It's all about cultivating the right emotional state and mindset. So how do you shift from a limiting mindset to an empowering one? The first step is awareness. Become aware of your thoughts, your beliefs and your emotions they invoke. Are your thoughts empowering and uplifting or are they filled with self-doubt and negativity?
