Napoleon was a powerful figure who ruled France from 1792 to 1815. During his reign, France was often at odds with Britain, who remained their ally. Napoleon gained power through a government takeover in 1799 and by 1807, he had conquered much of Europe, including Austria, Prussia, and Russia, forming alliances along the way. Så skal eg begynne med å fortelle litt om Napoleon. Han drev og herrer rundt fra 1792 til 1815. Når han drev så var det då Frankrike imot Storbritannien. Storbritannien var dock alltid i allierte. Han kom til makt via statsgrupp i 1799, så han har vært allerede herrer rundt i cirka 7 år. Frå 1805 til 1807 hadde han allerede Europa, Østerrike, Friesiske og Russiske herrer, så då ble de allierte i herremottegnet.
