How are you doing? I'm doing great. Fantastic. Well, we are honored and it is such a pleasure to have you here this afternoon with our first interview. You're making history as the first guest on the Black Lives Matter Podcast. So welcome, welcome. We have a lot to talk about and we want to get right into it. So we're going to first talk about your barbershop, Legendary Cuts of Valdosta, Georgia. Let's talk about, Mr. Gates, how does it feel to be an owner of a barbershop? It feels great because you get to take care and provide a service for men, women and children and meet new people all at the same time and be on your own time. That's incredible. So you get to meet different people, different walks of life, and you get to encounter different personalities, I'm sure. And like you said, the flexibility that you have to manage your time and have your hours set, that's fantastic. A lot of people can't say that. That's definitely some benefits to having your own business, let alone your own barbershop. So that's fantastic. Let's talk about, Mr. Gates, how long have you been cutting hair? I've been cutting hair since I was a teenager. But I'm a licensed master barber now. I got my license in 2012. Okay, fantastic. So you are a licensed master barber. So that means you are in a highly qualified professional skill where you're dealing with different customers with different hair textures and providing different services. So that is excellent. I know, you know, barbershop and barbering is a very respectable field. If you look good, you feel good, right, listeners? So Mr. Gates has you covered. He's the best. Okay, like you want it done, you want an excellent haircut, you're going to get just that. And his services are excellent. We definitely want to definitely promote the business and want to show all of your skills and highlight what you provide and what you offer.
