Cookies are typically high in sugar and carbohydrates, which we know that, right? Cause blood sugar spikes, all that stuff. But fear not, because there are ways to enjoy these beloved cookies without negatively affecting your blood sugar. Tip number one. Well, of course, portion control. The key is the moderation. There are cookies this size, there are cookies this size, right? Well, instead of eating a whole box or a huge cookie in one sitting, and we have it all there, depressed and tired and whatnot, but you need to limit yourself to just one small cookie a day. That's what we're talking about. You can still satisfy your sweet tooth without overloading your body with excess sugar and carbs. Tip number two. I would say choose your cookie wisely. Not all cookies are created equal. Your blood sugar is not going to be able to spike as fast because the absorption overall is slowed down.
