But of course, you know, before we get to that, we have to go to our hit description. Alright, and I almost forgot to say special welcome to our first time listeners. Thank you for being here. So we are going to get into our hit description for this program and we are going to come back on the other side to get things pumping. It's Joe Radio Live, people. Let's go. Good morning, everyone. This is your 60-second Bible lesson of the day. Matthew chapter 4. The devil has put Jesus to the test. He has tried to get him to doubt God. He has tried to get him to jump to his death. And ultimately, he has tried to get Jesus to bow down and worship him instead of worshiping God. But Jesus refused to take the bait. He said, Away from me, Satan, for it is written, Worship the Lord your God and serve Him only. Verse 11. Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him. What does this tell us? It tells us that Jesus has authority over the devil. Which means if you are in Christ, you also have authority over the devil. James 4.7 speaks to this. It says, Resist the devil, and he will flee from you as he fled from Christ. The enemy cannot handle a righteous person who constantly confronts him with the word of God. Because the word of God puts him in his place. Alright folks, so we are back, we are back, we are back. And you just had your Hitcher Scripture, that was your Hitcher Scripture for this program. And just before we kick things off, I want to play an audio that I came across. And I found it very, it was very different, very unique, very interesting. You know, a very interesting way of spreading the gospel and inviting people to accept Jesus Christ. So I wanted to take a listen, and then we are going to come back and officially kick things off with our topic for today. Alright, so let's take this in. To be a survivor in this amazing race, with a need for speed, you need God's grace. And if you're desperate like housewives watching Days of Our Lives, you can't cope without hope, and that's not on a soap. If you're looking to Oprah or Dr. Phil, you can shop nonstop or pop a pill, but the void won't fill and the pain won't kill till you love the one that hung on the hill. Kicking back in your lazy boy easy chair watching Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? Nah, you're not going to find it there. No American idol or council tribal has a final answer that will satisfy you. CSI ain't got a clue, SBU don't know what to do. Not the ER, the OC, nothing on a CD, TV, DVD, or MP3 can save you and me. CNN's got no good news, here's a headline you must choose. It's not a simple life, Paris Hilton, it's treading on thin ice, living in sin. You can be an apprentice for Donald Trump or eat Fear Factor fast food from a dump. You can be a heavy hitter, a Wheel of Fortune winner, a Fox News no-spin spinner, or a flat-out sinner. But you better check this life that you're living and make sure your sins are forgiven. I bet you 50 cent Elvis done came and went, and eventually every black-eyed peguin, Stefani, P. Diddy, and Britney, every wannabe on MTV with their icy bling, every Dixie chick that sings, they all gonna see the King of Kings. I don't care if you J-Lo or Leno or Bono, one thing you gotta know, someday you gonna die bro, then where you gonna go? Hey, I'm not talking some punk junk that's irrelevant like your grandma's church from way back when, it's not some preacher feature on TBN that you need to be liking or listening. The real superstar is Jesus Christ, he's the way, he's the truth and the life. One day he's gonna split the sky, he's the brightest light and the highest high. So what I came to say, and what I'm telling ya, is don't buy that stupid stuff they be selling ya. It's all designed to fill your head and waste your space until you're dead. Here's the bottom line of my rhyme, give your life to God while there's still time. Yes folks, what did you think of that, I found it really interesting, it's really different and she's really gifted and talented. Today's topic is your faith taking a loose dive. Alright, and we're gonna start off with Hebrews chapter 11 verse 1 which says, and I'm gonna read down to you, it goes 3. So we're gonna go Hebrews chapter 11 verse 1 to 3. Alright, so it says, Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the world is framed by the Word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. And as most of us know, our worlds are extremely powerful, right? Even as it says here in the third verse, Hebrews 11 verse 3, Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the Word of God, the worlds were framed by the Word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. And my question to each and every one of us in this program is, How is your faith doing? You know, where is your faith? Depending on your situation and where you are, you know, where is your faith? How is your faith doing? Do you exercise your faith? You know, that sort of thing. Because these times that we are living in are some really, really serious and crucial times. And it is a time when so many people are falling away. Falling away from God. Falling away from morals and values and, you know, all these different things. And so, hence the reason I titled this program. And I ask the question, Is your faith taking a nosedive? Are you growing in your faith? Is your faith better today than it was yesterday? Is your faith better this week than it was last week or last month or even last day? Right? Because we need our faith to be growing on a daily basis. And faith, not just any faith, but faith in God. Faith in Jesus Christ. And before I go further, I just want to plug in right here really quickly. If you do not know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, I encourage you to accept Him into your life. And it's very simple, quick and easy. All you have to do is believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. And be saved. And you can say a prayer like this. Lord Jesus, I come to you as sinner. I repent of all of my sins. I ask of your mercy and your forgiveness. Come into my life. Change me. I give you my all from this day forth. In Jesus' almighty name. Alright? So, if you said that prayer or a prayer like that, Welcome to the body of Christ. Get a King James Version Bible. Begin to study the word of God. And get to know the Jesus that you have just accepted. Get to know the Jesus Christ that died on the cross for you, for me, for the entire world. Shed His blood. Went through all sorts of stuff. So that you and I could have a chance at spending eternity with Him. Because eternity is real. It is very real. And it is where all of us are going. It just depends on how we live here. Where we will go. Whether we spend it downstairs or we spend it upstairs. And I'm telling you, upstairs is way better than downstairs. Alright? So, once again, today's topic is your faith taking a nosedive. We need faith to live. We need faith. And the thing about it is, all of us believe in something or someone. And that can be a problem depending on who you believe in. If you believe in God, well, you have no problem. But if you believe in other things, besides or outside of God. If you make God your last option as opposed to your only option. Right? Then you have a problem there. Alright? So, we're doing a little retrospect. We're doing a little soul searching kind of thing in this program here. As it pertains to our faith. You know? And I think I used this example probably in a previous program. When you step into a taxi, you are exercising faith. You believe and you trust the driver to take you to your destination. Right? And the driver is also exercising faith by accepting you into his or her taxi. By way of believing that you, the passenger, is going to pay him or her at the end of your journey. Upon reaching your destination. So, when you look at it, both of you, the driver and the passenger, are both exercising faith. You, as the passenger, are exercising faith that the driver will take them. Not just take them to their destination, but take them safely to their destination. And the driver is exercising faith by way of believing and trusting that the passenger will pay them a stipulated amount upon reaching their destination. And so, every day, we exercise our faith. But faith in what and faith in who? Alright? And so, we need our faith to be up there. We need our faith to be through the roof every single day. Because there are so many challenges in life, as we all know. And are all going through. Your challenge may be different to mine right now. Some people have more challenges than some. Some people have it one after the next. Some people have it all at the same time. You know? But we all have our different challenges, our struggles, our trials, etc. And so, we need our faith to be up there. And so, we need to build our faith. And we build our faith by staying in the presence of God. Staying in the Word of God. Spending time with God. Conversing with God. Building our relationship with God. And the eternal God. The true and living God. The Yahweh God. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Is who we are speaking about. I just want to touch on something right now. There is a young lady that is blowing up the YouTube. Putri Arian. Very talented. Very gifted. She is blind. Very talented. Very gifted. She is from Indonesia. And I believe she is a Muslim. And I recently found out. I didn't realize. I thought it was just part of the Indonesian culture when I saw the headway and stuff. And I found out that she is Muslim. And I'm thinking to myself that. And I also pray that she would find Jesus Christ as well. Because in this life, all of us are born with talents and gifts and abilities. But if we don't use it to the honor and glory of God. Then we are wasting time. We are wasting time. We are wasting energy. We are basically wasting our lives. If we do not use what God has blessed us with. To his honor. For his honor. And for his glory. And of course to help other people. Alright. And so I pray that she would find Jesus Christ. I pray that she would use her talents and her abilities to Jesus Christ. She is very gifted. Very talented. I have no issue with the young lady. I just pray especially as she is in the music industry. And I pray that she would really find Jesus Christ sooner rather than later. And just use all her talents and all her gifts and abilities. To the honor and glory of his name. And I also pray that she would receive healing. Not just for her sight. But in every area of her life. And her family as well. Alright. And so just heading back to the topic here. Is your faith taking a nose dive? And if I would just use her as an example as well. When she appeared on that program. She was exercising faith. She believed that she had a chance. Number one she believed that she could do it. That she could go up there and sing in front of all these people. And if you have been trapped in her musical career. And her musical journey. She has been singing from a very young age. So she's accustomed singing in front of large crowds and in competitions. And she has won a lot of competitions and stuff like that. From since a young child. Right. And so she exercised faith to leave Indonesia. To come to America's Got Talent. That takes a certain level of faith. I believe we will all agree. That that takes a certain level of faith. And so I use that even to show how each of us. Every single day. You know we exercise faith. Right. And we need for our faith to be really up there. We need to build our faith. And do whatsoever it takes to build our faith. In the Lord Jesus Christ. And God is going to take us to higher levels. God is going to take us to higher levels. The more we exercise our faith. We are going to believe and trust God for more stuff. Because of what we saw him do for us yesterday. We are going to have more faith for today. That is how it's supposed to be. Our faith is supposed to be growing daily. And so I want to encourage you. The listener. That whatever you are going through. To exercise your faith. Don't allow your challenges to keep you down. To keep you back. To keep you from believing that you can excel. And to keep you from believing that you can reach here. And you can achieve this. You can do whatever you put your mind to. The Bible says we can do all things through Christ. Not in ourselves. Through Christ. Who strengthens us. And so it is only in the Lord Jesus Christ. That we can really achieve anything good. And anything positive. Right. There is a program that I want to do. Because I am seeing so many people running down faith. As opposed to success. And I am not going to go too deep into it. Because that is a separate program. But you can look out for that. Right. I am dealing with talking about persons who are just running after faith. As opposed to seeking success. Alright. And so. Give us your feedback on your thoughts. Is your faith taking a new step? How is your faith? As you look at your life. And how your life has gone and is going. And whatever plans you may have in the future. Whatever goals you may have set. Are you exercising your faith in such a way. That it will help you achieve the goals that you have set. The goals that you have set for today. The goals that you have set for next week. Next month. Next year. Next 5 to 10 years. Are you exercising your faith in such a way. That it will take you there. It will get you there. Because if you are not. Then you are not going to get there. And you are just going to be. As we say in my part of the world. Spinning top in mud. And so faith is important. Exercising our faith is extremely important. Exercising our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ is most important. And so what I have learned along the way of life. Along the road of life. Is that there is important. More important. And most important. And I can tell you. That faith in Jesus Christ. Is not just important. Or more important. But it is most important. Alright. And so even now Father God. I pray that you will increase our faith. I pray that you will take us to higher levels in you. I pray Lord God. That you would help us to position ourselves. To receive from you. And to be a blessing to others. Even as you bless us O God. Lord Father dear God. Your word declares that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Lord God. Even as we read in Hebrews. Chapter 1. Right. Where it talks about faith being the substance of things. Hope for the evidence of things not seen. Lord I thank you Lord God. For taking us to another level. I thank you dear God. That whatever we believe you could do yesterday. And it came through. And you did it for us. You came through as you always do. That our faith would be increased today. That our faith would be increased every single day. As you allow us to see it. More than the day before. I pray that even now. That whatever it is that the listeners are trusting you for. Lord God. That you would really come through for them Lord God. That you would make our way where there seems to be no way Lord God. That you would dry their tears Lord God. That you would give them peace of mind. In the name of Jesus Christ. That you would heal their broken heart my God. That they would know that they don't have to live the rest of their life in pain and misery. And suffering Lord God. But Lord God that in you. Once our life is in you. Once we are wrapped up in you Lord God. All things will work together. For our good according to your purpose. Father God I thank you. I thank you for hearing our prayer. I thank you for answering our prayer. I thank you for what you are doing in their life. In each of our lives right now Lord God. I thank you for that person that you are healing right now. That person that you are delivering right now Lord God. I thank you dear God for setting people free. In the name of Jesus Christ. I pray a fresh anointing. Upon each and every person Lord Father dear God. I pray for salvation where it is needed. I thank you for supplying each and every one of our needs. In Jesus name. Amen. I want to encourage you to exercise your faith in Jesus Christ. And see miracles happen in your life. See miracles happen in your life. Things that you never thought were possible. Things that you never thought you could do. You will do. I want to let you know that you are an overcomer. Whatever you are going through today. Jesus is bigger than that. He is more capable. Nothing is too hard for him. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. It doesn't matter how extreme it may seem. It doesn't matter how dangerous and gloom and doom it may seem. Jesus is bigger than that. He died for all of that. He died for the pain and the suffering that you are going through. His blood was shed for you. Because he loves you so much. And so as I close this program. I want to thank you for listening as always. And I want to remind you that you are loved. You are special. You are made in the image and likeness of God. You are not a mistake. You are not an accident. It doesn't matter what has happened in your life. What is going on right now. It doesn't matter what has been said to you. What has been done to you. What is being said to you right now. What is being done to you right now. Jesus Christ loves you. He loves you. He always has. He always will. Live for him. We all need to live for him.
