May God speak to everyone, but we also understand that the person has to grow by themselves, and not have someone who is always on top of them, because then it becomes that they idolize us, that everyone has to ask us a question, and we all have to answer. Our job is to guide people to Christ, that the person grows as a healthy person, that they know how to access God, although we do understand that the pastor must seek souls, but there are people who exaggerate that, and believe that with the pastor they do not run away at once, because we do not love them, no, we do love them, but we want their point to be that God is their source for everything, and not us. Pastor Delgado, I start with the dynamics of the church today, and especially a church like yours, because someone may have 20, 30, 50 people, maybe it is easier to visualize who is coming, or I do not see that family, or the church like Pastor Corzon's, where Pastor Consuelo is, but it is important to be a leader there, something that maybe they can tell you, well, look, this is happening with this family, pastor, because how to visualize a church like yours? And sometimes I do not find out about things, because indiscutibly, I remember when we started this church, I had to go to the hospitals, I had to go to the prisons, I had to wash the bathroom, clean, I had to do everything, but with time we are developing leaders, and then we delegate that authority to our representation. One of the mistakes that pastors make is to tie themselves so much to the sheep that they lose the family and the children. There are a lot of pastors with problems with their children, and I went through this situation with my son, who fell into drugs at 15, 16 years old, and I had 3 or 4 years, my wife and I, fighting this situation, and maybe it was because they called me on the phone at 2 in the morning, and I ran out to look for the son of the lady to get him out of a corner in drugs, and I left my family alone. So, no matter how much you do for others, if you lose your own family, the same people you helped will judge you. So, we have to have a balance here. I will do my best for the sheep, because I am a pastor, but I am a father before being a pastor, and my primary responsibility is my family, because the church is based on the family. So, sometimes people still call, I want the pastor to do this, I want the pastor to do that. They go to people and say, I come in the name of Pastor Delgado. And they have to accept it, because I can't live with so many thousands of people, and also, I don't have the strength I had 30 years ago when I started with the church. People have to understand that the one who resolves is Christ, and we are certain instruments that God uses to connect us with Him, but the connection is Him. So, they will have to start understanding that we are not always a step to reach Christ, they can go directly. We continue to pray, we continue to preach and teach them, so that they stay in line, but Christ is the solution, not me. I think it is very important to understand that as the church grows, we have to have a different dynamic. There is the big church where we celebrate, but there are small groups where people are known, where they know if they got sick, where there is a leader who can help them in the moment of a crisis, and if we talk about this pandemic, we are talking about this pandemic, I think it is important to have a dynamic, a methodology that allows us to take care of the sheep, whether with the small groups or with the large group.
