To be honest, Steve, it hadn't crossed my mind until the day you attended my personal nutrition clinic. As with all my clients, I asked about your goals and what you wanted to achieve. I was rather taken aback, open brackets, gobsmacked, close brackets, when you declared that you wanted to be the fastest person to run 100 metres at the age of 100. This goal completely captured my imagination and we started exploring how this could be achieved. And pretty soon we realised that it couldn't be achieved quickly, that it was a big topic, and so we thought what a better way to discuss that than in this podcast. We? Yes, Steve. Before I knew it, I found myself with a microphone in front of my beak. In Live Well to 100, we're going to strip away the myths and deep dive into wellness, nutrition and activity that can help you be you to set your very best at any age. In each episode, we'll explore an area of health, nutrition and wellbeing and tap into other experts that know a lot more about certain subjects than we do. Together, we hope we can empower you when it comes to wellness, nutrition and activity, regardless of your age. I shall be listening intently, occasionally chipping in, and seeing where I can put into practice the advice that is coming my way. And I think you know a lot more than you think you do, Steve.
