The "Bible (Fenton) 28-39: Holy Bible in Modern English: Hosea - Malaki" is a translation of the Bible into modern English by Ferrar Fenton, a London businessman who began this work in 1853. The complete Bible was published in 1903, with separate volumes being released over the previous 11 years. Fenton's translation is unique in that he rearranged the books of the Bible into what he believed was their correct chronological order, following the order found in the Hebrew Bible. Throughout the Old Testament, Fenton translated the name of God as "The Ever-Living." This translation claims to be a direct translation from the original Hebrew, Chaldee, and Greek languages. Notably, Fenton received assistance from Henrik Borgström for his translation of the Book of Job, which was rendered in the same meter as the original Hebrew, word by word and line by line.
