In this meditation session, you will learn and practice various positivity techniques for five days. Focus on your breathing and be grateful for what you have. Start each morning by listing five things you are thankful for. Laugh every day, even without a reason. Put your phone on silent for ten minutes and listen to calming music for twenty minutes. If weather allows, spend time stargazing each night. Finally, choose a phrase that promotes good health and recite it every morning. Welcome to our meditative positivity session. After hearing the following positivity techniques, you will practice three or more of them for five days. Before we begin, take your time and focus less on your mind and more on your lungs.
