Dallin George from HomeQuest Realty in Medford is sending a pre-appointment video to explain subject to financing. This involves the buyer making an offer on the seller's home and taking over the existing mortgage. They will evaluate the property, discuss options, and come up with a game plan. Closing could happen in less than two weeks. Dallin suggests focusing on acts of kindness or quality time instead of buying expensive Christmas gifts. A heartfelt card can go a long way. Hey there, my name is Dallin George, I'm with HomeQuest Realty here in Medford, and it sounds like we'll be meeting soon. So I wanted to send out a quick pre-appointment video just to explain what is subject to financing and how does it work. Okay, so we're good there, so let me read off what it is. Subject to financing in its most simple form is where I, the buyer, come in, make you an offer on your home, and take over the existing mortgage. And then I'll just roll into, so here. So what happens next is I'm going to evaluate your property, we're going to come over and meet you, we'll discuss all of the various options with you, and if it's a suitable fit for both of us, we'll come up with a game plan and move forward and hopefully close in less than two weeks. I look forward to meeting you, and if you have any questions, feel free to call or text me at any time. Cool. Okay, so we're going to use that as a sub-two video. Christmas gifts are always overvalued and underappreciated, and if you're anything like me, I haven't even started Christmas shopping yet, and I'm starting to get stressed out because Christmas is in less than a week. So here's another idea that'll actually probably go farther than going onto Amazon and buying something, is you should probably just do an act of kindness or spend some quality time with someone, or if you're struggling finding a gift for someone that has everything or can get themselves anything, write them a card, tell them how much you appreciate them. I promise you that'll go a lot farther than a Christmas gift that'll be forgotten about in about a week, and it'll save you a lot of money. That's a great video. Cool.
