We hope that you're having a good day. If not, we will change that. Our podcasts are every Sunday at 7pm. In today's podcast... So guys, in today's podcast, we'll be showing you how to cook healthy, delicious meals. Our hosts today will be Aubrey Graves. Yes. Tia Bell. Hello. And me, Ingrid. And our school is Pontotown Junior High School. Our principal is Dr. Pills. And our teacher is Ms. Hall. And today we'll be having a very special guest, Jocelyn Williams. Hey y'all. Hey. So today we'll be cooking salad and loaded potatoes. So first, we're going to start with the loaded potatoes. The first thing we're going to do is start with the ingredients. Use the green part of any potatoes, offal, stock, and soup of your choice. Cheese, any choice of meat, and some butter. First step is to wash your potatoes. Then, you're going to put olive oil in the pan and spread it around. Then, you're going to prep, slice, season, put on the seasoning you want, don't care what you put in. Make sure it's what you want. And not disgusting, because we don't eat unseasoned food. Y'all. Y'all. Y'all. Y'all, what's a potato's favorite horror movie? Uh, what? What? Um... Uh... The Silence of the Yams. Okay, I got another one, guys. What? What do you get when you put an elephant and a load of potatoes together? What's an elephant? Mashed potatoes. Okay, y'all, back to business. Finished? Okay, so... Sorry, guys. Okay, so, after you prep this stuff, you need to cut up your potatoes, and put it in that old pan that you spread it around. And you better spread it around, not kidding. And then you put each of it to 350, and you keep it there for an hour. And if you have a convection oven, if not, you keep it in there for 30 minutes. Then take them out and put them on a plate. Draw them with a napkin, cut them in the middle, and then put salt, butter, pepper, and any cheese of your choice. And in the middle, put any meat of your choice. And then put them back in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes. After those 5 to 10 minutes are up, take them out and let them cool so they don't get burnt. Burnt. And... And that's how you cook lotus fries! What the... I didn't... Okay. And now... Now it's time to make our healthy but really delicious salad. The ingredients are ground chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, a cheese grater, a cutting board, cucumber, and some dressing of your choice. Preheat your grill to medium-hot and line with all the gratings. Place the chicken skin side down and grill for about 15 minutes until the grill marks appear. Okay guys, so while that is cooking, we're just going to talk to our special guest. So, Jocelyn, tell us more about yourself. Um... What did you say? So, tell us more about yourself, Jocelyn. So... Um... Stop talking! Okay. Go ahead, Jocelyn. So, um, how old are you? I am 13 years old. No kidding. And where do you come from? Um... Honolulu. And what do you do? Volleyball. We love coach K. So, we're going to tell y'all more about ourselves. This is a couch potato. Oh my gosh! So... How old are you, Tia? Oh, do you play any sports, Tia? No. She's never going to have asthma. Oh! Aubrey. Aubrey, how old are you? 13. Do you play any sports? Yeah. What sports do you play? Rodeo. Rodeo! Hey, guys. I'm Ingrid. How old are you? Um... 13. What do you do for a living? By the way, guys, my birthday is tomorrow. Who are you, like? Why are you disturbing my meeting? I don't know. Look, guys. My name is Ingrid. I'm 13 years old. I play golf. Y'all are the biggest douches out there. What do you do, like... What is your hobby? What else do you do? What kind of condition do y'all live in? I live in that one. I'm not at all out running. We have a lot of miles. Look. I walk a mile. I actually roll a mile. Or crawl. We haven't ran. Last week, we ran. But we haven't done it since. High school had to run yesterday. We were so scared.
