Ismael Fumero from Social Strategy introduces their national program in Durazno, Uruguay. The program focuses on social issues and aims to provide tools to solve problems and be empathetic with others. They invite listeners to engage with them through WhatsApp and social media. They discuss a short story about justice and emphasize that good and evil are relative concepts. They also talk about the importance of behavior and socialization in shaping individuals' actions and relationships. The program promotes communication, kindness, and community engagement. They mention local businesses and contact information for their services. I'm Ismael Fumero, from Social Strategy. We are here from the center of the country, for Uruguay and the whole of the Cuenca del Plata. We are doing a program that is made by people, a national program, unique in Durazno. We have no competition because we are the first program that has been launched with other ideas, looking at other points of view, not political, not football, not religion. We are going to the human part of what is social strategy, as our colleague Ismael Darío Fumero has already explained. In this second month we will be sharing, as we had already announced in the first month, notes, comments, improvisations, everything that is related to what is social strategy, as our colleague Ismael Darío Fumero, from the social sector, will tell you now. Good morning José Luis, good morning audience. A pleasure, a pleasure to be here again, re-opening a month. We are entering the fifth program, and well, this is really an activity that we enjoy and do for people. And it is different, as you said, because it is a cultural program that tries to introduce values and principles that we are not used to seeing on the radio. This is social strategy, it is a program, but also a tool that allows us to deal with everyday problems, to have tools to solve problems, difficulties, and to have flexibility and be empathetic with the problems of other neighbors, friends, family. And well, to the audience, a huge greeting, who is accompanying us from the beginning, and to say that you can communicate through WhatsApp 098283142, I repeat, 098283142. And you can also follow us on social networks, Facebook, Instagram, and also online, the broadcaster has its frequency for all of Durazno, Uruguay and the world, www.diversidadfm.com. And well, come closer, we are waiting, we are receptive to the proposals that you can make, beyond what we promote and announce from here. We invite you to listen to the audio of the podcast, it is very nice, about the line and justice. It is a program made for and for the people. So go ahead. As you said, Adelina, go ahead with the note. We have prepared with the production an unpublished story that will serve to introduce us to the central theme of today, basic rules for public behavior. Then we will share the short story, the girl and justice, and then we will make a comment and some reflection on it. The girl and justice. Short story. In a family, a six-year-old girl constantly repeats words that are often heard on television, Martian justice, Martian justice. And she repeats it all the time like a cantilena. It refers to some sayings that pronounce certain cartoons from a series, on channel 270. You can hear the obsessive repiqueteo resonating in the house. He does it like every child recreating successive scenes in which an extraordinary character proudly fights the evil of the plot. Seeing this, the father interested in making contact with the anime, through the description, asks her what that phrase is about that she likes to say and say so much without fatigue. To which she replies that in the drawing there is someone good and does good. And that it comes from space in the name of the justice of the planet Mars, and also another that is bad or that creates fear in people, just because he wants to. The intrigued father, upon hearing the word justice, makes him reflect, imagining that it is a very high concept for his age. He wanted to know more. He asks her if she understands what justice is and what it is to be fair to her. To his questioner, he did not show a great answer. He just moved his head from one side to the other, saying no. Without saying a word. She insists, asking him again. And bad? Do you know what it is to be bad? To which the girl answers intrepid and very resolved. Bad yes, that yes, dad. I tell you. Bad is the one who hurts. Correct Fiona. Bad is the one who hurts, and the one who breaks the rules of the good. Adds his father with subtle pedagogy. He, knowing his innocence, thought to explain this question to him, with an example that would be familiar to him. He would simply bring an easy idea to represent this of being good, and being bad. Something simple and practical, to the extent of his understanding. He says so, drawing her attention. Fiona listens to the following. Do you see our bitch Diana? She's really good, huh? She sits with her head saying yes. It's true that she is very playful and always welcomes us when we get home from school, that she sleeps with us and is always happy. And that at night she is always alert to the noises coming from the entrance hall. Fiona consciously affirms each action. And adds his father saying. That your little brother Walter of 8 months, caresses her when he gets up to see him in his bed, and she lets him touch him, although he without realizing it pulls his hair, and she can't stand it and doesn't react, right? Yes, of course. We all know that Diana is a beautiful girl. I love her. The girl answered with a smile on her face. The father continues to recreate the supposed scene that would conclude with the example given. He says the following. What do you think happens if suddenly, at night, when we all sleep, Diana finds an intruder inside the house, an unknown who enters with intentions to take something of ours. Ah, I know, a thief. Fiona anticipates with a dilated expression, while her father is already watching. Fiona thinks. Silence for a moment. Meanwhile, the father resumes his conversation. Surely Diana is going to steal from him, and if he doesn't get scared he will attack him. You know, he's very brave. It is possible that by bad luck for the thief, he will go back to his house with a good shake and a few bites of our dear Diana. So, yes, the girl says, convinced, bites him hard. And, paf, he gives a slap to the bad guy. Seeing the father the consequent response of his daughter repairs in his own words. How timely they come to make it clear that, the good and the bad of the story, in the version of events, is one for the family and, at the same time, is another for the intruder who discovers the damage caused by that bad dog that surprises him by preventing him from finishing his feat. The animal is obedient, and especially faithful to its owners, for them it is a kind being, unable to attack the smallest child, the most humble of all. Instead it becomes for the other, his unexpected enemy forcing him to leave the house immediately, before it gets worse. So far is the short story of the characters. Thus concludes its development. It intends to bring us closer to a version of events as it happens in real life. At the same time it detracts from the preconception that is alive in each of us, sometimes as prejudice and as a single interpretation of what we know. Good and evil is not a condition that goes with people. Nor as an implicit condition, nor as conditioning to put labels on one or the other. Good and evil is a point of view. It is a relative concept that is subject to subjectivities, that is, to valuations that we as subjects motivated by different emotions interpret from the partiality and own limits. The story is about a daily encounter between father and daughter in the home. An eventual dialogue develops there between them from the observation that the father makes when he hears his daughter speak about justice, when he mentions the word repeated times in the middle of his game. That, as a good father, realizing his disturbing game of justice, wants to know more about it, intending to inquire a little about what he is saying. That is, how much he knows about that concept, being so important and she so small and naive. The interesting thing is not in itself the discovery or the surprise of his answer or the interest of the man to advance in his wisdom. Which is not without consequence with what we have been dealing with. The important thing about the story, and therein lies the approach given, is in the morality that it brings to the listener, any of us, who will not be instructed in moralistic lessons, but invited to reflect beyond what we usually consider or understand about justice. There an exchange of ideas is generated in which the girl conditions her role as a citizen when the father adjusts the terms of good and bad, taking her to the plane of a daily example where the characters, a dog being his pet, and a supposed thief inside the house, star in a meeting with the outcome obviously unfortunate for the intruder. This, as we see, is decisive for the girl who appears in the story. But at the same time it is definitive for the position we occupy when we make judgments about what is right and what is wrong. Relating this duality, it falls into the concept of justice on which the story points to give an understanding of how relative it is every time we talk about justice. Well, with this reflection I invite everyone to reflect, to have a new perspective on the term justice in this case, so questioned perhaps more than anything else, but above all to have the reflection in all areas, not only with justice. In this case, I found the term important because behind this moral principle there is always a personal version, according to who observes it will have its meaning. Well, so far the paradox or the opposite, what is fair for one, for the other, on the contrary, is unfair. Kiosko Picapiedra offers you quinielas, intoleros, eatables, chickens, drinks. Let's develop concepts that make our private life a response to everyday problems. Let's talk about behavior in general, encompassing each act carried out in the presence or not of other people, so that what is produced by impulse has a meaning that before the act we process an idea from understanding. That is why it is fair to conceive or form concepts, it is to determine something in the mind by examining the circumstances. In short, our behavior responds to the environment, it does not demand responsibility for someone or something that involves us, whether in public, as in private, as preparation. And that has to do with the skills we learned as children to respond to specific situations, some of them lived in the domestic framework. The family is the first center of socialization and others follow as we grow. But it is there in the first stages of our life when we interact with family members and develop the first skills for behavior, that is, to carry something together with other people. It is the basis of behavior and catapults to the future with others. We prepare ourselves with skills to then enter society with other centers of socialization in places outside the home. According to maturity, we are generating spaces necessary to complete the link with our fellow men. The circle expands, covering more people and more situations. As we went through childhood, our parents instilled in us, infused us with encouragement, a concept about domestic behavior that will be the basis of public behavior and preparation also to maintain closer relations with friends, colleagues, partners and even strangers. There are also guidelines of behavior for general situations, such as ways of living and reacting to collective circumstances in front of the public, parties, trips, study, work, integrating diverse groups. Even something as trivial as the way of walking on the street has its reference in that moment experienced at an early age. Entertaining oneself with social activities and, even better, understanding oneself well is part of personal achievements. Apart from the character of each person, the environment plays a fundamental role. The family, the school and the high school are all centers of socialization. These are the places where we incorporate basic concepts, as we saw in the story. Public safety, for example, but in the same way recreation in free time, with the health and well-being of our body, in the face of the rights and obligations of a citizen, all with their particular expression and notoriety. We develop concepts that make our life a particular response to everyday problems. We are all human beings, and we are all responsible for our own actions. We are all human beings, and we are all responsible for our own actions. We are all human beings, and we are all responsible for our own actions. We are all human beings, and we are all responsible for our own actions. We are all human beings, and we are all responsible for our own actions. We are all human beings, and we are all responsible for our own actions. We are all human beings, and we are all responsible for our own actions. We are all human beings, and we are all responsible for our own actions. We always promote direct, frontal, and pleasant communication with respect. We aim to be a cultural program, and while we can touch on political issues, it will be conceptual, as in its true sense of non-partisan politics, but the politics of Aristotle, the politics that all human beings practice every time we relate to an environment, whenever we have social activity. It is clear, what we have explained in this program, that it is not a political program. We are not talking about football, we are not talking about religion, we are not talking about hurting anyone, because our intention is to have empathy. It is done for you, our listeners, we are here thanks to you, because you are the magic of the radio, those who listen to us, and give their points of view, and help us to fix the program, and what we can do, from the social management, as Mario Romero did. We thank the comments on the street, people who bring us their opinions, and their points of view, emphasizing certain things, like the case of Ana, who was a neighbor who raised her domestic problem, and her problem with a tree, which had problems, a palm tree with risks of falling. All that includes social action, the activity that unites us, empathy, being kind, courteous, and making a reference to the previous programs, being urban, being cordial, coherent, and always being aware that we live in community and collective. It is not convenient to isolate oneself in an egocentric way, saying that everyone has their own, and although everyone has their own, and their own talents, and their own material things, but when we live in communities, what society is currently suffering, is fragmenting, and that is not good, and it is a global evil, because it happens everywhere. I feel that we live in the corollary of a time of growth. We come from the 20th century, where the greatest communication, abundance, where consumerism was known. Well, things that we bring, that we know and practice, and that have brought a lot of problems as well. Yes, it has left many problems. This pandemic has really caused psychological problems, problems in adolescents, problems in families, because everything was really a great surprise for the world, this pandemic, which for many people leaves a lot, and for others, perhaps, it does not leave so much, and for some they will be satisfied, others not, but we are all really people who do not think the same. Everyone has their point of view, as I have my point of view here on the program, and I make a reflection, nothing more, of what I think, I do not draw conclusions only from what I write, what comes out of me, in my way of expressing myself, to do good to society, because people, as we always say, we have to give a hand, and there is the social strategy. Well, about the issue you raised, the pandemic has aroused, I think it was a bizarre moment, because although it was opportunities for some, which I understand, and what I have read and heard the information that is handled, it was growth for certain people who were well economically, however it has been devastating for a lot of people who were in a vulnerable situation, from the social, material and human, that is, people who had to isolate themselves, people who died, people who left their families, also the way of behaving and being in the middle of a pandemic, arouses a great concern, and some suspicions about what will come, and what will come after all this, if we return to normality, or if this is the product of a conspiracy, well, things that have happened in these times, but that have truly meant important changes, because there are good things that have remained. Of course, there are many good things left, I don't get tired of telling you. Pica Piedra offers you quinielas, 5 euros, eatables, chickens, drinks, in general, is in Calle Ancina, in front of Plaza Artigas, remember that we have an extended schedule from 6.30 to 22 hours, contact us through the phone 4132-7230, Kiosco Pica Piedra, we look forward to your kind and warm attention. UMER, mobile emergency with more than 30 years of age, offers you the best attention and thanks you for your support to your partners, we are waiting for you in our offices at Pensa 769, or by phone 432-4000 and 432-3575. UMER, consult, do not bother. Now in Duras we have the company Espacios Verdes, works are carried out for state companies, cleaning and maintenance of land, parks, pods and fruit trees, house cleaning, ponds, cabins for flies, mosquitoes and all kinds of insects, football fields maintenance, we have tractor, affiliated chains of chainsaws, active road and road, we are in Tapurro 1040, Casi, Leandro Gómez, or by phone 432-5302, 432-5660 or by cell phone 094-359-737 or 098-850-232. Espacios Verdes. We came to work for you, you just hooked up, this is social strategy by air of 89.3 FM. We are from Durazno, Uruguay, here in the center of the country, you can contact us through the lines of the radio. www.diversidadfm.com The phone number is there. 098283142 And also on Instagram and Facebook, Uruguay social strategy or UI social strategy. And the name is given because social strategy is a curious thing, that here in the medium had not been seen, as the same social management, I consider myself and I title myself that way, because it is not a career but an experience, it is a social experience that works with people and for people, and develops strategies. That's how the name came up. We came as you say after this pandemic, I go to the previous topic, I was listening very intently to what you were saying about the pandemic, that people have changed, people think differently, many for many came for good, but for others came to stay. There are many versions of people, because each one is unique, and we all do not have the same understanding capacities, there are people with psychological problems, there are people with problems, I was listening to a doctor who spoke about everything that brought this pandemic, Dr. Borba of the drugs, he spoke in Monterrey, Uruguay, although we are not in Monterrey, Uruguay, we are in the center of the country, transmitting this social strategy. And well, going to what I was saying, the amount of psychotropic drugs that people are consuming, because of problems of sleep, problems of anguish, we are going to have here in the social strategy, to what I was referring to, some doctors are going to spend this month, some notes are going to be made, for example, to great doctors here in the center of the country, who are dealing with people, there in the geriatrics, there in the schools, in the talks, and all the possible materials, so that people somehow stay calm, that here in Uruguay things are done well, there is a strategy, everything is being handled very well, people are satisfied, well, follow this part, because not everyone is satisfied, surely not, those who are left without work or without a company, because they had to close, and those who lost family, and those who are not. But this, in some way, has brought greater sensitivity, has implanted in the human chip, a question that already, by materialism, we had stopped having, that is a little of humanity that we need. And I do not know, it is not time to draw conclusions, as you said, José Luis, but it is being observed, it is being observed that the fact of taking care of ourselves, in a certain way, has led each one to have a little more awareness of oneself and the other. Empathy, that of seeing the other in their own flesh, how to help them, how to respect them, because we are all the same, we are unique, every human being is unique, and this pandemic has allowed, in a way, to see that aspect that we did not have, because we lived in abundance, and that everything was left over, and that everything was fine, and everything forward, and we did not look to the side. And I think that is something rescatable. I say this apart from everything that has meant. On the one hand, tragedy, tragedy, and socially it was a tragedy, because of the quarantine, the isolation, being sick and not seeing anyone, and having to reach things through a window, because they could not have contact. I say that is the most cruel part, but apart from all that, I can say that there are other things that are left for good. And now what we are talking about, we refer to the central issue, which is the rules of public behavior, as well as in private, the case of the girl in the justice, the story that is broadcast, and that reveals how we behave in different situations, under pressure, under anguish, under stress levels. How from the beginning, being a child, we have the preparation, or not, depending on which families we were. And see... The positive, right? The positive that can be given. And the negative can also be learned, because there is always good and evil. That's right, good and evil, and the point of view of that same thing, because seeing that suddenly a certain thing has a productive effect, and for another it is not. Of course, it is a great issue, that society has for years, that comes from the medical agents, doctors, well, the whole range of health, that left many very good things, and others not so much. But in short, it was like a school, I think, a school that you go through the grade, and if you have problems... Well, I was the teacher the other days, remember, I was giving the note that she had to travel several kilometers to get to work, that she was brave, because imagine that a girl who just got home to live that pandemic, and in school, as she told me, that were moments of great tension, a lot of pain, really, I personally am aware that this came to stay, that it is not going to go so easy. Many say, maybe there will be no more pandemic, but we are all going to take care of ourselves, no one is immortal. Look what I'm going to say. Yes, brother. I spoke a moment ago about conspiracy theories, and look what I'm going to say, something forceful. Amartya Sen is an economist, Nobel Prize in Indian Economics, he is of Indian origin, he predicted, projected his calculations and his evaluations, saying that the capitalist world was in crisis, and that the capitalist system had more and more frequent crises. This pandemic has come to show that we have gone through a crisis, and that in a certain way it also affects the economy, and that it has affected the economy strongly. The economy and the human being. And the human being. In this time of abundance, in the last years of the 20th century, we have gone through this, and people have lost everything, practically. It's horrible. Referring to what you said about the economist, we don't know if this came to stay, but what we do know is that certain things have changed. Ah, of course. There is no going back in certain things. Of course. That's why I say, you think in a certain way, I also think in a certain way, we all agree on the same topic. We don't agree. You know what we agree on? Yes, because it was for that reason. But nobody, really nobody, it's a mystery, because, well, we would talk about other topics that we shouldn't touch on, but I say, for the common and ordinary people, like me, here in the Erasmus, there were many sick people, and really, I had acquaintances who were afraid to go out, because they knew that I, in my work, had to go to the hospital, and it was like a fear, a tension. People were really scared, and that they had to cover their mouths, and that, well, they had to take care of themselves, right? Many are in favor, others are against, but I have my point of view, I don't know what point of view you have, but I say, those were really moments, as Ismael said, in the 20th century, we have lived this transition. Exactly, we have lived this transition. Yes, we have. It seems that we are going to die, but it's the truth. I imagine that in the year, or in the year 20, many things happened, they said that the world was ending, do you remember Ismael? Yes, of course. And what happened? It didn't end, nobody knows. We agree that we are on this train. We are all on the same train. Exactly, on the same train. And, well, that's why it's the opportunity to grow humanly, and the proposal of the program from the beginning has been that, to create spaces of coexistence. And, even so, with restrictions, as we had, that we move forward, to know how to interact, even in public, like being or not being with a mask, being at a distance, to see each other, to share places. Well, young people are more liberal. Young people, we can see them drinking mate, we adults, we don't reserve that, because we don't share mate anymore, practically, I say it because it happens to us. Young people have another way of seeing things, another way of seeing, another dynamic, because they have energy, they have that power to transform things, to eat the world, to generate, to generate another way of seeing things and to transform. Of course, yes, man. And in public, we, for example, we have a very marked time, a very marked time, a time of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much of much
