I remember once, this year, one of our members here called me late in the night about her son that was bleeding profusely. And she was taking him to the hospital. I prayed with her on the phone. As soon as the call ended, I began to pray again. And I took off in the middle of the night. After a while, because her husband was not around, he was out of the country. And many, many issues. But out of it all, the faithfulness of God has always prevailed. And you all, standing here today, is the confirmation of the faithfulness of God in your life. You don't know how happy I am when you share testimonies of God's help. When you walk up to me to share songs that were private because of how big it is. At times, I wish I can come in the open and share them. But because of the privacy of it, we dance, we celebrate. You standing before God today is also a testament that throughout 2024, the only place you will stand is the presence of God. Amen. I'd like us to pray. Father, as we hear your word, you will speak to us. You will address our life. You prepare us evidently for 2024. That the strength of the word we will hear now will carry us and also embed in us, put in us, the meaningfulness of your manifestations in the name of Jesus. Thank you, Lord, for the few testimonies we had tonight. I know everyone has a testimony to share. Father, for the spoken testimonies and the yet-to-be-heard ones who shall be glorified in the name of Jesus. Thank you, righteous Father. Blessed be your holy name. As I was preparing to come up to the altar this morning for the Sunday sermon in the morning, I got a fantastic testimony via WhatsApp on my phone. Of one of our beloved pastor's wife who had been on the hospital in Awu for several months. Because she was involved in an accident and she had broken bones in her two legs. And she was there for months. Only for me to be told this morning that she has been discharged and she's in her home. I felt very, very glad. Very, very happy. Because I think about three times I've had to go from here to Awu to go and pray with her. Repositioned for greatness. Repositioned for greatness. I'd like you to pay attention. Don't be distracted by your phones. Focus on the word of God. Don't be distracted by your phones, by the word that men are sending to you. Focus on now. Focus on this moment. How you enter 2024 matters a lot. Let it not be on the note of looking at men's picture. At least throughout the coming year, you'll be watching others manifest and you are nowhere. When the word of God carries you into the next phase, you can be sure that the word of God will perfect all your paths. Repositioned for greatness. Genesis 35 verse 1. Genesis 35 verse 1. And God said unto Jacob, Arise, go up to Bethel, and dwell there, and make there an altar unto God that appeared unto thee when thou fledest from the face of Esau thy brother. In this scripture, we see God intervening in the life of the man Jacob. Because he was running from someone and running from somewhere. He was running from someone, running from somewhere to a place and a person he did not know. So, God had to intervene along the road. I'd like to pray for all of you tonight. Wherever you are running from, running away from in the year 2023, such things will not enter 2024 with you in the name of Jesus. Your Amen can be better than that. The location where Jacob was at this point in scripture was called Shechem. And he was going from Shechem to nowhere. So, God had to intervene and give his journey a destination. He was running away from home, running to nowhere. So, God had to come in and give direction and specification to his journey. There are some of us who is only just carrying 2024 on our head, numbers of a new year. The content of it that we need to go into, we do not know. We are just glad that we are going to shout Happy New Year with others. But I pray for you tonight. For you it to be a Happy New Year of God's destination for your life in the name of Jesus. Your Amen can be better than that. Your Amen can be better than that. Your Amen can be better than that. So, in this text that I just read to you, we see a voice of threat led to Jacob running away. And then a voice of direction and comfort came in between it. And the voice of comfort and direction dissolved the voice of discomfort and confusion. I pray for you if you can say a good Amen. To every discomfort, to every pain that is in 2023, the voice of God's comfort and direction will come your way in the name of Jesus. Jacob was running away from a man, from a family threat, from siblings rivalry. And then he found himself by God's voice, under God's sovereign voice of help. I pray for you tonight if you can say a resounding Amen. You are going into a year of sovereign voice of help and direction in the name of Jesus. The voice of Esau displaced Jacob from his family heritage and his family inheritance. The voice of God began within a divine inheritance and a new family of greatness and enlargement. I pray for you tonight if you can say a resounding Amen. Every family inheritance you have lost because of human threats, God is putting in place for you in the year 2024. An inheritance and an heritage that will solely carry your name in the name of Jesus. Your Amen can be better than that. My father succeeded in buying a plot of land when he was alive. He bought cement, he bought sand, he bought blocks. He bought what was enough to take the house from foundation to when he will roof it. But he was never able to lay a block in the floor. When he died, he wasn't able to build. Then after a couple of years, other siblings began to talk of dividing the land. God had blessed my brother then. He said, all of you together tell me the cost of the land. I will pay for it. I will give you the money. Me and my middle siblings will not share from it. The remaining three families go and share the money. They insisted that we should take the bull and measure one plot of land and divide it into four. As I speak, everyone who is from my mom has his own property. The other ones are still tenants. And that land is still there. But what God has done for us, I no longer put my mind on what my parents put in place. Because what God has put in my own life now is far more than what father was able to live off for all his life. I speak to 71 of you. The year 2024, you are coming into your own individual greatness and inheritance in Jesus name. What your parents lived off for 20, 30, 40 years will not be compared to what God will do in your life in 12 months in the name of Jesus. So Jacob ran away from Shechem. Shechem means to lean on a shoulder. He ran away from Shechem and God intervened and told him lean on me. So instead of leaning on the shoulder of his mother and father, he began to lean on God for the rest of his life. There is somebody here. Men may have removed their shoulder for you to lean on. God is giving you his hand to rest upon. In the year 2024, you will have the hand of God to rest upon in the name of Jesus. You will have the hand of God to rest upon in the name of Jesus. So shall it be for you in the name of Jesus. Shechem means cross road. Cross road of life. Shechem means cross road of life. Beke means a place of divine connection. So Jacob found himself at the cross road of confusion. You are going to a place tangled for God now at this. But when that thing was not there, somebody is expecting you. You get to a cross road, you don't know whether it is right or left or front or back. But brethren, God intervened. At the point where Jacob was to be confused, the voice of God came and told him go to Bethel. Can I pray for you? 2024 will be your Bethel in the name of Jesus. Will be a season of divine connection for you in the name of Jesus. Will be a season of unusual worship for you in the name of Jesus. Shechem also means a narrow valley in between two solid mountains. There are some of us here, the year 2023 has been a year of finding yourself in the valley. And then locked in between mountains. The Bible talks of being delivered from the valley. The Bible also talks of mountains shifting. So there are some that they are in the valley. And their valley is in between two mountains. I pray for you no matter how hard, no matter how difficult your case may be as at this very moment when you are here. As you enter the year 2024, your valley shall be removed in the name of Jesus. Your amen can be better than that. The mountains will skip and be scattered, be broken, be destroyed out of your way in the name of Jesus Christ. Your amen can be better than that. Your amen can be better than that. Shechem also means a place of promise. A place of promise. A place of promise. A place of promise. But Bethel is the house of God. And in the house of God is the bread of God. So Bethel is a place of manifestation far beyond the place of promise. There are some of you here today. You have carried promises on your head. Carried promises on your mind. And most of the promises you are carrying are human promises. Human promises. My uncle said he would do this for me. My auntie promised to do this for me. My uncle's uncle promised to give me money to start my business. My extended father, my mother's sister's brother's uncle's auntie's nephew who is staying in Germany and promised to send me money. And every day you are checking your bank alert whether you have sent it. Because of that you cannot sleep. Because of that you do not have BP. Brethren, God cannot promise you and you miss his alerts. I'm praying for you tonight, this particular hour, that the year 2024, the promise of God for your life will come to pass in the name of Jesus. Your Amen can be better than that. He knew Shechem was a valley. He knew Shechem was a cross road. He knew Shechem had mountains. So when God spoke to him, he responded in Genesis 33, 18-20 by raising an altar at Shechem and called the name of the place El Elohi, meaning mighty God of Israel. He proclaimed the mightiness of God in the midst of his valley. And brethren, when the mightiness of God showed up in your valley, the mightiness of God simply comes under you and then it carries you up. When the mighty God shows up, the children of the mighty God becomes mighty children. When the mighty God shows up, the children of the mighty God becomes mighty children. When the mighty God shows up, the children of the mighty God becomes mighty children. In the year 2024, you shall be seen as a mighty son, as a mighty daughter, a mighty businessman, a mighty businesswoman, a mighty entrepreneur, a mighty business lady, a mighty businessman, a mighty successful person, a mighty visionary, a mighty resource oriented person. In the name of Jesus! When the wisdom of God comes into your life, you discover that you excel. A brother was sharing with me just this morning after service. He was supposed to leave his place of work after a while and they were challenged. But after he had left maybe a little while or so, his former boss, by virtue of what he had done for them in the past, called him back, not to his former state, but to a new higher level. I don't know who you are, but I'd like to speak to seven of you tonight. January 2024, you are receiving a higher promotion. January 2024, you are receiving a higher promotion. How do I know this? Just this morning after service, a family walked into my office, husband and wife, and shared a testimony. The husband said, Sam, the promotion I am due for in the next two years, God did it in December. The wife said, the promotion I am due for in another one and a half years, God has given it to me. I said, wow! Promotion, promotion, promotion. I believe there are seven families here that will enjoy all round family greatness in the coming year. As husband is sharing his testimony, the wife will share his testimony. The first born will share testimony. The second born will share testimony. The third will share testimony. The fourth will share testimony. Imagine on your own that everybody will have testimonies to share. In the mighty name of Jesus. In the mighty name of Jesus. I remember one of my sons, he used to be here, was actually my main protocol officer. So dedicated, so committed, yet a senior lecturer, but so humble. If he is talking to me, he doesn't look at my face. When he is with me, he is always on his news. Not out of compulsion, I don't tell him to watch me, that was just his nature. And then suddenly he applied for a studies, a research work also abroad in the U.S. Through the federal government, through his school. And then they shortlisted about a hundred, maybe about three, four hundred across the federation. Broke it down to three hundred, he was among. Broke it down to two hundred, he was among. Broke it down to a hundred, God forbid, he was among. They broke it down to fifty, God ensured he was among. Then Naira skyrocketed. Dollar became an issue. Then federal government said, we cannot afford this much again. They broke it down up to ten, he was still number one on that list. Even the ten, federal government said, we have secured for you the privilege of this one. Carry it on your own. From the school where they were supposed to go, from the school, from the school, Oyebo wrote back and said, this one, this particular one, we are interested in it. We will foot all his bills. When he shared with me the package of the grant, I said, ah, my son, my son. He said, daddy, it is God and your prayers. I want to pray for those of you that believe in me tonight. That in the mighty name of Jesus, every month and every day of the year 2024, your greatness will not be small. Your fruitfulness will be unusual. Your enlightenment will be immeasurable. Before Esther could be able to save the Jews from being killed, God had to reposition her in the palace and on the throne. Even Zacchaeus that was so short, God had to provide a tree to increase his height so that he can see Jesus. I don't know what obstacle needs to be moved out of your way so that you can reposition. Whichever way God will do it, either by using an inanimate object to lift you up in size, either by using people to create an opportunity for you, either by sending an angel to come and carry you, whichever way, I decree upon your life tonight. 2024 will greatly favor you in the name of Jesus. Your Amen can be better than that. So you are here tonight. You discover that you are poorly positioned like the man by the bull of Esaida. You discover that there is a need for improvement in your life, in your studies, in your finances. One of my daughters was in my office two Sundays ago. Last Sunday, not this Sunday. I said, Sir, I came to testify. She put her hands inside her purse, brought out her passport and showed me. I opened it myself and I saw that her visa to UK has been approved. I began to laugh. Then she said, Daddy, you are the one that said we should bring our passports. It was after I brought my passport and you prayed for it in front of the altar that God did this. He said, I have tried it before, but after that day, it succeeded. Stretch out your right hand to me. I decree in the name of the Lord, I lay my hands on your hand. I lay my hand on your business through your hand. I lay my hand on your career through your hand. And I decree, only one experience you will only have now. You will prosper. I lay my hand on your business name. And I command it to prosper in the midst of other businesses in the name of Jesus. Your shop may be one. I decree as I pray for our sister. I know her school is one school. But when I want to pray, I hear myself saying, group of schools. So I kept it over and over. I decree upon your life, over that one shop, that one company. Become group of companies in the name of Jesus. Become group of companies in the name of Jesus. There is someone here. In 2024, write this down. You are opening a chapter of your organization abroad. There is another person here. Mainly from 2024, your customer base, most of them will be following us. Most of them will be following us. Most of them will be following us. Most of them will be following us. Most of them will be following us. Most of them will be following us. Most of them will be following us. So there is a location that is designed for your destiny. There is a location that is designed and suited for your destiny. God knew, as long as Jacob remained where Esau was, the competition would not be healthy for his life. He had to take him out, make him great, and then return him back as a celebrity. May I challenge you tonight. Please, this year, be deliberate in seeking breast cancer before you make choices. Are you listening to me? Are you listening to me? Are you listening to me? It is good to travel abroad. Thanks God. Because you can be in UK and not be okay. There are many who have sold their house, sold their business, and they are crying there now. They are calling you back at home to send money to them. And there are those who left, and within a space of a few months, laughter, joy began. Same location, but spiritually, they are not in their location. If in the spirit realm and your physical location don't align, no matter the prayer you pray where you are, your showers can never reach you there. That's why I have always said, the safest place to be is where God asks you to stay. He said to Isaac, stay in that land at the time of famine. And the Bible records that Isaac had a hundred food in the time of famine. Naomi left with her husband for a foreign land. She came back with a story of bitterness. Ruth followed her from the place of bitterness because she said, she wasn't looking for a location. She said, your God will be my God. And God took up that statement. And when she came back to a strange land, she found herself in the lineage of Jesus. Greatness. Are you listening to me? Are you listening to me? I pray for you tonight. As many who may have taken wrong steps in this particular life, The Lord who came in for Jacob so that he would not miss it, will give you a second chance of recovery in the name of Jesus. Your amen can be better than that. Egypt was tied to Joseph's destiny. That was why God led him to Egypt. Genesis 41, 37-41. Esther's destiny was tied to Persia. That was why God had to make her a slave to enter there and then become a queen. Their next destiny was tied to Babylon. And in that same place, he saw the reign of four kings. And he was a prime person in the place of appointment. Jacob's destiny was at a time of famine that he would succeed. No matter how hard this year might have been, listen to this, write it down. You will flourish. I say you will flourish. I say you will flourish. So you need spiritual repositioning. You need spiritual repositioning. Some of you who have been playing with God all your life. You know the hand of God is upon you but you keep living a sinful life. Show me fornication, show me. Offer adultery, offer shallowing. Maybe you don't know. The sin holding you down is delaying you from your glory. Righteousness opposes evasion. Sin is a reproach. That friend telling you not to serve God is speaking by the voice of the devil. That friend pushing you into evils to do robbery, to do yahoo, to do yahoo plus, all those nonsense because to them you will get money. Of what use has been the money that has not given you peace but enslaving your soul. Can you make up your mind that I am not leaving this auditorium today until I give my life to Jesus. The success story of my life is because I knew Jesus. It's just because I knew Jesus. It's because I knew Jesus. He stepped in, saved me and then things began to change. Drastically. Amazing restoration. Listen to me. There were causes along my family line. There were contentions of rivalry of wives that I was born into. Of wives where I was born into. Polygamy was reigning. So there were contests. All of the wives had sworn that I would die because her own son died. Naturally said I would die by disaster. But because I accepted Jesus things turned around in my life. I don't know who you are. By virtue of your repentance tonight. I see your destiny changing for good in the name of Jesus. You need spiritual repositioning. From being an unbeliever to become born again. From being a baby in Christ to become mature in Christ and growing in grace. And then serving God. Even to the point of being exploit for the almighty God. I pray for you tonight. That every spiritual repositioning your life needs for your healing to be total. It begins right now in the name of Jesus. Maybe you are here. You need career repositioning. What is God asking me to tell you? He is asking me to tell you that you should draw your career power from God. Draw your career power from God. Jeremiah chapter 8 verse 18 said God is the one that gives us power to make wealth. Can you begin to pray from henceforth that by the power of God my career will succeed. Number two draw your career plans from God. Draw your career plans from God. The Bible says in Proverbs 16 verse 9. A man's heart devised his way but the Lord directed his steps. Many are so passionate about what they do. They have great desires in their heart. But all of their desires or plans none of it is divinely led. Then you enter into failures. You must follow the book of economic principles. Follow the book of business schools. Brethren if the counsel of God is not written there for you. You can never succeed at all. Which kind of economics would tell Isaac to stay in a barren place in the time of farming and plant and expect to succeed. That is not from any human economy books. That is from the counsel of the almighty God. The one who made the heavens and the earth. The one that the land answer to. The moment God said to Isaac stay there. That voice of God spoke to nature. That the land for his own farm must yield wine. The earth is the Lord and the fullness thereof. I pray for you tonight as you realign your career to God. You begin to prosper like never before in the name of Jesus. I told somebody that as you begin to make a profit in your business. Do not only pay your tithes. Put God on your staff list that you will be paying salary to. I said to somebody. Make sure a percentage of your profit is used to address needs in the house of God. And I tell him. God will make sure. Because your profit is increasing his church. Blessing his house. That business can never dry. But when your business is only for your stomach. Then what will you not feel? No kingdom relevance. Even to pay tithe you are struggling. Like giving excuses. No problem. When your calamity come. God certainly will laugh at you. Because there is nothing in his kingdom that is connected to your business profit. So you are working for yourself to defend yourself. Can you make up your mind that this year 2024. You will no longer pay lesser than the tithe you are supposed to pay. If your tithe is one million. Pay it. Because if you pay less. But when you are consistent in all your payment of kingdom brethren. It will be difficult for the enemy to be able to lay a bush on you. So many. I am a pastor. People have come to the office to see me sir. I am deceased. And God will tell me. And I will tell the fellow to his face. You are lying. Tell them to their face. You are lying. A certain one came some time ago. Brought him to me. As fellow was talking I was asking God. Is he telling true God said no. Young man you are lying. Young man you are lying. Young man you are lying. But because this is God's money. Said if I give you and you are lying. You will go down. When your resources is meeting God's needs. The divine oven of God. Covers it. So this coming year. Be a solid partner. With God. And I assure you. You will be the major partner of the organization. And ensure that you keep on flourishing in the name of Jesus. Somebody say I will partner with God. I will partner with God. I will partner with God. And so shall it be for you in the name of Jesus. Draw your career vision from God. Take your dominion over the atmosphere of your career location from God. Make God your career partner in your business. And I assure you that God will prosper you. I decree upon somebody's life here today. Every repositioning your life needs for greater glory. The Lord give to you in the name of Jesus. Amen. There are some of us here you need a repositioning like Jacob. Like Job. Job 42 verse 10. God stepped in and he had double restoration. I don't know who you are. But for somebody. You have recovery of all your lost blessings. Like David had in 1 Samuel 30 verse 8. Your marital life will be restored like Abraham in Genesis 20 verse 14. When Sarah was taken away from him. And restored with riches and wealth. And you will have a restoration of your throne. Like Nebuchadnezzar. In Genesis. In Daniel chapter 4 verse 35. Where his throne was restored to him even after 70 years of losses. Can I speak to you tonight? Everything you thought you have lost in the last 7 years. The last 7 years. 2024. Follow the path of honesty. The path of honesty. The path of honesty. Job chapter 42. Arim verse 1. Then Job answered the Lord and said, I know that thou canst do everything. And that no thought can be withholding from thee. Who is he that I that can say without knowledge? Therefore, have I uttered that I understood? Nothing is too wonderful for me which I knew. The path of honesty. Number 3. Follow the path of humility. The path of humility. When you humble yourself, you are destined for lifting. But when you follow the path of pride, Bible says pride goes before a fall. Number 4. Follow the path of sacrificial living. Sacrificial living. Bible says in Romans chapter 12 verse number 1. That you should offer your body unto God as a living sacrifice. Holy and acceptable unto God which is your reasonable service. Now, you cannot have sacrificial living and not live a life of sacrificial giving. Everybody who follows a life of sacrificial living will definitely be somebody who finds himself easily toiling the path of sacrificial giving. Exodus 36 verse 5. And they spoke unto Moses saying, The people bring much more than enough for the service of the work which the Lord commanded to make. Number 5. Follow the path of listening to the voice of the Holy Spirit. As many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. And once there is son of God and the voice of the Holy Ghost available for you, you will always make the right choice. You will always be in the right location and your abundance will always be passing. Follow the path of consistent diligence. Consistent diligence. No matter how much you are being paid in that office now, be diligent in all your business. Proverbs chapter 12 verse number 24. The hand of the diligent shall bear the rule, but the slothful shall be under tribute. I pray for you tonight. Your diligence will be greatly rewarded with dominion in the name of Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus Christ. So be faithful in everything that you do. Make up your mind, Lord. 2024, I will serve you. I will know you. I will be intimate with you. I will walk with you. I will follow your direction. I will study scriptures. I will be somebody led by God. I will surrender my all to you. I will not run from you again. My gift is to find heavenly relevance. I will do everything to please you. I will exude ungodly companionship. I will follow your direction. And you can be sure, it will be as if the year is much more than 365 days. Because there will be too many things that God will do in your life in this coming year. When men are saying there is a casting down, you will be saying there is a lifting up. When people are saying it is too late, you will be afraid to talk. Because for you, it has been peace and peace and peace and peace and peace and peace and peace. When they say a particular road is difficult to pass, you will say, but I pass there regularly now. I travel through the road. When you are going, you will go safely. You will come back, you will come safely. Even when you board a vehicle destined for destruction, because you are in that bus, the ambulance will never be able to walk. Why? Because you are preserved. You are protected. You are guided. You are sustained. You are upholded by the hand of God. Because God has said He will give His angels charge over you. He will give His mercy charge over your life. He will give His blood charge over your life. He will give His name charge over your life.
