Nothing to say, yet
The speaker believes in the saying "practice makes perfect" and has seen its effects in their own life and their brother's athletic career. They emphasize that practice is a consistent and persistent action that leads to improvement and success. They share personal examples of how practicing specific exercises improved their performance in sports. They conclude that by continuing to practice consistently, they will achieve perfection in the future. Practice makes perfect. The quote, practice makes perfect, is introduced at a young age to many, including me. Throughout my childhood, I have embraced the idea that practice makes perfect. Nothing builds one's self to be more of a perfectionist than practice. The quote itself lives throughout the whole world. It is not limited to any category or topic. The phrase can be applied to many and to all. No matter what you do, the more you practice, the closer to perfection you become. In all aspects of life, practice makes perfect can be applied and put to effort. Rules are not always given to people. You have to work and learn a rule. You must practice and train every day. This does not make you perfect. Practice is a consistent action and must be acted on persistently. You must continue to work at the same or a higher rate. If you continue consistently training yourself, you will take one step forward every day. If you train over 100 days, you will take 100 steps. When you turn around and look at how far the 100 steps are, you will see the progress you trained for. Approximately one week ago, I was working on hip mobility and running explosivity drills with my brother. Then I proceeded to work on my legs and weight room. At the time, I could feel my legs getting tired and working harder to explode out of each repetition. The following day, we went to the field where we began running routes and cutting on the grass. I began to feel more fluid through my hips and legs. From a standing position, I was able to gain more ground faster and had increased my acceleration through one day of exercising my hips and legs. I applied it to the field, allowing my body to experience my new power. These two events combined built my body to be stronger, faster, and more explosive. The following day, I competed in a showcase in which cutting and accelerating were greatly important. In this showcase, when I was getting off my feet and sinking into my hips, I had more depth and was quicker out of each repetition. This was evidently a direct result in the workouts I had been doing to build my body to be quicker and stronger. Another example of how this quote is very impactful and factual is my brother's athletic career. No one in the world has worked as hard as my brother. He has worked endlessly to build his athletic portfolio. Despite coming across extreme unluckiness through injuries, he always had that mindset that if he kept practicing and working, he would get to that goal and point of success. Through his practice of athleticism, he was able to accomplish his dream of playing collegiate football. Using this, practice makes perfect process. This quote has not only built me into who I am today, but will continue to shape me into the person I wish to be. If I continue to practice in a consistent manner, perfection will be coming in the near future. From this point on, I will work every day and I will train myself to be better. This is due to the fact that I know practice makes perfect.
