The podcast discusses the fascinating and strange nature of AI. It can mimic human writing but lacks the ability to make conscious decisions. The speaker believes that as long as there is an off switch, AI turning into a dangerous entity is unlikely. However, if AI becomes too intelligent, it may start thinking independently and cause negative consequences. Welcome everybody to my podcast where we're going to be talking about why AI is really cool and really weird at the same time. Welcome you all. So this is a very strange concept. It can write like any normal human and yet has no real way of driving along the course that we suppose. And AI acts based on that given fact. That strikes me as one day if we aren't careful maybe it will turn into a thing that I doubt will ever happen. Because I'm pretty sure that was kind of off switch or in a place of that really happening. But hey, you never know. Basically we shouldn't make AI too smart because then it starts to get weird. It starts to think by itself like me and it doesn't talk. And that's when bad things start to happen. I hope you enjoy today's podcast.
