Nothing to say, yet
The speaker reflects on the idea that good deeds alone will not guarantee entry into heaven. They emphasize the importance of having faith in Jesus Christ, who sacrificed his life for humanity's salvation. The speaker also shares a personal experience of coming across a TikTok video that made them question their own motives for doing good deeds. They encourage listeners to let God into their lives, as no one is too lost or broken for Him to heal and change. The speaker concludes by urging listeners to share the episode with others who may need to hear about God's love and to pray for those going through difficult times. If I had a dollar for every time they say God woulda, woulda come through, I'd be a millionaire. Oh, whoa. If I had a dollar for every time they say God woulda, woulda come through, I'd be a millionaire. Oh, whoa. I was about to lose my mind, but God came right on time. He made a way, not no way. In, I thought it was the end, but He stepped in again. He made a way, not no way. God is good like that. Yeah, He's good like that. But God is good like that. He's good like that. Hey there, it's Anna with God's Podcast. Come Bible with me today. I'd like to lift you up in prayer. Lord, I lift each and every person up listening today. I ask that You open their ears, their hearts, and their minds, Lord. And that they would come back to You and get the wisdom and understanding they need. Lord, I want to thank You. I give You all the glory. Because without You, none of this would be possible. And I want to say thanks, Lord. Thank You for all that You do for me each and every day. And I pray this in Jesus' name. Amen. In today's episode, I'm going to talk about this again as I came across it recently. And it made me start to think about myself and how I was living my life. Here I am, spreading God's Word, thinking I'm doing a grand work for God. And don't get me wrong, I am doing God's work. And my heart is full for Him. And this is all for God. And through Him, I am able to do this. Because without Him, I would not have the courage or the strength to share my love for Him with you guys. It's not what we do here on earth that's going to get me or get you into heaven. Which brings me to how I stumbled upon this thought once more. I was watching a TikTok and I went back to the same verse that scares me to my core. The verse in Matthew that explains, This verse, this verse right here, scares me so much. But makes me realize, who am I? Who do I think I am? The one who is just talking about God on a podcast? And to my loved ones and my friends and family, who am I? In this TikTok, it explained all the good deeds we do. And asked the question, Are you doing these good deeds just to get into heaven? Or are you doing these deeds from the heart and actually not wanting to waste time here on earth by not spreading God's Word and doing His works? It made me realize, don't go to heaven with a list of deeds you feel good about that you did while you were here. Go with your full heart for God, the faith that is seated in God, who sent His only Son to die for you. Do you know anyone who would die for you? I surely don't know anyone who would die or truly sacrifice their life for mine. But I do know God sent His Son who died for us so we can get into heaven. His Son gave His life for us. Did you hear me? His Son laid His life for us because He loved us that much. That's what gets you into heaven. Believing in His Son, Jesus Christ. Because through Him, we are able to get to God. In the first half of the Bible, Jesus was not there. So they had to follow the rigorous rules of sacrificing animals and coming to the altar. But God gave us a second chance to have faith and believe the Messiah came to save us. Do you believe that? Do you believe Jesus died for you? I'm going to say it again. We cannot buy our way into heaven. Let me say that louder and clearer. We cannot buy our way into heaven. God gave His Son for us so we could have His promise of eternal life with Him. Don't waste your time here on earth. Do God's work. God can touch you. I know everybody's talking about Kat, the tattoo artist, the princess of darkness who got baptized. And I have been following her journey. Not rigorously, but I have followed her over the years and seen interviews that she talked about her journey with God. She was so far gone into demonic witchcraft and belonged to the dark side. If He can reach and work into someone so far gone who gave their spirit to the devil, what makes you think He can't reach you? He can reach out to the most far gone lost souls. Just like the Bible says, He will leave the 99 to find the one, you. God will find you. Let Him. We are created in God and His image. He knows you and He finds the lost. You too can be saved. All you have to do is let Him in. God wants you. God needs you. God loves you. None of us, and I say none of us, are too far lost or broken for God. He can heal you. He can fix you. And He can change it all around for you. Let Him. You will not regret this. I promise. If I can stand firm on one thing, this is the one thing. God loves you. It is like nothing you can ever experience here on earth, God's love, because it is unconditional. So I ask you, do you believe God sent His Son for you to die for your sins, to allow you eternal life with Him? Ask yourself these questions. Are you doing good deeds here on earth so that you can get into heaven? Or do you truly love God and are doing the deeds to glorify Him, to show Him how much you love Him, and to show others what type of God you serve, a God of mercy, a God of grace, a God of unconditional love, a God who will sacrifice His one and only Son for you. That's big love. That's love like no one can give you here on earth. So let God in. Do His work. Allow Him to change your life. I hope you enjoyed today's episode. I ask you to share it with someone else. Someone who needs to hear God. Someone who needs to be saved. Someone who needs to go on this journey with Him to change their lives. I thank you for listening and all the support. Lord, I lift each and every person up to you today. I ask that you lift them up, whatever they may be going through, Lord, whatever they may be suffering through, whatever season they may be in, Lord. I ask that you come into their lives and you allow them to know that you sent your only Son for them so that they can have eternal life with you, a promise like no other here on earth, Lord. I ask that they open their hearts to you, Lord, and that they take this step and they walk in this journey with you, and that they are allowed to do your works and glorify you and show others their love for you. I ask this in Jesus' name. Amen. Thank you, Jesus. Someone is good like that. Yeah, he's good like that. Someone is good like that. He's good like that. Someone is good like that. Yeah, he's good like that. Someone is good like that. He's good like that. You can hurt me down, but I can't deny it. It's faithfulness in my own right. You can hurt me down, but I can't deny it. It's faithfulness in my own right. You can hurt me down, but I can't deny it. It's faithfulness in my own right. You can hurt me down, but I can't deny it. You can hurt me down, but I can't deny it. It's faithfulness in my own right. You can hurt me down, but I can't deny it. You can hurt me down, but I can't deny it. I'll be a millionaire. Someone is good like that. Yeah, he's good like that. Someone is good like that. He's good like that. Someone is good like that. Yeah, he's good like that. Someone is good like that.
