Their goal is to create a healthy lifestyle that is affordable for everyone. Thrive Market has a unique relationship with social media. In order to get the company started, they used influencers to raise brand awareness and help create funds to start out the business. Because of how they got their unique start on social media, they have a firm understanding on how important social media is for a business to succeed. That being said, there's still always room for improvement. Since Thrive Market does such a good job reaching out to their target audience through blog posts, one idea is that they could post directly to their website of the impact of providing products to families in need. They offer a program that with each annual membership purchased, a family in need will get a free membership. By interviewing and creating a blog post from one of these families, they could bring more awareness to this cause. Another idea of something they could do to increase their social media is whenever they post on Facebook, they should create either the same post or a similar post on Instagram. For instance, a new product that they get on the online store can be posted and discussed, or they could do an inspirational combination of products that get people interested in talking. The company could also use TikTok and create short videos of a consumer and their favorite healthy snack choice. For instance, they could video someone cooling off on a hot summer's day with a healthy drink of choice. Anything that could just catch someone's attention and get a conversation started about products. One platform that has became greatly successful over the years is YouTube. It is one platform that Thrive does not use very often. So creating a video on a recipe for lunch or dinner using their products could really get people talking and sharing all their products with their friends. Lastly, Thrive Market could create a YouTube video or a blog on their website, raising awareness about the different partnerships they have with companies that share their same view for sustainable products and a healthy lifestyle. Measuring the success of the goals placed within a company can help evaluate where the company stands. They're going to want to see an increase in traffic on the website, longer time spent on the website, be that product shopping or just browsing on the blog posts that they have. They also want to see customers tagging their favorite products and watching out for positive brand mentions. Thrive Market influencers really do a good job at starting conversations, but they're going to want to see more consumers being reached and showing interest in all of their products they have to offer. These are just a few ideas on ways that this company who's already really good with social media can improve and ways that they can look for improvements and measurements of success.
