In this episode, they discussed various topics such as quad hamstring ratio, shoulder function, and assessing antagonist-agonist pairings. They also talked with Rob about strength ratios and how they impact progressions and work capacity. They emphasized the importance of assessing and using resources like forums to ask questions and access additional materials. The episode concluded by encouraging listeners to become members and take full advantage of the resources to become better coaches. That was a absolutely jam-packed episode. I hope you guys enjoyed. Just to recap everything, we looked through research articles looking at quad hamstring ratio, looking at shoulder function, looking at how to practically assess not only antagonist-agonist pairings, but what that impact is on performance, movement compensation, et cetera. And then we talked with Rob. We talked about Rob with strength ratios and how that's gonna have a huge influence on progressions going from remedials into a full-on workout, using a workout to assess work capacity, but also seeing movement compensation and deficiency. Rob got a lot of great information from just simply looking at their way of making it through a pre-designed workout and their capability. And he can get a really big jump off of selling his product. You're gonna create demand by simply showing that you bring value right away. And this is something that's often overlooked when we talk about assessing, and it can be mundane and boring and just really, really bring down the overall enthusiasm of starting a new regimen. So as you're diving into all of the resources attached to this, one of the things that I really encourage you to do is to get on our forums. And if you're a member of our PH curriculum, you get access to a private forum where you can ask myself, Rob, Corey, any one of our hosts any questions, and we'll get an answer back to you. And the thing that you really gotta look at is this just the tip of the iceberg. This is just the start. That structural balance, performance testing, all of these topics that we've been diving into, it's only gonna be as valuable as what you put into it. So if you're just sitting there listening to this, and you're not taking that opportunity to get on the forum, go through the suggested resources and material on the website and curriculum, you're really not gonna get the full advantage of this. So become a member at phpodcast.com, ask great questions, see all the resources supporting this to become the best possible coach you can possibly be. All right, guys, thank you, guys. We'll see you next week. That was one take.
