Our brain can rewire itself, allowing us to change negative beliefs into positive ones. To become happier, we should replace negative thoughts with positive ones. We are constantly learning throughout our lives, so it's possible to change negative thoughts that we have learned into positive ones. Hello everybody, this is Ferris da Silva from Silva Languages and today's life coaching tip is about happiness. So I would like to ask you a question, is happiness a choice? Well, let's talk a little bit about that. Whether you believe it or not, our brain has the ability to rewire itself. Having said that, we can change some negative beliefs into positive ones. Remember that cognitive change is not only possible, but achievable as well. So what is one of the best ways to become a happier person, a happier you? Try changing some of your learned negative thoughts and replacing them with more positive ones. Remember that we've been classically conditioned. We are constantly learning throughout our lives, so I bet that there are some thoughts out there that you have that are very negative and that they were learned. You probably learned them maybe consciously or unconsciously throughout your life, but there is a chance that you can change them into something more positive. That's all for now.
