Hello guys, welcome in the first episode of my podcast, Salut les copains, you will discover my friend Yanka, disclaimer, it's my first project of podcast, so it's not perfect, but the objective here is not to be perfect, but to be yourself, so enjoy! Hello Yanka, we are here together in Extremadura in Spain, can you please introduce yourself? Yes, absolutely, hello, my name is Yanka and I'm from Hungary, I'm 19 and this is my first ever project. Thank you so much! You are from Hungary, can you speak a bit more about that, where do you from exactly in Hungary, how is your city in Hungary, if you come from a city, and maybe you can speak about a specialty, for example a dish or something like that. Alright, so I'm from Szeged, which is the third biggest city in Hungary, I love living there because it's a big city and there are so many opportunities and there is also a river there, the national dish is fish soup, that we make yearly from the fresh fish we get from the river, made with paprika, which is also a Hungarian national thing to produce. Okay, thank you, I didn't know that about Hungary, so thank you. Now, really large question, why do you travel? This is a hard question, honestly this is my first stepping stone, this project, because before that I've never travelled alone, but I have plans for the future, I'm going to Barcelona also and to the USA soon, it's because I want to experience as much as I can and meet new people and I can learn so much about myself and about others as well, so I just want to expand my knowledge and be open-minded and see the world. Many good ideas, see the world and be more open-minded. Why did you choose this project of permaculture in Albergue La Jardina? First caught my eyes because it was in Spain and I've been studying Spanish for four years, so I wanted to experience the culture and travel around Spain, so I thought this project would be a great opportunity for that, but also I'm very interested in like sustainable living, very different ways to live, so it's great to have a knowledge about that and that's why I chose this project. Thank you so much. What are your passions? Hobbies? So, past few months my life has changed a lot, so obviously my hobbies are changing as well, but I used to love dancing, just hanging out with my friends and cooking together since I became a vegetarian. I've been cooking a lot for myself, so I think that's a big passion of mine, but I'm experimenting and trying out different things, so I can see what I'm good at. Thank you. To finish, if you have something to say to the group or people who listen that maybe, which is important for you or to me, you can tell here. I'm extremely thankful for everyone who I met here because they are so amazing. I'm extremely thankful for everyone who I met here because everyone is so amazing and welcoming. We created this environment where I feel very comfortable and I could be who I am, which is very important and honestly, I'm just grateful for everyone and everything because this project made me happy and I think I grow a lot as a person, physically and mentally as well, because I could try out different things, also learn so much about cultures and from other people's experiences, so really, I'm just grateful. Thank you so much because I really like you and I like your personality and your you. Thank you for that and just to finish, there is an Hungarian dance, which is amazing. Thank you so much. Thank you, Charlotte, for having me. I love this podcast and I love you. I'm so happy that I got a chance to meet you and get to know you, so thank you so much. And we are going to see you again. Absolutely. Absolutely. We are going to make it work. Yes. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you, thank you, I love you. Thank you.
