To determine if someone is eligible for membership, check their appointment and client profile. A star icon means they're a new client, a heart icon means they've had an appointment before, and a crown emoji means they're already a member. Review their visit history and read any notes on their profile to see if they've been recommended membership before. To determine who is a candidate for membership, you'll start by looking at their appointment and their client profile. If their appointment has a star icon, you'll know they are a new client. A heart icon may indicate they have previously had an appointment, since they are requesting a specific skin therapist. And a crown emoji indicates that they've already signed up and are a member. Next, open their profile and review their visit history. You can see an overview at the top of their profile. You'll also want to read any notes on their profile to see if we have previously recommended the membership and received a hesitant or negative response.
