Adele and Dakota interview Robby Miano about supplements and creatine. Robby believes creatine is natural and safe if consumed through a healthy diet. Creatine helps muscles recover faster after workouts, but it is not like steroids. Robby suggests that people have a choice whether or not to take creatine, but staying healthy is important. Robby personally doesn't use creatine and claims to be 100% natural. The next topic will be advancing skills in dancing. Hello, everyone. My name is Adele. I'll be your host for today. And I'm joined with co-host Dakota. And today we'll be interviewing Robby Miano. And our topic will be about supplements and creatine. So yeah, let's get into this. So what is your opinion on creatine? I think creatine is perfectly fine. I think it's natural. It's not anything that you wouldn't be getting in your normal life. You get creatine just from eating meat. So as long as you're eating a healthy, normal diet, creatine is fine. Creatine really just helps you recover from a workout faster. You're not actually, it's not like steroids, or it's like forcing you to do anything. Your muscles just recover so you can work out harder and you can build muscles faster. So are you saying that any age can take creatine? I would say that you shouldn't put people on creatine if they don't want to be. I think everyone has a choice whether or not they want to work out. But I think staying healthy is important. So tell us Robby, the big question that all the audience wants to know. Are you a natty or do you use creatine yourself? Creatine is natural, but I don't use creatine. I'm 100% natural, no steroids. I just eat healthy and work out. That sounds great. Well, thank you for joining us today and we'll check you back next time. Thank you. And we will be talking about how to advance your skills in dancing.
