This meditation is designed to cultivate an abundance mindset. It helps us break free from feelings of scarcity and connects us to the feeling of abundance that is always available to us. The meditation guides us to connect with different energy centers in our body, starting from the base and moving up to the crown. We imagine lotus flowers and colors associated with each energy center. We also reflect on what we already have in our lives and set intentions for areas where we want to bring more abundance. The meditation encourages us to imagine ourselves in an abundant life and feel the emotions associated with it. Namaste Creative Yogis, Tia McKernan here and I'm offering you this beautiful meditation which is designed to cultivate an abundance mindset, helping us to break free of any feelings in ourselves that we don't have enough, enough resources, enough finances, enough opportunities, enough love in our lives. And instead we're going to connect to this feeling of abundance which is our birthright and is available to us always and understanding that this abundance we already have. And so I invite you to find a comfortable seated position and begin to cultivate, lengthen your spine. So beginning at your base, your perineum, our pelvic floor muscles and start to draw those muscles up and squeeze them in and draw them up inside the body, draw the belly in and lift and lengthen all the way up through that spine, all the way up to the crown of the head, opening the heart space and becoming aware of that breath, that natural breath. Awareness of breathing, awareness of relaxation. And just scan the body from head to toe and just noticing what's up for you today. Noticing any tension, where does that tension reside in your body? Just starting to tune in to how you're feeling today. And drawing your awareness back down to your base, becoming aware of a red lotus flower residing there at your base. And noticing the roots of your lotus flower, spiraling down into the earth, just sending them down into the center of the earth. Spiraling down now, all the way down to the center of the earth, where you make contact with an enormous rose quartz crystal. And just wrapping your roots around that rose quartz crystal, anchoring yourself into the earth, into Mamma Gaia. Just feeling that anchoring, that support, that grounding into the earth. Just wrapping your roots around the rose quartz crystal. And on the next inhale, you're going to start to draw the energy up through your roots, just drawing the energy up. Drawing the energy up now. Drawing it up back into your body. As you make contact with that red lotus flower in your base, imagine this lovely red energy flowing through the base of your body, through your legs, through your feet, up into the hip space. Just flowing this red energy around your base. And then bringing your hands to your womb space. On the next inhale, drawing that energy up into the womb space and noticing the color turning orange and flowing around your womb space, the source of our creativity. So just noticing and allowing that lovely orange color to flow and activate our womb space. And then just allowing the hands to travel up to your ribcage. And as you inhale, draw the energy up into the ribcage and the lovely color yellow flowing through that space, yellow like the sun. This is where our self-confidence resides. So really boosting that confidence by filling that space with a lovely golden yellow color. And drawing the energy up now to the heart space. You can bring your hands to the heart space. And filling this space with a lovely green color. And imagining a lotus flower residing here. And allowing the petals to unfurl and unfold 360 degrees, so through the front and back of the body, just opening the heart space. And just noticing you can breathe a little deeper, as you allow the heart space to open. And this is where our desires reside, our passions, things that we hold dear to ourselves, our heart's desires, all reside here in this beautiful space. Listening to our heart for a moment, just noticing anything that comes through. Just paying attention to what our heart wants us to hear. And then continuing to draw that energy up into our throat space, a lovely color blue flowing through the throat space. A space where we cultivate communication. Perhaps having listened to our heart space, there's something we want to say to those around us. So feeling that openness and expressiveness through the throat space. And then continue to draw that energy up to the forehead, your third eye. Imagine a beautiful indigo color flowing around the third eye. Our intuition, just tuning in and noticing our intuition. And then bringing our awareness up to the crown, where a thousand lotus petaled flower rests just slightly above the head. And the color is violet, purple. So imagine this thousand petaled lotus flower, this crown, sitting above the head. It's crowning us with this beauty. And this is the connection to our higher self. Just starting to cultivate that connection that is available to all of us. This connection to our divine feminine. Starting to learn about our birthright. That we are all beautiful goddesses that deserve to be here. That we are worthy. That we are loved and cherished. So bringing your awareness back down to your base again, to that rose quartz crystal, all the way down into the earth. And anchoring yourself again in Namagaya. And then just drawing that rose quartz crystal energy. Imagine it as a lovely pink color flowing up through your roots. All the way up. All the way up until we reach about five feet below your body. And five feet below your body is our earth star. A lovely golden earth star. And our earth star sits in an earth bowl. So just noticing your earth bowl beginning to fill with this lovely energy from your earth star. Our Shakti, our feminine life force. Just imagining this bowl filling up with Shakti. A lovely golden color until it overflows. You're going to start to draw that energy up through your roots, this lovely golden color. And draw it into your body, into your base. Into your base. And just noticing as you draw it into your body, this lovely golden color starting to flow through your body, through your legs. And up through your torso. Down your arms to your fingertips. And up into your headspace. So just imagining as you're sitting there, feeling this lovely golden radiance flowing through your body. That you are this golden goddess sitting there. This lovely radiant golden goddess. And you can see your lotus flowers as well. The lovely red lotus flower sitting at your base, connecting to the green lotus flower in your heart space. And then at your crown, the purple or violet lotus flower. Just seeing that lovely connection between those three lotuses. Inside your body. This lovely radiant golden body. Just noticing this radiant light flowing out beyond your body as well. That you are magnetic and radiant. And seeing yourself as this radiant being filled with all this beauty and abundance. This abundant energy that's been drawn up from our earth star just flowing up into the body. This infinite supply of shakti, feminine life force, this abundance connecting to this abundant energy. It's available to us all. And when you think about abundance, which part of your body do you think of? Where does it land for you? Just taking a moment to think about that. And just taking a moment to think about your life. Just taking a moment to think about your life. Just taking a moment to think about your life. And just noticing what you already have in your life, things you can be grateful for. And just noticing what you already have in your life, things you can be grateful for. The people you have in your life, you have a roof over your head and food in your belly. Perhaps you enjoy your work. Just noticing, just reflecting on all the things in your life that you do feel grateful for, that you do feel abundant, that you already have this in your life. Just taking that time to appreciate what you already have. We do tend to focus on what we don't have and it overshadows all the beautiful things that we already do have in our lives. So as you're sitting there connecting to your radiant body, connecting to your three lotus flowers, that lovely connection between those three lotus flowers helping you to feel regal with the crown on your head, your heart open, and your connection to your roots grounded and connected. Also just take a moment to reflect on an area of your life where you'd like to draw more abundance into that area. Just taking a moment to imagine yourself in that situation. And just noticing what you'd like to see shift and change, what would you like to happen in that space. And take the moment to form an intention. An intention allows us to focus our energy, to get clarity about what it is that we really want to bring into our life. So for instance, if I wanted to go to the gym, I could go to the gym and I could So for instance, if I wanted to cultivate my yoga practice, perhaps I would like to really feel that I have the time and space to give to my yoga practice. So I would say something like, I am enjoying finding the time and space to give to my yoga practice daily. So framing it in a positive way and use the word I am, but just take a moment to think, where would you like to see more abundance happening in your life? And setting your intention. And in your mind's eye, imagine you already have that abundance in that area of your life, and just imagining yourself in that situation. What would it feel like? How would you feel in your body if you had this abundance happening in your life? Imagining what you would look like, what clothes you would wear. What would you be doing with your time? Imagine it in its entirety. This abundant life for yourself. Let your imagination take you to this ideal future where this abundance is manifesting for you. Just noticing who's around you. Where are you in the world? Just noticing it in detail. Just stepping into that abundant life. Noticing how you're feeling in your body. Imagine stepping into that abundant life as this regal, golden, magical being that you're seeing yourself as right now. This radiant being. And notice how you're moving, how you're connecting with your fellow human beings as you inhabit this beautiful, abundant life. And knowing that this is your birthright. This is the way you're supposed to be living. So just allowing any feelings that come up to flow to the surface. How do you feel about accepting about accepting this birthright? What comes up for you? Any kind of resistance in the body? Any kind of feelings of anxiety or fear? Just noticing with complete compassion what comes up. Any sense of disbelief? And just send those feelings down back through your roots, back down to the rose quartz crystal. Just freeing them from your body, just sending them down to your roots. And every time you exhale, sending them down, down, down to allow the rose quartz to transmute this energy that comes up. Just exhaling it out of your body. Any kind of anxiety or worry or fear or doubt, just sending it out of your body as you exhale. Ah, creating space. Spaceless, beautiful radiance to return. Notice as anything came up for you that that radiance dimmed for a little bit. You got caught up in worry, worry, any kind of feelings of self-doubt. Every time those feelings come up, just send them out of the body, just exhale. Allow those feelings to leave. You don't need them anymore. And replacing them with this radiance, this radiant, confident beauty. Start to see your light shine again. Start to see this beautiful radiance emerge. And seeing yourself as this abundant, radiant being. Allowing yourself to be seen, to be heard as you step into your abundant life. And know that you can return to this meditation any time you need to, to remind yourself that you are this radiant goddess. This is your birthright to be able to step into the world, feeling that beautiful inner confidence, that inner radiance, that openness, that connection to your heart space. That regal bearing as you're carrying that lovely crown of a thousand petaled lotus flower on your head. And just notice that you can step lightly and easily into that abundant life that you deserve.
