What a weekend of Halo it was. Oh. Absolutely insane weekend of Halo. It started off, you know what I mean, started off strong. Got that premium gas in the eights lobby. Ended incredibly strong. Disappointing for you, obviously. But we'll get into that, I'm sure. But, yeah. I knew. We had this discussion last week. Right at the end. Or right at the start of the Halo session, our predictions. I knew. We didn't predict that the go of all controller esports was gonna drop two kills in game seven. These things are variables. You gotta predict for variables. You know what I mean? Okay. Well, you know, you can't. You don't know what's gonna happen. Yeah, this is very true. This is very true. But we'll get onto the Halo session in a bit. Yeah, I'm sure. I'm sure we'll circle back around and we'll touch base on that. Oh, I think it's gonna be a strap-in episode because this is gonna be, I think it's gonna be quite long. Especially because, obviously, it's been the major for the Halo. And then this weekend of COD was the last weekend before the major. So I've got plenty of results and then plenty of upcoming fixtures. And then we're gonna talk about top four for the major. So I think- Well, we get to do predictions again, bro. I feel like he's last alive in most situations because of the AR and he holds back. Yeah, it's the way he plays in it. He always ends up on, he's either on that heady, looking down the street towards the showers, or he's on the same bit of cover, but on the heady on the other side looking towards the mid. You know what I mean? Towards P1. P1, it's always P1, isn't it? In the mid. In between. Yeah, on the tank. The restaurant and stuff, yeah. Yeah, in between reception and defense, right on that belt. But just being on the side of the mid tank, yeah. Yeah. It was a big, big place, to be fair, because Spider-Man formulated a plan on the fly, shutting down. I can't remember exactly where he was, but they rotated all the way out, and they managed to get the bomb down, and then just played from there. Yeah, he was on for a nice one, if he got both of them. As soon as the bomb's down, it creates such a stressful situation that you've got to get killed two people. Yeah, because you don't really have a lot to do later. 30, 40 seconds, something like that. It's going to be 45 in it, actually. I can't remember exactly, but it doesn't give them a lot of time to do all that work, and it just didn't happen, unfortunately. Which is a big upset, because that's phase lost two games in this qualifiers, where previous majors, they lost none. Well, I mean, hopefully it means that they're going to have better luck online. Yeah, true. To finish off the last two games, you had Serge Mill, Boston 3, and then Optic 3, New York Subliners 2. Optic with the reverse sweep to go into Major 2 with no losses on the online qualifiers, which then made New York 6-1 for the qualifiers after that game. Do you see... Losers Brackets, you've got Ravens, Surge, Rocker, and LAG. Obviously, their games are undefined until we know who loses in the Winners Bracket. Yeah, yeah, of course. But the way that it's going to go is that if... whoever wins Optic vs. Heretics or Ultra vs. Legion, they'll play each other. And then, whoever wins New York vs. Boston, Faze vs. LAT, they'll play each other. And will that be on Friday? I think so, yeah. So, we could see... We're going to have banger games from the start. Yeah. We could... I mean, I'm not going to lie, but I'm not seeing Ultra vs. Optic Friday. Yeah, I'm thinking... The way that I'm thinking it's going to go is it's going to go Optic vs. Ultra vs. New York vs. Faze. I think that's going to be the... Oh! It's going to be games on a Friday, bro. Oh my... Yeah. Yeah, so there's four games on the Thursday and then it goes one, two, three, four, five games on Friday. Yeah, I reckon we'll get either Optic Ultra or FaZe Subliners Friday night, the final game. Yeah. Friday night, the final game of the evening. Yeah, so... You get all that... So the Saturday... The Thursday wins, you get the winner's bracket and then Friday you get the elimination bracket plus one of the elimination round twos. Yeah. And then Saturday you get the winner's bracket and you get elimination round two as well. Yeah. And you also get elimination round three. Okay. And then Sunday, Championship Sunday, you get the elimination round four, elimination final and then winner's final. And the grand final. Yeah. Okay. That's how that's going to go. Interesting way of doing it. Yes. I think it's going to be Optic versus Ultra the second round and then Subliners versus FaZe the second round. I don't see that going any way else. Maybe the Ertex upset or maybe a Legion upset. Do Legion play in Subliners? Ultra. Ultra? He even boasted against Subliners because the Subliners only just beat Boston in the qualifiers. Yeah. Going into the event? Yeah. At the end of the event who's going to be top 4? This is a tricky one, right? Because in that 4th position I would love to see LAG or LAT. Okay. I'd love to see it, right? Because shout out the boys Diamond Con and Ghosty. Yeah. Right. But I'm also realistic. Yeah. And I don't see them because obviously it's like if one of FaZe Optic Ultra or Subliners go I know I said this last time and it didn't happen but if one of them falls to the losers bracket in round 1 it's going to be a bloodbath. Yeah. Especially if it's like Ultra FaZe or Optic I feel. Subliners I'm still a bit iffy on. Like but you know what I mean. So I don't know 4th I think Hmm. I'm going to go for a rogue one. Umm LAG they won 3-1. Rocker they won 3-2. There's just no consistency of battering a team you know what I mean? You know what is consistent about them though? What's that? They absolutely batter in game 5. Yeah. Like in game I don't know what it is obviously I mean compared to LAN but like that game 5 that we watched umm Ultra Ultra Against Ultra and they fucking slammed them like oh my god like literally just like slammed them into the ground like it was wild but I I it's one of them with Optic I know what you're saying I feel like the mental isn't there like they've got all the talent in the world but like I feel like the mentality isn't quite championship calibre at this point in time. Yeah. Whereas with FaZe and Ultra it's like I feel that mentality is there it's just if they can put all of get the whole package together on the day. Yeah. That's the thing I feel like FaZe have the ability to just dominate a team. Yeah. 100%. If you want to get going for sure. Yeah. FaZe are just a consistent team nearly all the time. They've had a little stumble against LAG that happens. Yeah. I think they just underestimated them. They need to do a lot of work in their search game but fuck me they'll do it. Draza doesn't get off the game. As we'll get on to the Halo later like Legend he doesn't get off the game and it shows. Yeah. Although Draza doesn't get off the game and it shows. I'm not gonna lie bro I feel Draza is the weakest link in that team. You think? Yeah. I don't know what it is man I don't know what it is like I just feel like Draza like Draza obviously an upgrade on Slasher right. And you know I love the boy Slasher. But like I just feel he's just not as like let's put it this way right I mean like I know that with the players on that team any one of them can take over at any point right. I feel like every time I watch FaZe play it's never Draza that's having the takeover moment. I would disagree. There is plenty of time and he's doing it all on his own. That's cool man. So like for the reason for like a little supporting argument for FaZe right going back to their previous games 3-1 against Heretics Yeah but it's Heretics. Hang on fuck now fair enough they lost against New York subliners 3-2 um subliners their top team uh 3-0 against Rocker uh 3-0 against Ultra 3-0 against LAT and then obviously then they lost to LAG so little stumbles here and there but that's that could be that can easily be fixed with a little bit more work in certain situations especially Surge but they have the consistent if they're on if FaZe are on their game it's okay it's an incredible you have to move mountains to take them off yeah it's just are they going to get on their game to be fair I feel like they've got an easier bracket run oh yeah no 100% they've got they've got such an easier play the FaZe play the FaZe and then it's subliners or Boston yeah so like to not have to go up against Ultra first off like in round 2 it's massive see because that's the thing man that you know they're they're going to dodge like the other two top teams like because like for me you know like obviously like it's a top 4 like subliners for me like they're not in that top 4 right now yeah in my opinion it's not a top 4 right now in COD it's a top 3 okay yeah like so I don't I don't really qualify subliners on the same level I'm more than happy to be proven wrong because obviously like reigning world champs they've got incredibly likable players you know what I mean yeah yeah but like they're not I don't know man I'm just not convinced I guess in the same way I'm not convinced by subliners credibility at the moment like I feel like that team change is like I don't know if it's a team change or obviously like the different game or like what it is but it just doesn't seem to be like gelling right now I mean luckily we're only at the second major of the year and like you know it's a long season but it's just not like I don't know man it's just not all there yet they're consistently inconsistent yeah I agree with that yeah like they'll beat teams they'll lose the teams that they should but I mean I guess you could say the same thing about FaZe like going through those results there that you just read out yeah they beat teams you know what I mean everybody's allowed to have a stumble now and again because you stay at that sort of top oh yeah I mean for sure but it's just surprising that like it's surprising in the manner they lost I feel like yeah that's the thing man it's surprising when you get to the stage like you know what I mean it's like like with the LAG thing it's surprising that they took them to game 5 yeah like you know what I mean if that's a split one game it's like okay to be fair like FaZe were 2-0 down they brought it back to 2-2 and then they just for some reason searched like see but this is what I mean bro right the fact that they had to go to game 5 like FaZe FaZe respawn is far better than their search by that last series like far better yeah but which is surprising considering FaZe are so good at search like you know what I mean I feel like historically their search has been insane and it's like it just seems to have fallen off a cliff the problem the problem I find with search is search is so situational based and so timing based yeah all you all it takes is for you to be off your timing by like 2 seconds and that's that's a round over yeah it's all it's all about how people move around the map and how quickly they're moving around the map and if you're watching that angle and then all of a sudden you turn and then they all rush through where you're watching yeah and I've just left it fucked like going going back to this point on Draza right like I feel that is the problem okay it's like they just seem like really not even really disjointed in search like cause it's not it's not like they're just like all four of them are doing completely different things right but it's it just seems to be it's just like it's just like it's just like it's just like it's just like it's just like it's just like it's just like it's just like it's just like it's just like it's just like everything that he knew from his previous team I feel like that's the thing with Draza yeah cause like when the pressure's on like he reverts back to like LAT LAT LAT type plays yeah and that just creates this thing where it's those you know what I mean Simp, Celium, Abysi and then Draza like doing like involved in the play but it's almost like he doesn't like like he knows what's going on and he knows what's going to happen and he knows where he has to be but he doesn't understand why kind of thing like you know what I mean I don't know it's kind of like the lights are on he knows what he's doing he just doesn't understand it to that like you know the minutest of minutest details and that's like they're getting exposed maybe it's just a slight like yeah you know what I mean just a slight issue to the play yeah I mean the other thing is maybe as well like it's a tactical one yeah you know what I mean maybe they're tactically throwing games so they get an easier run because that wouldn't surprise me that's got that's a very Draza thing to do no I wouldn't do that no I wouldn't say that they want to no Draza's such a competitive competitive he looks like the Viva Veneta guy weekend I don't think anything happened this weekend so I'll be alright quick section first thing tomorrow the game is finally playable people I don't know like how I hold but like hang on hang on let's have a quick discussion about the wording of this because I doubt it's going to be fucking playable I don't know well but it's not going to be playable the problem is right is it's like for was playing today I had the worst incident of de-sync that I've ever had in my life right like yeah so like I came I was like um it was I was trying to move on I was trying to move on that was your the nest right because I played towards the nest to get my shields back looked green no one green was like okay chilling like I'm going to leave green green's going to be open hit top mid double quick time down the coast G-slide out kill the guy that's on the active like you know what I mean like two nades off the wall like literally got one like peeked it killed the other guy G-slide out nice and like as I hit the hit the slide it just went like do-do-do-do-do like just stuttered so bad and I was like what like what the fuck is that like what is that why is that why did that just happen what is causing this like you know what I mean and the only thing I can think of is because like I was thinking about it afterwards right and like you remember I said to you about how the like the curb slides and stuff the G-slides whatever you want to call it that's like a glitch it's not meant to be in the game yeah I think that like the netcode is genuinely horrendous for this game right as a start right but I think because the improvement tech that you can implement obviously in your own gameplay I think like that actively causes more desync so like if you're someone that like hits G-slides all the time because like I die through walls so often bro right you know what I mean and it's like and I'm convinced it's because when you hit a G-slide the server doesn't understand what's happening because you're kind of exploiting a glitch in the game and then it just goes like well you're not actually behind this cover you're here because like obviously when you go back and watch it like I mean how many times I don't understand how this guy's killed me go and watch it on the um the theatre and then you see what the server sees allegedly because that's not accurate at all and it's like I'm just stood out in the open but on my screen I was behind that wall you know what I mean it's just like what what is this fucking thing that we're playing like what is going on um but yeah so tomorrow did you play firefight when that was that the matchmaking the netcode thing was in I can't remember if we played it or not I don't think so like I played a few games of it it did feel very very nice I think they then rolled it out to squad battle and like I played a lot of squad battle when that was out and it was sick like it was so nice um so hopefully the game will feel a lot better it did feel a little bit slower if I remember rightly like I'm hoping that heavy aim doesn't make a return from Halo 5 I used to play a lot of Halo 5 but that shit sounded horrible um like you know so hopefully that you know makes the game a little bit more playable um means that like the game actually works as it should do or works more in line with how it should do uh which will be nice so that's coming tomorrow which is Tuesday 19th of March uh there's also some weapon shooting gravity hammers getting nerfed into the ground hopefully because that shit's way worse in social game modes I'm so glad that it isn't in comp on any map it'd be super bad in comp that shit is so bad bro it'd be like a throwback to the fucking sword in comp the sword like the the sword in comp wasn't the problem the problem was the maps in my opinion and the fact that on every map where they put a sword they immediately put the thing that was the only hard counter to it right next to it yeah which was the repulsor so it's like you know what I mean like the sword obviously on that little island that back blue on recharge the repulsor's in the bottom blue tunnel so you just hop over you grab that you grab the repulsor and then you just sit in the corner yeah like unkillable you know what I mean you literally control like an entire quarter of the map because it's just like well if he's in here where like where is he what's going on you know what I mean um like but yeah so there's a lot of weapon tuning I think they're improving they're increasing the reload speed of the bandit it's only minuscule but it's like it should make it a little bit better because I feel like you know like when you run low on ammo with a bandit and I'm like when do I reload is it saving the reload that's something that you actually actively have to think about whereas I feel with the battle rifle that wasn't anything that you really have to think about that much no like obviously in certain situations but a lot of the time it was it only takes like a second or half a second like you know what I mean it's not it doesn't take that long whereas with this it's like fucking hell it's horrible this will be the second time they've buffed it as well I think ok like um commando's apparently getting a buff which I think is good I saw a video today that said that it's a nine shot perfect I think or a fifteen shot if it's not perfect right and that obviously doesn't take into account the horrendous damage of it as a weapon yeah so it's like it's not it's a buff but it's not like going to be overpowered yeah because they're reducing the bloom on it as well that's what the buff is they're reducing the bloom they're not doing anything with the damage but like reducing the bloom will make it viable for that kind of long range suppressing role I guess more so than it already is more so than it already is yeah yeah I feel like unless it's comp it's not a very well used gun yeah for sure and there's something else that they're changing as well but for the life of me I can't remember what it is that might actually be it um but yeah looking forward to that there's some new refreshes on some of the game modes I think they're refreshing BTB there's a new map isn't there there might be a new map yeah it'd be pretty cool if there is I feel like I saw something about a new map don't be wrong though don't quote me the maps on this Halo are like they're not bad but like I've been playing a lot of MCC on like the classic Halo maps and they just play so much better yeah you know what I mean yeah for sure like there's just there's just I don't know it just seems like easier to work out what's going on where you need to be and there's more opportunities for like play arounds and stuff like yeah so many different storylines going on throughout the event not even just the players the production everything it was class so many and if we're going to get through them all we're going to have to be quick we got time we got time but we could be here all night nah we're not going to go through a lot of them I will say one thing before we actually properly get into this this is a minor gripe with free stuff that you get and it's the drops the drops the drops haven't been good for a while right I can't lie but like these ones I literally on Friday I literally went to see what this drop looks like and I banged it on the the armor and I'm looking at it and I'm like this shit looks awfully familiar and it's effectively an inverted colorway of a drop that they gave away previously and you know whilst it's like never one to turn down free stuff at the same time like can we call up the channel can we get something cool like you know what I mean the diamond armor or the diamond weapon skins and now we've got an inverted colorway that a lot of people already had which doesn't look good in the first place anyway in my opinion no it's not iconic race you know what I mean it's just like what are we doing the weapon charms are nice but like I would have maybe you know what I mean they did a double kill and a triple kill weapon charm which by the way maybe like the overkill you know what I mean by the way on that throughout the entire event you obviously could get them the Friday Saturday if you didn't get them there you got them all on the Sunday so you didn't actually have to watch any of the Friday Saturday yeah yeah exactly I feel they do that quite a lot they do that to help the people that don't have the time to watch it all but I also feel like that's not they should have separated drops for if you've got the time to watch it and there was no grand finals drop either no which surprised me because the grand finals drop is normally the firest drop of the weekend you know what I mean and like it was nothing like literally nothing I also don't really understand whilst we're on this subject I don't understand the mentality of going this is a purely 4v4 event you know what I mean the main thing is 4v4 competitive settings there's no tanks, there's no warthogs there's no mongooses, there's no playing things I can't remember what it's called why have we got skins for those as a drop for a comp event I can understand it to the sense of not everybody plays ranked and a lot of the big team battle is obviously quite a popular move no for sure but like I don't know maybe it's just me because I literally only play ranked realistically or snipers when it's out which is never because they keep removing it which is great you know what I mean hopefully when match composer comes in that'll be a search option hopefully so right let's get into it let's go to the playstings man let me just find the old playstings graphic which I've saved somewhere on my phone aww look at him not even prepared no I was prepared but I had to I had to close that up because it was wigging my phone out bro here we go so it's 13th through 13th through 16th we had business bittersweet ascending baseline and sentinels yes that is correct sentinels fucking sentinels man what went wrong that is wild to me really didn't have a good weekend no they didn't 9th through 12th we had native gaming lore gaming and darkest hour point to note here is that business was taking a pool play spot but druk couldn't go to the event because I think he had a visa problem again so interesting situation there UCS said to the people on business you can still play in the pool you just have to use your coach instead of druk and they said no we don't want to do that we'll play through the open bracket and they went and picked up avenue which I respect that I like that they got all the way into the pool they didn't get into the champ bracket but they made it all the way to the pool which is fantastic and so native gaming then took their place in the pool they also didn't do too well but they did make it to the champ bracket no native didn't look great no 7th and 8th we had proton gaming oh sorry I forgot cloud9 finished top 12 as well completely missed that my thumb was in the way 7th and 8th proton gaming which slightly disappointing showing from quadrant I can't lie yeah first sign of a new team yeah they are still a good team I just feel they've got a lot to work on obviously losing legend is massive you know what I mean it's kind of one of them where it's like when it's in the controlled environment of EU where there isn't really a lot of threat to that those first and second positions like quadrant look really good they're top 2 in the region unequivocally but when you take them out of the pond and put them in the lake it's like well they sink they're not really up to scratch they're not there yet there is positives to take from it I feel like the thing is quadrant obviously because they had that record breaking run last season it's kind of like expecting them to you know what I mean than the other EU teams so maybe we're being a bit unreasonably harsh because top 8 major is still really good you know what I mean back to the drawing board on that one I think unreasonably harsh based off of another EU team which is higher for sure but like when you think about the teams that are in that number like 4-8 bracket and you've got like rebellion complexity native are hard in that bracket as well, sentinels like all 4 of them NA all 4 of them playing against good competition week in week out access to better scrims it's like I feel like it's still a good a good place in for them I'm not saying it's a bad I know what you're saying and then top 6 5th and 6th well 5-6 I guess so complexity 5-4 shout out all the boys on phone it was so fun like literally watching them play all weekend so much fun so good Wootom is the real deal which means the winners of the event was of course space station gaming which is absolutely outstanding love to see it shout out the boy legend first European player ever to win an NA major in the history of halo absolutely record breaking stuff, it was a record breaking weekend to be fair we had first EU player ever to win a major highest place in Finnish player highest place in Dutch player highest place in M&K player first ever Mexican FFA winner and the Mexican team which was lore gaming Acid, Drift, Noble and Tapping Buttons played all the way through the open bracket made it into the champ bracket and took quadrant to game 5 in losers round 1 and they were entertaining for the entire time they were on the screen they were so good bro the storylines were just insane it was just a really good weekend the halo very very enjoyable I already can't wait for London London is going to be nuts because I feel like the thing is everyone in the building is going to be back in phone quadrant everyone and I've heard rumours of some football style champs in the works which I'm very excited about I think the French fans there was a lot of French teams that went to Blackpool and the French fans were loud like very loud so I think atmosphere wise it's going to be insane everyone is going to be back in the EU teams which I absolutely love to see and I'm hoping that they get that you know what I mean they get that little buff carries them over the hump I kind of want to see the EU team win it but I don't think they will I'm not going to lie I feel like the level of halo being played by the top American teams right now is just too good but you know what I mean it will be very interesting to see so go on bro what you saying I was going to say dog the way that the weekend went I've always said it and I think I might have said it last episode about how like if Optic play SSG and play FaZe they only win against one team and lose against the other what I was kind of disappointed about this weekend is we didn't see SSG versus FaZe that would have been nice to see sorry I took a drink of my coffee as you finished speaking I thought the window was there for me to of Chaos that FaZe brings to it stylistically is a very good match up for the brand of Chaos that SSG brings but obviously that SSG style of historically SSG is a different beast now with Legend it's insane it's next level stuff can't give Stellar a snipe um but yeah like you know I feel like FaZe I don't know what it was it was pretty flat yeah I think they were just flat there was nothing a shame that we didn't get to see it I would love to see an event where the team that wins it because I mean you know I don't think it's unfair to say that the only three teams capable of winning right now are Optic, SSG and FaZe you know what I mean I don't think that's unfair to say but I would love to see an event where the team out of those three that wins it takes down the other two I mean I guess we saw that with FaZe at the World Championship yeah I feel I feel they must have taken down SSG at some point but it's kind of like I mean and obviously we saw them do it in Season 1 at Kansas City as well um but yeah I would love to see that like because then it's unequivocally like there is no what ifs in that situation you know what I mean because it's like well what if Optic lost to FaZe how does that FaZe SSG matchup go is it the same story you know what I mean if Optic in that situation if Optic end up in the finals does FaZe beat them or if SSG come from the losers finals and have to play Optic do they have it in them to reset the bracket I as I said yesterday talking to you Optic doesn't have the legs to do a reset and win SSG and FaZe do yeah for sure which as shown yesterday it went Optic SSG Optic Optic SSG SSG like that's like my issue with the Solitude game is that Solitude I don't think is a very good map for Halo for Infinite specifically um I feel it's very it can be very one sided very quickly as shown was it 250-3 or something 250-3 like if you're constantly sticking them on the respawn as a 4 dead there is nothing you can do I'm shut out of the trophy breadstick which it was equal 11 and 2 yeah it was the highest kills overall in that game with 11 kills it was a 4 minute game like that shouldn't happen in my opinion and like obviously these are top teams and it's SSG have come out on top of this other top team in Optic but I feel like even in that sort of the top 2 teams in that event shouldn't only have a 4 minute game and it shouldn't and it shouldn't you don't see that sort of like that sort of thing happening on strongholds very often no no strongholds strongholds lifefire I don't think I don't think I've ever seen it really happen lifefire the pace is there's too many routes and the pace is too fast yeah recharge it Optic won what 250-50 something against FaZe yeah and I think I've seen Quadrant really to put the screws on someone but didn't they like 50 point club Optic on that map once possibly so it doesn't happen often but 250-3 that's like SSG going into a pub lobby and doing it I think that you know I've seen a lot of people call for it to be taken out and whilst I understand the point like I said to you yesterday and this guy on Twitter was thinking the same wavelength as me right that map and mode was good in Halo 5 because you had the movement options that the thrusters gave you and the magnum which was not as it was not as good at long range as the DMR is sorry the bandit however SSG I think the only other time SSG played that map that I saw this weekend this might be wrong was against Quadrant they had Quadrant in that blue side spawn now obviously Quadrant they were the best team in the world last season at Stronghold right they trapped them in blue exactly like Quadrant fought out of it and then trapped SSG in blue Quadrant were 5 seconds away with the trip cap SSG fight out trap Quadrant in blue and as hard as Quadrant tried they could not get more than one flag off so it can be done 100% it can be done I don't disagree that it can't be done but I feel like it's it's a slimmer chance compared to other maps to get out of it I mean the thing is it's like well yeah but you can do it the reason OpTic couldn't do it is because they weren't playing well together they weren't doing the right things at the right time I agree with what you're saying it's difficult to do but like it's like the conversation we had last night right like at some point you just have to fucking shoot your way out and if they weren't shooting their way out like I feel like it's just compared to other maps it is like all of them are difficult to get out of it if you're getting triple caps but I feel like Solitude itself is far greater of a challenge compared to the rest which I feel like is just it's not to me I don't think it should be involved If it happens to any other team I don't think I don't think anyone should No I would I have an issue with Solitude anyway Yeah you don't I don't buy Solitude I don't find it enjoyable to play so even if it wasn't OpTic and SSG and it was somebody else I'd probably still have the same opinion in the sense of it's it's just if you're not on it it is an incredibly difficult map even when you're on it it's still an incredibly difficult map because it's I find the spawns are quite erratic Because where you think they're going to be spawning isn't where they're spawning They are in matchmaking because people are fucking stupid Like people in matchmaking don't understand how to play that map like the reason why SSG are so good on that map in that game mode is because it's a Halo 5 map and they were Halo 5 world champions it's the same reason why Faze are so good on that map in that game mode you know what I mean it's the same reason why OpTic have potential on that map in any game mode like although it has been their weakest game mode map this season I think based upon like scrim results and stuff but it's it's just one of them man like yeah it has it's limitations and so does every map it's like OpTic spawn blue I think I think OpTic spawn blue off the start right which means that like they're already under threat you know what I mean they need to get out of that they need to secure a different spawn point probably Tram and then they need to impose themselves on the map which means already OpTic have to get straight away 4 dead I might be getting this wrong it might have been ESG that spawn blue I can't really remember but it's the same situation as if you go into a recharge stronghold and you spawn blue that's the bad side of the map because you know what I mean you want to like that's not where you want to be you don't want C on recharge in my opinion you want A and B when Quadrant were absolutely battering teams on recharge strongholds it's because they were spawn trapping teams in the back end of long hall where there's no way out you know what I mean it's the same philosophy as spawn trapping blue on solitude it's just you know what I mean I think it's I think what you said is true I think that they about OpTic not having the legs I think they lost that they lost that game 5 they went into that game 6 they weren't mentally prepared to take that map off space station and then I think the after effect of that was what we saw in game 7 because that game 7 wasn't particularly close at any point I don't think like you know what I mean formal drop in 2 kills like in the geezers mental was just chalked you just fried yeah that game 6 and game 7 was essentially just one big game 6 yeah you know I don't think it was I just don't think they were prepared to go the distance and had they
