The speaker discusses coaching time management and emphasizes the importance of prioritization. They suggest keeping an open mind and focusing on prioritization to develop an effective time management system. Now, when it comes to coaching time management, again, a pretty big topic. I'm also going to give a little bit of a different activity when you get to the activity section that really has a foundation of prioritization. So, a lot of times, time management can exist as a result of not controlling interruptions, not having a system of managing your time or blocking out your time, or it could even be something like, I don't know how to prioritize. And so, my time management, I tend to do the easy things first, and then all the tough things kind of pile up, and it looks like I'm lacking time management, yet maybe it might be at the foundation of prioritization. So, keep an open mind as you go through this. I'm going to focus a lot on prioritization as a foundation to define and to develop a good time management system.
