The podcast host, Robyn, encourages listeners to hang in there during trials and tribulations. She references a verse from Psalms where David asks God for mercy and healing when feeling weak and discouraged. Robyn emphasizes giving our problems to God and speaking against negative spirits. She reminds listeners that Jesus came to give abundant life, peace, and joy. She encourages walking by faith and not by sight, trusting that God will renew our strength. She concludes with a prayer, offering prayer support and inviting listeners to share their thoughts. This is Robyn from New Generation Christian Family Matters. Thank you for tuning in to our podcast. In my spirit today, I just want to take a few moments just to encourage you, encourage you people of God to hang in there. We know that right now we're going through trials and tribulations. We know that there may be times that you feel weak, you feel unstable, you feel like life has just thrown the worst at you. And I was just reading in Psalms the sixth chapter in the second verse where David probably felt that way. He said, have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am weak. He could have easily said, I'm feeling discouraged, I'm feeling distressed, I'm feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, troubled. And then that verse goes on to say, O Lord, heal me. And that's what the Lord requires of us. When we feel like we're at rock bottom, when we feel like we can't go forward, when we feel that we can't run this race like we want to, give it to the Lord and just let it go. And I know that's probably the hardest thing to do because we want to feel like we're in control. Verse eight of that same chapter says, depart from me, all you workers of iniquity. And I believe to that situation, in the name of Jesus, to depart from me, spirit of depression, depart from me, spirit of anxiety, of the spirit of heaviness of heart, soul, and mind. We can speak to those entities, speak to that spirit of confusion, of low self-esteem, and just say, depart from me in the name of Jesus, that he has given us authority over our situation, that God has given us authority over demonic influence. We, as the children of God, have that authority in the name of Jesus. That verse goes on to say, for the Lord has heard my voice, hears our supplication, he will hear our prayer, he will answer because he loves us, and he cares for us. And I know that all we have to do is stand up on his word, and if your faith is shaky, just say, Lord, increase my faith in the name of Jesus, because that's why Jesus came. He came to give us life more abundantly. He came to give us his peace that passes all human understanding. He came to give us his joy, and the Bible says that his joy gives us strength. He came that we might experience deliverance from strongholds in our lives. Praise the Lord. He came that we could give our burdens to him. He said in scripture that his burden is life, so we can exchange it. He can give us all that he has for us to make us new, to make us more like him, to give us his mind, and we can give him our problems. That's why Jesus came, that we might have life and that much more abundantly. In Jeremiah 17 and 14, that scripture says, heal me, Lord, and I will be healed. That's a perfect act of faith. Save me, and I will be saved. Thank you, Lord, for scripture. Thank you for your joy. Thank you for your love. Thank you for your deliverance. Thank you for salvation. We just praise him right now. We lift him up. We encourage each and every one of you to walk by faith and not by what you see. We know that sometimes on the sea of life, during the heavy storms that might come our way, you might feel that we're going to go under. We may feel like we can't make it over to the other side for safety. But Jesus is reaching down, and all we have to do is look up to him and hold on to his hand and watch him pull us up. Oh, praise the Lord. They who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles. They shall run and not be wearied. They shall walk and not faint. You can do all things through Christ who gives you strength, and the Holy Spirit will enable you and me to walk in victory. Thank you, dear God, for this podcast. God, that you love us. We thank you, dear God, for all that you are, that we might have the right of the tree of life, that we may experience your joy and experience your peace. Thank you, dear God. And we praise you in the name of Jesus we pray. This is your host, Robin Anderson, for today's podcast. If you need prayer, please contact us. If you have something to say, I pray in the fullness. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.
