Yeah, break out some popcorn, let's go. Get a little YouTube streaming on your TV. You know what you can do next weekend? You can watch Coachella. Coachella is going to be on YouTube once again. Now they've done this before, but here's an upgrade. YouTube will live stream six Coachella feeds at once this year, six at once.
So let's say your phone, your buddy's phone, your TV, your picture-in-picture, your other TV. I don't know how you're going to do all this. I think you can't do it all. But there's going to be a lot of Coachella on YouTube this year, and that's like a pretty good thing, right? Last year was three simultaneous live streams. This year it is six. Now you should probably know that if you want to see the whole show, there's really nothing quite like being there, except it's really expensive to go there and fly and stay and buy tickets for the whole concert.
YouTube is going to show highlights from many of the weekend's performances, they say. And this will all be available on demand later. So there's no hurry. Live streams start at 4 p.m. each day, and the whole thing kicks off on the 14th. And this is all from The Verge, if you want to get more information. YouTube, Coachella, your house, big screen TV. Let's do it. I'm Big Rick Stewart. It's the Wine Country Saturday Soundtrack. Fun music and great information right here at 99threethevine.com.

Wow, so I just feel like it's my duty to go see lots of music and tell you about some of these shows. It's my job. I have to do it. Okay, I really, really like to do it. So I love seeing live music, and I recently saw the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
They played at Allegiant Stadium, home of the Raiders. So it's a big football stadium, giant, right? I don't know how many tickets they sold. 60,000 tickets or something like that sold out, packed from the floor to the ceiling, the whole thing. It was an incredible show, and I've seen the Chili Peppers a whole bunch of times, but not recently, not like in a handful of years, maybe too long, because I forgot what monster musicians John Flea and Chad the Drummer are.
I mean, they're like incredible, and they keep this energy level up for like two hours. It just goes on and on. It's just amazing. Even the ballads and the slow songs from the Chili Peppers are super intense and super amazing. And of course, Anthony was great on vocals and very heartfelt on the ballads and the slower songs and super energetic and really delivering on the faster songs. I mean, they've been doing this for a while, but they are far from those punk rock kids that jumped around on stage in their early days.
They are awesome musicians. It was a great show. The crowd loved it. It had a sprinkling of hits, lots of songs you'll know, but I would imagine the set list can change from night to night. So who knows what they'll do when they come to Bottle Rock in Napa Valley and they headline their Bottle Rock Night. The encore was a super crowd-pleasing version of Give It Away, a song with the philosophy that you should just give things away.
They are gonna kill it on stage for Bottle Rock, so do not miss the Red Hot Chili Peppers when they come to Napa Valley. It was a great show down here in Vegas. I just think it's a great travel site, even though I don't travel that much.
I like reading about things, and I like sharing things that have headlines like this. Ready? You can now take sunrise yoga classes at Disneyland. What? Who saw that coming? Disneyland's newest experience gives guests the unique opportunity to be inside the park before it officially opens and get a good stretch in before maybe a long day. Now, they just started this in April. You can take classes inside Disneyland or Disney California Adventure on select days. You gotta make sure you sign up for all this stuff because I would think this is kind of sort of popular.
Ready? So the details are that it's for all levels. It's not just expert yoga folks, so you can go there even if you've never done yoga in your life. How about doing yoga like at Space Mountain? Tomorrowland, that would be wild, right? And they'll get you into the class, and you can do your thing, and you can stretch around. Classes occur on selected dates and cost about $90 per person. Advanced reservations are required. And you can ask your hotel about it when you check in and all that good stuff.
It's pretty cool. Now, a couple things. No, you cannot hang out at Disneyland afterwards and be the first in line for your favorite rides. They're going to escort you off of the property after yoga class. Then you can have your breakfast. Then you come back in when everybody else comes in. But you get to hang out at Disneyland when it's nice and quiet and peaceful. That's kind of cool. Maybe get some awesome photos without 1,000 people in the background.
All right, if you do it, let me know about it. I'm Big Rick Stewart. Yoga at Disneyland. How about that? It's 99.3 thevine.com and the Wine Country Saturday Soundtrack. If you're driving to Tahoe, well, you know, drive safely and enjoy. If you're not driving to Tahoe this weekend, don't worry. You got a few more weekends to go up to Tahoe and enjoy the snow because, according to thepointsguide.com, they're going to have skiing open.
The lifts and everything. Until July of Tahoe. That is amazing, right? And if you want to be more specific, okay, we're talking about a place called Palisades Tahoe. It used to be called Squaw Valley. Palisades Tahoe is going to be open through July 4th weekend. That's just incredible, right? They've got over 700 inches of snow, I think, which is just about, well, normally 400 inches is what they normally get. So they've got a lot of snow.
And they're going to stay open all weekend. And they're going to stay open, and you can go up there. Even if you don't ski, it's going to be like nice, beautiful weather and snow-capped mountains would be nice to kind of look at. The ski lifts will be open through July 4th. And here is a pretty cool deal. They are part of the Icon Ski Pass. And now if you buy a ski pass for next season, 23 to 24, you get to ski for free this spring, starting on the 10th of April, coming right up.
So you get to ski all of the rest of this year through July 4th, and then use your ski pass for next season. Well, that's pretty amazing, right? You can buy a three-pack for just $143. Use the tickets for yourself or even share them among friends. Not bad skiing for less than $50 a day, they say, is a steal in the ski industry at a top resort like that, especially. All right, look at thepointsguide.com for information or just make your plans and head to Tahoe.

I totally get that. You know, hospitality industry. So like, you know, Tuesday, Wednesday is your weekend. You know, whatever. Over at Travel and Leisure, they have a pretty good idea. They actually have a pretty good list of some of the coolest and best destinations in California. But some of these are kind of far away. But one is just over the hill if you're here in Wine Country. In fact, you might be there right now. And they have a nice little review of Healdsburg.
Kind of eccentric. Healdsburg is a little bit hippie, a little bit yuppie, a little bit wine, a little bit beer, a little bit horses and cows. You know what I mean? That's kind of Healdsburg. Healdsburg is really cool. Now, I know it's changed a lot over the years, but it's a pretty good place to go. So it made this list over at Travel and Leisure online. You can look that up. A couple things that they didn't mention, because it's a pretty short article, they were listing like 25 things.
Some of my favorite things, well, it's a great place to take your dog, actually. Lots of dog-friendly things. You know, if you travel with your dog in the car, the dog might have to, you know, do number one or number two. It might have ants in its pants and just needs to run around a little bit. And your dog will be much better when you go to restaurants in Healdsburg, if you take them to a place like Villa Chanticleer Dog Park.
It's kind of out of town a little bit, but it has shade and water and parking, and it's actually a great off-leash dog park. I've always liked taking my dog there whenever I go to Healdsburg. A couple places to check out, you know, as well as walking around the square and other things. Chalkboard, the Rooftop, the Healdsburg Bar and Grill, all friendly and welcoming to dogs, as are many of the wineries over there. Thumbs up to visiting Healdsburg whenever you can.

And I've got a special guest who's going to join me. His name is Jim Harrington, and he is the music critic for the Bay Area News Group. And he's a really cool guy. He's not one of these music critics that, you know, like hates everything. Oh, I hate everything. I'm a music critic. He's actually kind of the opposite. He kind of likes everything, whether it's like pop music or heavy metal. He appreciates everything. And he writes some great stories about some of the live shows that he goes to see.
He is the Bay Area News Group's pop music critic, and he's been writing for them since about 1992 or so. He's a Bay Area native, and he goes to all the shows that you go to, and he loves going to Bottle Rock. And so I said, Jim, why don't you come on and you pick the songs, you pick the artists, and tell us about them, and we'll play them on the radio. So that's coming up pretty soon right here on the Wine Country Saturday Soundtrack.
I'm looking forward to hanging out with Jim and playing some of these artists coming to Bottle Rock. Some you may know, some you may not know. And that's kind of the whole point of the afternoon.
