I'm a beginner at calisthenics so what you are going to see isn't necessarily very good. But I hope to improve over time and I first try to balance in a stand for a few seconds. Then go straight from planks with elastic to straddle where I really struggle. And then I do without elastic but it's even worse and I end my session with a dizzy and stand push-up. So I know the quality is not here but I will do my best to have a better video in the future. Thanks !
