The first thing we need to do is open up a Word document. I open up my Word document. We are going to go to the file tab. Hit the Alt key. Once you get to the ribbon, you arrow left. Hit the file tab. Arrow down until you hear info. We are in info. Arrow right until it says protect document. Hit enter. Arrow down until you hear encrypt. Hit enter. Now we are going to encrypt the document or put a password. I want to put hot dog. It asks you to confirm. There you go. This document is protected. You can save it as a normal document. You can put it in an email or put it on your desktop. Anytime anyone tries to open it, they have to have a password. I hope this helps. I will see you later.
