Location of attack

So for us to attack the border, we would be attacking the United States and Mexico border via explosive devices and planted IEDs. So how we would do it would be we would either, one of us would disguise as a border patrol cop or we would find a rat or AKA an informant, or a dirty cop as some people would say, and they would plant small IED devices along the border, radiuses apart, just so when the day of the attack, everything would be in line. So where it would take place would be the New Mexico slash United States-Mexico border, and the first attack would be specifically at the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol Agency. And then the second attack would take place at another location not far from the first attack on another segment of the border. So the first attack would look like, not saying it wasn't planned, but it was planned, but the second attack would be for us to actually push drugs through the two borders.
