Nothing to say, yet
Gowen read the book "Girl Rising" which tells stories of girls around the world who lack access to education. Gender discrimination and lack of resources are the main obstacles. Despite challenges, many of the girls in the book find a way to succeed and improve their circumstances. The book aims to show readers a wider perspective of the world and the importance of education. We're starting with Gowen, who read the book Girl Rising. Gowen, would you like to share a quick summary of your book? Absolutely! Girl Rising covers stories from girls all around the world who hardly have access to education. So all the characters in your book are wanting to get an education? Who or what is making these character-locked resources? My page 18 says, When it comes to education, gender discrimination rears its likelihood in the basic idea that girls don't need school as much as boys do. It's easy to see how paying for school doesn't become an option, especially if you are a girl. Apparently each of your characters found a way to achieve their goals. What causes your characters in Girl Rising to succeed in their dreams? For page 152 of my book, Of course not every story has a clear-cut ending and a foolproof fix for the larger issues we've encountered, but most of the girls receiving financial support through Girl Rising are doing quite well. They are able to rise up and out of their circumstances. Do you believe your book has a way people can change the world? How does Girl Rising open the outside world of foreign experiences to us? And how does it shape our view of the world? For page 3 it says, It's easy to notice only our own place in the world, and it has been since the second we become conscious beings. As we grow, we begin to see a wider picture of the world and the people with whom we share it.
