The speaker introduces the concept of the "Penguin Employee," which is someone who has evolved from being a "Dinosaur Employee." A Dinosaur Employee is hardworking but at risk of professional, emotional, and financial extinction. They are often unhappy when they lose their job. In contrast, a Penguin Employee is independent and in control of their own business and income. They thrive because they have created something new and become artists. The speaker strongly advises becoming a Penguin Employee for financial, emotional, and professional fulfillment. Welcome to the Penguin Employee. My name is Nelson and I'm here to introduce you to our world, to the strategy, to the five steps. There is a book, a book has been published on Amazon. It is a very, very powerful book. I've written a few books over the years and this one is one of the best. It's not, this one is one of the best. It contains psychology, it contains strategy, it contains mythology, it contains history and a small, very small amount of poetry. It's very good and I'm 100% sure it will help people to evolve. That's the goal, is to help people to evolve from being a dinosaur employee into a penguin employee. What is a dinosaur employee and what is a penguin employee? So, last year I was working as a concierge while working on my project. So, I worked 12 hours shifts, so 7 to 7, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Long hours. So, yeah, I did my best, I worked very hard, I was dedicated and then my plan was to, by January, I get off and take care of my own business and get on with the project and developing the penguin employee. That was my goal. So, what happened then? Well, interesting. So, I went off from January all the way to Feb. Well, I didn't work, I just worked on my project, 15 hours a day and doing my best to develop the penguin employee. Then a friend who works in the company, where I used to work, he's permanent there, he contacted me and said, well, did you know that so-and-so, they changed the supplier, so they're no longer using your agency or the agency that employed you. So, I was not aware, but yes, myself and many of my colleagues were, well, made redundant or lost a job or lost a source of income. So, that's what a dinosaur employee is. It's someone, a hard-working individual. I worked 12 hours, I was diligent, hard-working individual who works very hard, but is always on the verge of professional, emotional and financial extinction. There is also social extinction. So, let's talk about financial extinction. Essentially, it's when you lose your income. There is no money coming in because you lost your job. Social extinction, you get disconnected from your previous colleague, from the people you used to work with. Emotional extinction, your emotional attachment to the job or the emotions you had by getting the job, by doing the job, they go away, you have to find another job. So, when we talk about dinosaur employee, it's a metaphor to use the image of the dinosaur of the ancient world in order to reflect in today's world's employment. And you will be amazed, 99% of the employees in the world are dinosaurs, on the verge of professional, emotional and financial extinction. Emotional extinction, they are at risk of becoming very unhappy because of losing their main source of income. So, if you have a family of children, things can get very tricky. So, what is a penguin employee? The opposite of the dinosaur. A penguin employee is someone who is an employee, is an artist, is someone who has transformed him or herself into an artist and they are independent. They essentially do whatever they want to do. They run their own business, decide when to start, when to finish the shift. They have their own source of income. So, they are in total control of their future. So, that's a penguin employee. So, the dinosaurs can survive, but they can thrive. The penguins, they thrive. They thrive because they created a culture. They created something, they gave birth to something new, they became artists. That's why we got the word Artemis. Artemis, the goddess of fertility, the goddess of... Artemis, the goddess of fertility, the goddess of abundance in ancient Greece is where the word art comes from. So, an artist is someone who gives birth to something new. So, it's very, very interesting. So, that's what a penguin employee is and I strongly advise you to become a penguin. Why? Because you'll be in charge of your own financial, emotional, professional, social destiny. You choose who you deal with, you choose how much money you make and you are happy because you do what you love doing whenever you want to do it. So, thank you very much indeed for your time and your kindness. I hope this short introduction to the subject of dinosaur employee and penguin employee clarifies the questions, clarifies your questions. Thank you very much. Thank you.
