processes in the heat treatment processes what we saw that now we saw all of those four processes and after that after I came from my job I solved these questions around 42 questions were there I solved them and I found that most of them are like we need kind of what should I say it requires like pre knowledge like only notes cannot solve it and the one question I faced many many times was regarding the quenching media so what is the cooling rate of quenching different quenching medias and what else was there about annealing so many questions were there what each of the this heat treatment processes stress to the material whether they increase the strength hardness toughness ductility then they talk about the grain refinement whether the grain gets refined or not or the coarse grains are there what kind of grains we get stress is relieved or not and all this so that is all about this heat treatment and I just solved it for the first time and I was not able to solve many of them okay so I was not able to answer many of the questions but now what I will do is I will go through this answer solution I will be going through and then in the next podcast what I will be doing is that I will selectively like what what is the summary of it I will be discussing about the summary and that's all what I will be doing about these and I don't think so anything else I need to do that's the most I think okay so one more thing was there next chapter I had to start I'll go through this one what do I say one PDF not PDF excel file is there so in the excel file I am keeping all from material science which needs to be completed and which are not covered directly in the in my formula book handbook and I will see just a second so in the formula book metallurgy is there, metal forming is there, metal cutting machine tools are there, metal casting foundry is there or welding is there and the material science is there so there's not much on this whereas the questions are from from questions if I go through the questions I can find more of a more value from the questions and their answers and what kind of questions the examiner wants to ask okay so that is most of that and this is a normal talk okay this is nothing to do with and the technical things so I can divide it between technical and talk so now what I say is that I will start going through the all of the heat treatment questions and whichever I did wrong so many I did wrong next time I don't want to do it wrong so one more thing the sheet is there now the Google sheet so what I will do is I will update the day when I did it and I should be revising it so the more revision with respect to this will make me more will fetch more marks for me simple okay so the chapter I did was material science and material science wait material science and in the material science that was in most popular and easy so this was there so I will write one one and first attempt first attempt was today then next revision then first revision will be there and as I say revision is success okay so revision is success I will be start I need to revise it simple so heat treatment of steels first phase is done okay
