's just such cool stuff that's out there, and a lot of people, when you're in that depressed, porn-induced state, you don't even think to do something like that. You don't even have the confidence, so sometimes it helps somebody like me to kind of push you, you know, and when you invest, you know, whatever, you know, a small fee and something like that, it helps. It just helps. I've done a lot. I've helped guys for free, quite a lot, so what I found, though, the issue with helping people for free is it's, like, it takes a lot of my time out of it, because I'm putting a lot of effort, and if I don't see the results on their end, it's, like, you know, I don't say I get resentful, but it's, like, it just turns into something that doesn't really work for everybody, so, you know, that's why, and I have the experience, and I have the time away from it to actually be qualified to charge a small fee for that, so keep an eye out on that, and if that's something that you really need and you're interested in, I'm going to start to do that. Like, it'll be a webinar. You'll be able to sign up on a month-to-month basis very easily. And then I will be working on something to help send out daily reminders, you know, in a way that is kind of personalized and that reminds you to stop your bad habit, you know, that'll be once a day or twice a week, so that would, at some point when the technology is good enough to be included in the package here, so hopefully that's cool stuff to look forward to. Also, you know, in the future, I will be hosting events down here in South America, so men who, you know, are really struggling with addiction to hookers and porn and all that stuff, and you can, or men who just really want, like my style and like what I'm offering here, you can come down too. It doesn't, you know, you don't have to necessarily have an issue, but I'll be, so you'll come down, you know, for a week or two weeks, probably two weeks because it takes a little while to get accustomed to the altitude here. We're in the Cusco region. This is near Machu Picchu, so we'll go to Machu Picchu. We'll go to all these amazing ancient sites that, you know, I have a deep connection with, and, you know, you're going to have an incredible experience.
